Love this condo. Great area. Close to everything but far enough you are not caught up in the traffic or noise. Beach is not busy even during Spring Break. Can’t recommend enough. Safe area. Easy in and out of town. Plus free of the gangs of kids on bicycles that are plaguing 30a. IFKYK.

Clean. Spacious. Beautiful gulf view. Few issues: Master bedroom bed way tooooo soft. Back killer. Complex needs to get and keep ALL elevators in working order! Having to climb multiple flight of stairs risks those who are up in ages health. Condo door entry keypad device needs replaced! Buttons wouldn't function at times and struggled to operate more than once. Make sure cleaning crew knows to turn refrig./ freezer back on! Was off upon our arrival ( lots of warm water in freezer ice tray) so unable to go shopping or use for almost 24 hours for cold food items. Don't get me wrong, we did enjoy our stay overall!

Beautiful Property

This property had it all. Beautiful location, great condo, and wonderful beach. I would highly recommend this to anyone especially families. It was located near everything and very walkable if needed. The unit was clean, nice, and equipped with all your needs. A great vacation experience.

Clean and cute!

Condo was clean and comfortable. Cute interior, great views. Everything was in working order. Management was excellent at communicating and the check in process was easy. The beach is not crowded and the complex is conveniently located.

Our vacation

We did not like the renovation during our stay and felt a little uneasy every time we used the elevator because of it. But, we were pleased with the property, the location, and the condo was spacious and provided us what we needed.

Very nice condo and met our needs

We loved the condo, the beach, its location. We will definitely consider staying there again. The only issue was with the Hospitality application not having 2018 codes for us to enter the parking garage, beach or pool restroom. The contact at Panhandle was very helpful and the gentleman performing maintenance provided us with the codes we needed since they changed the first of the month. We checked in the last day of the month and all codes change the first of the month.

Overall we enjoyed this place, needs more parking spaces for sure it was Very hard to find a parking space at times and the elevator quit working a few times but they fixed it really quick.

Nice Condo

This condo was nice and accommodated all our our needs. It is not a fancy condo or have tons of updates, but it was still nice. The view was amazing. Loved that it was an easy walk to the beach and pool. Check in process was very easy as all information was sent prior to check in date. Text made it easy to communicate for questions. Only downside was parking one night there was not enough parking so we had to park in the overflow lot across the street.

Beautiful scene, Comfortable apartment, Terrible Panhandle Getaway

The full wall of glass windows that allow you to wake up to a panoramic view of the ocean is superb. The apartment itself is comfortable. Not that sterile feeling. The owner has left notes on how to link to the internet, and condo rules and ettiequte in the kitchen. The bed in the master bedroom is so comfortable. And they have a good selection of pillows. Linens, Comforter, and towels were very good quality. The kitchen is fairly well stocked. The cleaning people did a good job. toiletries, garbage bag, and dishwashing detergent is enough for 2 cycles each. A note to the owner: The handle on the bathtub in the common bathroom is broken off. It was broken before I got there. I have pictures if you need them. Panhandle Gettaway which is the management company hired by this owner is doing a terrible job. I have all recordings, and E-mails if the owner would like to contact me. Let me explain. At first you are trying to book and you find that you are booking with a fourth party- clumsy. Paying was awkward since I had to pay 10% immediately and then the 90% 1 month before my visit. Trying to figure out how to get in and pay that other 90% had a few extra steps. Three days prior to check-in I sent a message asking for gate code, apartment number, door code, beach code. They sent me the apartment # but told me a future e-mail would have check in info. On check in day at 5pm I still had not received the e-mail. I sent them another message. I got no reply. We parked outside the condo parking lot. I sent them another message probably 5:30. I got no reply again. So as I was walking around on foot around the condo building another owner who sympathized with me gave me the gate code so we could park, and gave me the code to the beach. This owner had access through an owners portal of some sort and was able to help me get into my apartment. The informed me that Panhandle getaway wants you to download their app. Panhandle getaway leaves you two invalid parking passes in the door. Thank goodness the owner left internet information and such inside the apartment. At 8pm I got a call from JP from Panhandle gettaway. I ignored his first call. (I dont accept calls from unknown numbers.) When he called the second time he told me his name. I thought he said James, I was eager to tell him the problem but in so doing I called him James. He went on correcting my calling him by the wrong name, So I am happy to report, his name was JP

Worked for us

We had a great time. We knew the place was in need of an update so that wasn’t a surprise to us. It was clean except for the kitchen cabinets(they have a groove that catches crumbs and such, needs to be wiped out) and the corners of the bathrooms need cleaning. There were a few light bulbs out that need to be replaced but didn’t bother us. We had no kitchen trash bags and I contacted the office as well as the janitorial service. No one ever got back to us nor did they ever bring any. Also, at the AquaVista guest are not allowed to use the very small workout room and there is no on site office. These two things were very inconvenient. Especially since we were told this place had both. We did like that the beach was a short walk and that this place didn’t have thousands of people staying which made the beach less crowded.

Our stay was home away from home and was very enjoyable in this comfortable clean condo. The pool, hot tub and beach access was easy and prompt. The location is outstanding with quick drive time to airport, golf,groceries, eateries, and Pier Park. We will be back! Adams and Schear families.

Typical Large Condo Complex, just TOO much trouble...

Our feet were BLACK from the floors being so dirty in our Condo once we arrived. The master bath had dried vomit on the walls, toilet, door, and CEILING. There were long hairs everywhere in that bath also. It took two days to get this resolved because we had no number to contact the correct person. The number we had off the app said we needed to talk to the owner but never offered to contact the or give US the number. Once the cleaners arrived they did a GREAT job. We certainly did not get our value from this rental. We won't be back.
