David’s condo was very nice. No hangars and only tiny skillet. Noisy-partier oriented.

Ok. We thought it was for families and/or party animals. We enjoy the quieter places. Overall, ok and I’d go there again. Oh and the view was a little of a let down.

So many issues...

Check in is at 4pm. We arrived at 330pm and were told there was some issues with the check in because of the way the owner rented it out and it took a while but they checked us in anyways, but could not get the keys yet. We were told the room was not ready and to come back at 4 to get the room keys. Came back a little after 4 to get the keys and was told the room was still not ready and to give another 20 minutes. Came back at 440, the room was still not ready... they said another 10 minutes. Decided to bring all the luggage up to the room anyways and set it by the front door. I went back after 5 to get the keys and had my wife wait by the door.. I finally got the keys but was told they were still not done cleaning it. Got back to the room to find it empty with nobody inside cleaning... we were given a $20 voucher to use for drinks or whatever and when I went to pick it up from the office, I was told that someone already picked it up... We did end up getting a call after my wife bitched them out and they magically found the voucher. We went down to the pool and had some drinks, got back to the room pretty late and could not get it to cool down but was a little intoxicated so we just went to sleep. Woke up to an 80 degree room and immediately called the front desk. A while later the maintenance guys ended up fixing the AC. The next day we got out wallets locked in the safe. The piece that holds the batteries in is broken and held together by duct tape. The batteries fell out and we could not get back in... maintenance had to come out with the master key to get us into it. The unit is falling apart. The hand towel holder falls off the wall if you pull on the towel too hard, the curtain rod fell at least 3 times just from moving the curtain. The kitchen faucet doesn't turn left and right it's just stuck in one spot. Makes washing dishes a little difficult. The freezer is super tiny and we had stocked up on bags of ice to use and for the return trip which would not all fit. I'm sure I'm missing some things. The Resort is really nice and I have been to Las Palomas many times. This was just a disaster of a trip. Way too many issues in the 4 days we were there.
