Två miles från hjärtat av Gamla stan Scottsdale, erbjuder detta bottenvåningen lägenhet bekvämlighet, sekretess och samtida inredning alla inom en säker och lugnt område.

Interiören har nyligen renoverats med nya köksluckor, rostfria vitvaror, nya kakel, färg och dusch / badkar. Skjutdörrarna som du ser i bilderna sattes för att tillåta ljus och avskildhet för ytterligare övernattande gäster.

SOVRUM:

Det stora sovrummet har en ny en ny tryckavlastande madrass med starkt stöd och draperad i eleganta blad. Kuddar för sidoläge och kuddar för "uppåt" sleeper skapa den perfekta nattsömn. Det finns en Twin size uppblåsbar säng om du har en extra gäst. Två personer kan sova på denna säng. Om du har ytterligare gäster, det finns en hopfällbar soffa som sover två, och en extra luftmadrass.

VARDAGSRUM:

I vardagsrummet finns en full storlek soffa. Det finns också A42 "platt HD-TV, Blu-ray-spelare med streaming kapacitet. WIFI trådlös router är kraftfull nog att du kan strömma video på din bärbara dator eller surfplatta. Du kanske aldrig vill lämna lägenheten!

Den "himmel ljus" rum har ett pittoreskt sittande och arbetsyta område. Det är en bekväm full längd skinnsoffa tillade att fälls ner i en full size säng. Konstverken är original akrylmålningar är mina, tagen från mina gallerier att pryda väggarna i lägenheten.

KÖK:

Köket är fyllt med underbara plattan inställningar, kockknivar och alla köksredskap du behöver bland ett sortiment av kök manicker. Små apparater inkluderar en mixer, en elektrisk grill, brödrost och kaffebryggare. Det finns också en vacker samling av konstnären gjord keramik. Sänk dina frukostflingor i original- konst!

Uteplats:

Har din frukost ute på den charmiga, marockanska inspirerade egen uteplats. Järn grillar på "fönster" som du ser är från en historisk öken fängelse.

Grannar: Du är omgiven av tre andra Casitas. De är upptagna av vackra familjer som är glada att dela sin favorit restaurang eller hjälpa dig med riktningar.

PARKERING: Din utsedda täckt parkeringsplats är inte långt från ytterdörren; vilket gör det bekvämt att rulla in bagage eller påsar.

HUNDAR: Din icke-spridande hundras är välkomna så länge de är under £ 18, väluppfostrade, och över 4 år (extra avgift).

Handikappvänlig: Detta är ett första våningen enhet med inga trappor. Duschen har handikapp räcken. Toaletten är en standardhöjd (ej handikapp). Det finns en dusch överföring bänk och rullstol på begäran. Det är en kort steg ner i uteplats och en 2 tum hög tröskel med en hemmagjord ramp på ytterdörren.

Område: Anläggningen är enkel och tyst. Du kan se trevliga grannar med sina hundar, men du förmodligen inte kommer att se många människor om du går till poolområdet. Det finns två fina grillar och poolen, ett spa och en barnpoolen. Vandring längs den hårt trafikerade gatan i Indian School finns kollektivtrafik och en busshållplats precis utanför komplexet, men jag rekommenderar att ha en bil. 3/4 mil väster är mataffären, en stor park där det är mycket trevligt att cykla, gå, golf, fisk och titta på folk.

Great place

This condo is as advertised. The location is great close to grocery and Old Towne. Be sure to eat at Bessie"s Nashville kitchen while in Old Towne we had never eaten there before. The ambience and food were excellent. I have no affiliation to this restaurant just saying we enjoyed it. Canadace was easy to contact. and we hope to stay in the future>

What a perfect place to stay Great, quiet neighborhood, fabulously appointed kitchen Close to old town, 20 minutes from downtown, near Trader Joe’s, Safeway and Chapparel Park is around the corner Comfy bed, sofa and sleeper/sofa Owner provided directions for everything and was readily available I would definitely stay here again!! Not too big, not too small Just right

Two thumbs up!

Very comfortable and convenient to shopping and touring. Great location for day trips to Tucson, Taliesin West and Fountain Hills. If you like to walk go to the nearby Chaparral Park for a lovely paved surface. Decor is superb. Two thumbs up!

Extremely clean condo 3 miles from Scottsdale Old Town

Candice is the best host I have experienced on VRBO in over 11 years of using the service. She is very attentive to making your stay the best. The condo was spotless in an older quiet development with friendly neighbors. Located only 3 miles from the heart of Old Town it is an excellent choice for travelers. It's not fancy but Candice has done a nice job on remodeling and decorating the apartment. I would definitely stay here again. David

Perfect location perfect property

I had an amazing few days staying in this condo. The owner provides a lot of photos, but the condo has much more to offer. Location was important to me. This condo is extremely close to Scottsdale attractions… fashion sq mall and restaurants. As far as amenities, this condo has it all. The kitchen has absolutely everything you can need for cooking, etc. I truly appreciate the condo having a full size washer / drier I will definitely stay here again when I visit Phx

First time in Scottsdale

Lovely property. Only reason for the 4 star on description is because we would have loved the pool to be heated a bit. We’re told the heating is only put on after 3 consecutive days of 70 F or better temps.... we never got that so no heat! Even for sturdy Canadians we couldn’t do it! Candace was excellent re: responsiveness and information. I would like to comment that we have booked several VRBO properties and this one is the best re: amenities. No need to buy coffee filters, salt, pepper, other spices etc. Even garbage bags!!! That made it so much easier to just settle in and enjoy the time there. Highly recommend Sedona and Grand Canyon. The picture of the “patio” does not do it justice- it’s a lovely little area and we enjoyed it almost daily. Appreciate all that Candace did in ensuring our stay was great. Nice fluffy towels and the bottle of wine was appreciated. Would stay again.

Could not have asked for a better property to rent for our stay in Scottsdale. Location, property and amenities were better than 5 star. Beautiful pool area, great areas to walk our dog, cozy accommodations- felt like home. Candice could not have been more pleasant. Timely and accurate communications. Hope to come back. Thank you for everything.

EARLY DEPARTURE: COVID-19

I will preface this review as COVID-19 definitely played a roll in our experience. Excited to find this little gem so close to walking paths & Old Town Scottsdale. Unfortunately we had to walk away from our ‘lovely spot’ in Scottsdale a month early from our 2 month stay, being asked to return home to Canada. After the new policies set out by VRBO the owner offered us a refund equal to 3 days rent from the 28 days we were unable to use, as compensation... not an easy time for either of us....

Lovely apartment and ideal location!

We stayed here Jan and Feb and had a great time. The apartment was clean, well appointed, and very quiet. Candice was very responsive whenever we had questions/issues and was a pleasure to work with. Location was ideal, close to dog park, golf, shopping, and the hot tub was an excellent way to end the day. Would definitely recommend this property!

It was awesome

Had a great stay. The condo was super clean, well maintained, and well stocked with essentials. The owner is really helpful and easy to contact and work with. If you visit Scottsdale, Stay here. I have stayed at a lot of rental condos, this is the best for price and value.

Very good location just outside the busy downtown core of Scottsdale

Really liked staying in a casita. Private entrance and private outdoor space. Very well equipped ; comfortable for two people. Dealing with Candice was a pleasure. She always responded and acted promptly . Thank you for providing such a comfortable place.

AZ Winter Escape

We spent 2 months at Candice's condo; exploring Scottsdale and the surrounding area (Grand Canyon, Jerome, Sedona, Cottonwood, Cave Creek, Tucson, etc.). The condo is beautiful, well-furnished, clean and very accessible to downtown and Old Town Scottsdale. It is also in walking distance of the greenbelt, a grocery store, pharmacy, and Starbucks. Our two small dogs enjoyed the dog park less than 3 miles away as well as the lovely patio. We enjoyed the pool at the complex and found it a very easy place to be overall for our winter escape. Candice was very helpful and friendly and we felt very welcomed. We would definitely recommend this place and will return if we visit Scottsdale for an extended stay in the future. Wonderful experience overall...we feel lucky.

Rating our stay in Scottsdale

I gave this property five stars for several reasons. It's very clean, safe and fits our needs to a T. We like to explore the area, and dine in some of the great restaurants in Scottsdale. One aspect I really like is when dealing with Candice everything is up front. You can count on her to provide what she says in the contract.......................Great experience.

A good experience

We had a great time at this very comfortable, well appointed home in the Scottsdale area. The owner is very responsive; everything was as advertised and we would visit again the next time we vacation in the Phoenix area. Many golf courses a short drive away. Had a great side trip for some hiking in Sedona. Candice is well organized and thoughtful in the way she set up the condo. Many nice touches in the details that made our stay easier. We appreciated her maps, instructions and guides. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. My son, who lives in the area also commented how impressed he was with the condo. We want to come again!!

WOW!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Scottsdale and to this Casita. The owner, Candice is wonderful, helpful and was extremely accessible. Check in was easy and we were greeted with a personalized note, bottle of wine and candy. The Casita was stocked with everything you need to make yourself at home. The pool area was nice and we enjoyed that we basically had the pool to ourselves! The Casita is quiet and Old Town is down the street. We made a day trip to Sedona (2.5 hours one way). Well done and thank you for your hospitality!!

Location, location, location. I chose this property because of its quiet location but close proximity to old-town Scottsdale, easy access to the major freeways, and its location within the Complex. It is just 1/2 mile to the Scottsdale greenbelt, Old Town Scottsdale, minutes from Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, Tempe Market Place, and golf. Hop on Loop 101 for quick access anywhere in the city.

This is a two bedroom one bathroom condo. The skylight room is mostly used as an office space. This room features a couch that can be used as a full size bed for extra guests or an office space. This condo is unique because there is no one living above you and the walls between you and your neighbors are made with concrete blocks, which makes it extra quiet. The condo features a king size bed, antiques collected from around the world, orginal artwork, and a real stone clad wall!
