Välkommen till vår Seascape Escape, nyinredda och nyrenoverade villa ligger tvärs över gatan från en av de bästa stränderna på Hilton Head Island. Medan villan ger en verklig känsla och känslan av att vara på en ö, är dess läge centralt till restauranger och handel i Forest Beach / Coligny Plaza och ger också stor bekvämlighet är ner blocket till den världsberömda Sea Pines Plantation (Harbour Town, South Beach Marina / The Salty Dog, shopping, restauranger och underhållning).

Seascape Villas ligger på lummiga, naturligt anlagd trädgård med laguner och vandringsleder. Det finns två pooler ligger på grunderna och också direkt tillgång till den underbara cykelvägar som vandrar över hela ön. På stranden finns en privat strand Cabana exklusivt för Seascape ägare och gäster. The Cabana innehåller toaletter och utanför fot duschar.

Den toppmoderna köket med rostfria vitvaror är bredvid den stora vardagsrummet som ger ett bra ställe att samla in och koppla av. De skjutbara glasdörrar leder till gott om däcksutrymme för en förhöjd uteliv / nöjesområde med en ny gasolgrill och bekväma utemöbler.

Sovrum: Det rymliga sovrummet svit ligger på tredje / översta våningen ger stor separation och har sin egen uteplats / balkong. Det är möblerat med en stor säng, plattskärms-TV, hans och hennes garderober, fåfänga, samt separat duschrum. 2nd & 3rd sovrummen ligger på andra våningen. Varje rum har en ny drottning säng, plus tillbaka gästen sovrummet har en enkelsäng.

Great summer trip

This suited our family perfectly. The pool is very close by and the beach is a reasonable walk. Restaurants and shops are just down the road. This place had everything we needed for our stay. Thanks so much!

Great location

The location was great. There were 7 of us and we had enough space for everyone. My only complaint was that i had to clean the refridgerator and showers before we could use them. Hair and food in the fridge, built up soap scum in the tubs and showers.

Family Vacation and Tropical Storm Debbie

We had to deal with 3 days of Tropical Storm Debbie, but very comfortable placed to stay. The rain didn't seem to stop people for going to beach or pool. Easy walk or bike to Coligny Circle area. Simple and quick walk to the beach. Condo had everything you might need. Grill worked great. 2 pools easy to access.

Quiet Oasis Close to Beach

This is a very quiet 5 min. Walk to the beach condo. There are many of dishes, silverware, cookware, and towels. The washer/dryer were full size and worked well. We loved the covered back deck and grill. The beachside cabana bathrooms was a plus. The owners corresponded quickly to any requests.

2 bathrooms, NOT enough for 10 people! And the 3rd floor was HOT!! Need. a decorator!!

Kitchen was so small. Decor was overkill- way too many accent pcs! Deck was not clean!! Steps are steep- Not enough storage for food!!

Perfect for what we needed

Overall we loved this little place. Bedrooms were nice sized and comfortable, everyone had their own personal space. Bathrooms and the kitchen are small. Pool is very close by but far enough so that you couldn’t hear people. The beach was a little walk away but since we were all adults it didn’t matter much. To get to the beach you need to use the crosswalk by the Seascapes entrance off of S Forest Beach road and that will put you on the private beach access path, from there you will see the private bathrooms before going over the dunes. It took my wife and I a second to figure this out. Sliding glass door on the back of the unit was VERY hard to lock, hopefully that has been fixed. Other than that it met our needs perfectly and I would stay here again.

loved our stay!

the pictures don’t do the property justice. the bedrooms looked newly updated and frankly better than the pictures online. it was the perfect amount of space for a group of 8 friends. the kitchen was a little tight and only could really hold 3 people in at a time. the only small issue was how tight parking was but overall our stay was great! Gina was very attentive and was a great host. highly recommend!

This property is well maintained and comfortable for two families with multiple kids. The property owner was very prompt in responding to my questions and very helpful. This property is within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from the beach.

Met our needs

Overall this met our needs. The Villa was clean although they may have missed the refrigerator and there were a few items in the pantry that were wildly out of date. The decor caters to an older guest, however our children aged 3 to 11 were comfortable. There were enough amenities to enjoy our time at the pool and the beach. The wagon and other beach stuff were extremely helpful to make the 8 to 10 minute walk to the private beach. Access to bathrooms near the beach was a big selling point for us. The moat at the entrance of the villa was an interesting component, in a good way. We did have to ask for entry codes to the unit after the VRBO email but once we had the owners direct number communication was good. The bathrooms are on levels two and three. The second floor bathroom shares with the laundry room. We were pleased to see that we didn't have to go and buy small things like hand soap for the bathroom sinks. It could just be a coincidence but it was nice. Parking was no problem for our one vehicle, but would have been less convenient if there were more than one vehicle for that unit. Our walk for ice cream took 21 painless minutes to Coligny plaza. Overall we enjoyed our time here.

Family vacation

Our arrival started off a little rocky. We arrived at 4:30 which was a half hour after we could check in and the house was still being cleaned. Instead of dropping our things and heading to the beach I spent my first hour there re-cleaning. The stove had splashed food on the top and down the front of it. The garbage can had dried food all over the lid and the bottom of the refrigerator looked like something had splashed on it and was never cleaned off. The master bathroom sink and mirror had dried water marks all over them. The patio was covered in bird debris and tree twigs and the gas grill was just disgusting. I did contact the owner about having the deck cleaned so we could use it and she was very responsive and it was cleaned the next day, however there is apparently a bird nest above the deck because by the next day the deck was covered with bird debris again so we never were able to enjoy the deck. The patio door, leading to the deck, was so hard to open and close if you don't weight lift daily you are not getting it open.. The house is decorated very nicely but not really beach themed. The kitchen is small and can really only accommodate one person cooking at a time. The blinds in the master bedroom were broken and would not open. The master bedroom was on the 3rd floor and was very warm. The air conditioning did not seem to work well up there. The location was only about a 5 minute walk to the beach and the pool at the complex was only a few steps from the house. A few small upgrades like new blinds and grill and a thorough top to bottom cleaning, including getting the carpeted steps professionally cleaned would make a big difference for this villa. Despite our rocky start we had a great week with our family.

Great location

This rental was perfectly located for our HHI beach stay and had the amenities we needed. Unfortunately, the bathrooms that were advertised in the listing were unavailable which was disappointing. Also, we were given access to dishwasher/washer/dryer but were not left anything to use them and had to go buy our own. Esp since the host asked us to run the dishwasher before we left. Mattresses were not super comfortable either which was okay for a short trip. And it would have been nice to have access to more towels or laundry pods to wash the ones provided. Overall, great location with walking distance to the beach and very close to lots of restaurants, shopping, and other activities! Host is very nice and communicative.

Great place, short walk to beach!

This vila is 3 stories. The top floor is the master with a small porch. It is the most quiet! Loved it. There is a master bath and tub shower. The second level has two bedrooms. One queen and the other a full and a twin bed. This floor also has a bathroom with standup shower and washer dryer access. The main floor is the living and dining area. A quaint cute kitchen. As well as a nice patio with wagon and beach chairs! There is a great gas grill, LOTS of towels. The couch does have a hide a bed. There are two small chairs that lay back like a recliner. We brought my 3 year old and the stairs were no problem! We brought a queen size mattress for extra sleeping and made the best of our family vacation. Check in was a breeze. The parking was a bit tight. I think there may be more cars parked than what are allowed, however we were blessed to not have to park to far away! Great place to eat is FISH Casual Coastal Dining. Food and service was great. Our 3rd tome eating dinner here.

Nice, but not for young children

The condo was nice, clean, and easily accessible. However, with two kids under three, three levels of stairs was difficult and lots of breakable decorations. The tub was on a different floor than the kids rooms. We booked last minute and it worked well for our needs and property manager was great.

Nice but needs updated

Overall we had a nice stay but we did have a few issues. First of all, Gina (Prop mgr) was amazing to work with and very helpful! She was quick to answer questions and to help. The unit is nice but outdated. These is a lot going on in the condo with decorations and for a beach property, it is very dark. It smelled very musty during our stay too. For 6 of us, we were quite comfortable except for the air conditioning. The first 2 floors would usually be really chilly and the third floor was always hot. There were extra pool towels to use and chairs for the beach which was nice however, we ran out of toilet paper within 2 days. There was only one extra roll for 2 bathrooms. There was supposed to be shampoo in the unit but having older bottles left over is not what I expected. It was easy to get to the beach, across the street and about a 20-25 min walk to Caligny Square. It is a nice unit but could use some updates and a few changes.

1st time in Hilton Head

Adequate, dated, not quite as promised. It worked for a 1st trip to Hilton Head on short notice. Property was 1/2 mile from lots of shopping/restaurants. Across from beach, true.....however, no beach views as it requires a short walk to get to the beach. Hard to rationalize spending beachfront prices for a condo surrounded by woods and no beach in site. Inside condo was spacious and comfortable...be prepared to walk up and down a lot of stairs. Speaking of stairs, a couple need repair. Thank you for resolving check-in delays due to cleaning challenges.

Great Family Getaway!

We would definitely stay here again! It's very clean, beautifully decorated and has nice, spacious bedrooms...especially the master! We walked to the beach every day and rode our bikes out to eat and shop. We loved it! The only warning I would have is (and it wasn't a problem for us as it helped us get our steps in each day), if you have a hard time with stairs, this home might not be for you. It has three and a half levels and the master is on the top.
