Beachside Villas ligger i Seagrove Beach, en av de många dolda pärlorna på stränderna i South Walton. Denna nyligen uppdaterade lägenhet ligger nära en av de 2 poolerna i komplexet och bara några steg från den söta vita sandstranden! Komplexet har också tennis och shuffle styrelse domstolar och ett klubbhus som kan reserveras för gruppfunktioner.

Seagrove Beach är "mitt i allt" som Scenic 30A har att erbjuda! Naturligtvis är de vackra stränderna toppattraktionen, men Seagrove är också hem för 2 kustdyner (östra sjön och hjortsjö) som är perfekta för kajakpaddling, paddla boarding och ekospring. Precis som resten av 30A, är Seagrove också hem för många lokalt ägda restauranger som uppvisar de lokala fångst-, butiks- och specialbutikerna, flera golfbanor finns i närheten, och bekvämligheten med en fullservice Publix (livsmedelsaffär) är bortgjuten bakom frodigt grönska som samhället har att erbjuda.

Om allt ovan inte räcker, är Destin, som är känd som "världens lyckligaste fiskeby", ungefär 20 miles västerut.

Great week at the beach!

4 adults, 7 beautiful days at the beach. Condo was perfect, clean and well maintained. First floor was fabulous- no stairs. The walk to the beach was longer than expected but there was a complimentary shuttle that ran until 4. Check in was a little late, 5pm. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and Tupperware, but no spices at all.

Great week!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week in BSV 1211. The staff at Harmony was so kind and helpful our whole stay. The complex had two pools and tennis courts (with pickleball lines as well). There was always something fun to do! The golf cart tram to the beach was so convienent! We will be back!

Certainly could have been better

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Porch view was not satisfying (a wooden fence and half dead palms). Swimming pool was very dirty upon arrival and was still dirty when we departed (never cleaned). Batteries in all of the TV remotes were either dead or missing (rainy weekend so we were stuck inside for a day). The room itself was nice, just needed the above issues tended to.

Great week at the beach

Condo was great, clean, nice layout and private balcony. Could have had a few spices to cook with, but overall perfect spot. Tram to the beach was helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Average, but lacking.

While the location was good and the property and unit were clean, the rental unit is in need of improvements. The primary bedroom bath needs updating and a new vanity - there is no place to put toiletries and the vanity itself is uncomfortably too low. The kitchen lacked several things. There was only one kitchen towel and dishcloth for the week-I called for more. We were only given one garbage bag for the week-I called for more. There were no hot mitts for the oven-I called for some. I have never stayed in a rental for a week that did not provide you with some (limited) laundry and dishwasher detergent-there was none. The pans were very old and in need of replacing. I got no sleep one night because the 2nd floor unit had some kind of leak and they ran commercial fans and humidifiers all night. I didn't mind the walk so much to the beach access, and the area was nice. There is another boardwalk access to the beach from the complex, but you will be asked to leave if you try and sit anywhere in that area (at least until legislation changes that and the beaches are 'open' again and not private). This unit has a first floor fenced patio which was great for my dog, and is located right next to the pool which was nice. Updates to the kitchen/bath in this unit will go a long way, as well as providing more supplies.

Snowbird get away

Harmony is easy to work with. Unit 1211 is a bit dated but has many nice features, like the living room layout.

Last Minute Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We sought a reservation very late, and this unit was the only pet-friendly one available in the Seagrove area at the time we were searching. The unit was obviously built to save money, using minimum grade fixtures, appliances, and finishes. However, its rent was comparatively inexpensive, and everything worked, so that was okay. There were no insurmountable problems, just a lot of little things that you wouldn't expect in a vacation rental: floors were dirty; bottom sheet on the master bed didn't fit and wouldn't stay in place; there was no shampoo (though two different kinds of conditioner); no detergent for dishwasher; no brush, sponge, or cloth for hand-washing dishes; no pantry or cabinet for holding groceries; the front door had a deadbolt, but there was no key for it, so it could only be used when we were inside the unit.Beach access is not convenient. While you can walk to a beach, that closest part of the beach is private and not available for use by renters of the Beach Villas condos. It's a much longer walk along the beach to get to that part of the beach available to the public. The Villas offer a golf cart shuttle service to this public beach, but we didn't give that a try.

Beach rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation was good. The condo was a bit far from the beach. The shuttle drivers were very friendly. However, it was a bit of a walk from the drop off to the beach to set up chairs and cooler. Additionally, our unit had fruit flies. Management came out two times and sent pest control. The bugs really put a damper on our stay because they would swarm around every time we put food out. There was a large dumpster next to the unit that was filled with trash from a pool bathroom renovation. During the stay, they removed the dumpster, but left a mattress and other home goods in the parking lot. The beach was beautiful. I would choose another location for next time.

Unit needs multiple upgrades/ frozen in the 1990’s

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ice maker did not work upon arrival till departure. Microwave is a Kenmore dated 1995. Stove just as old. Dishwasher just as bad. Sofa so uncomfortable we opened to the sleeper position and used it as a recliner. Took up a lot of space in living area. Both toilets are low riders /upgrade to chair heights. If you are charging the same as others units this place has to reduce the rent. Been vacationing at BSV for 20 years and this unit does not reflect all the other units we gave been in.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love it at BSV. This unit is the furthest from the beach but has it's own unique qualities with it's location. The kitchen appliances could use some updating. The refrigerator ran 24-7, not economical and the microwave is rusted and cracked. I has to learn how to stack the dishes in the dishwasher. Don't put bowls on the bottom. When staying there a length of time, we do eat in more, that's why appliances are an issue. The bathrooms and bedrooms are fine. We really like the livingroom set up, which is different than other condos we have been in.

Great location

Close to the beach, pool, Old Florida Fish House. Our only complaint was that you could hear every step of the people above us. It sounded like their were kids constantly running around up there. I doubt that is normal though. It didn't keep us from sleeping and we had a great trip!
