Great location and lovely house

We loved our stay. The place was as described and as the pictures show. Beautiful garden where we ate many meals. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine was great for us as a family traveling with 4 children. Walking distance to many beaches and a lovely city center with boulangeries, galette restaurants and great ice cream. The hosts are wonderful and helped us when we needed.

An excellent apartment

We had a brilliant week. The apartment was so comfortable and the owners were very responsive and helpful. We had excellent weather and the beach- 7 or 8 minutes walk away was a huge success with the children. It was clean, golden sands etc.. The Intermarché express 3 minutes away had everything we could want and again was very clean and well organised. The location of the property is unbeatable and I would recommend it to anyone. Apart from our visit to the Mont St Michel we didn’t use the car. Thank you

Séjour Idéal à DINARD

Excellence de l'accueil des propriétaires qui sont extrêmement sympathiques. Le séjour s'est parfaitement déroulé. Le logement correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes, avec une cuisine entièrement équipée où il ne manquait rien. La literie est confortable et les 3 chambres bien distribuées. Bien qu'étant en centre ville à deux pas de la promenade du clair de lune et de la plage de l'écluse le lieu est très silencieux et les espaces extérieurs qui autorisent les bains de soleil à l'abri des regards et les repas sont agréables. Les commerces de bouche de proximité et les Halles couvertes et marché sont proches du logement. Pour tout cela mais pas seulement nous recommandons vivement cette location. Nous y retournerons certainement lors de notre prochain déplacement à Dinard

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été bien accueillis par des personnes souriantes et disponibles. La maison est conforme à l'annonce avec tous ses équipements, très bien située dans la ville, au calme et proche de la plage. Nous avons laissé notre voiture au garage pendant tout notre séjour. Nous avons vraiment apprécié vos vacances et sommes prêts à revenir.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt im Zentrum von Dinard

Direkt im Centre ville gelegene schön und praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung, inkl. hervorragend ausgestattete Küche, gemütliche Sitzplätze im gepflegten Garten, funktionierendes WLAN. Auto sicher in Garage untergebracht, sehr netter Kontakt zu Vermietern. Super Ausgangspunkt zum fußläufigen Erkunden des schönen bretonischen Seebads Dinard (Strand, Restaurants, Yachthafen, Geschäfte usw.). Wir haben die Zeit genossen und kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Très satisfaits de la réservation

Nous avions réservé cet appartement/maison notamment à cause de la situation dans la ville. Et nous nous sommes félicités de notre choix. D'emblée, accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires qui nous font faire le tour de la location. La location : appartement ou maison? S'il est vrai que nous ne disposons que d'un niveau, il s'agit d'un rez-de-chaussée qui donne directement sur le jardin et qui est très clair. Les atouts de cette location sont nombreux : le jardin est très agréable, l'appartement spacieux avec des dégagements importants, un grand séjour double et une chambre parentale où le lit est très loin de monopoliser la surface. Tout près des commerces : un supermarché à 50 m, le centre ville à quelques centaines de mètres avec de nombreux commerçants, et la plage très proche aussi. La situation de cette location est suffisamment retirée pour n'être pas gênés par le bruit de la ville. Pour couronner le tout, Dinard est une ville très agréable...même sous la pluie avec ses magnifiques villas. Saint-Malo est à portée de bateau.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé un superbe sejour dans l'appartement de Danny et Gerard. Leur accueil est tres chaleureux et ils nous ont donné plein de conseils et de bonnes adresses. L'appartement est spacieux, d'une proprete irréprochable et tres bien équipé (y compris pour les bébés). Il ne manque rien ! Nous avons également pu profiter du solfil dans le joli jardin ensoleillé et à l'abri des regards. L'appartement est situé en plein centre de Dinard. Vous pouvez laisser la voiture dans le garage (mis à disposition) et tout faire a pied! Encore merci à Danny et Gerard et nous espérons pouvoir revenir l'année prochaine!

Séjour agréable

Très bon accueil de Dany et Gérard et une bonne communication. Maison très bien située, près du centre ville, commerces et plages, très propre et bien équipée. Le parking sécurisé sur place est très appréciable. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Superbe adresse pour un séjour en famille !

Magnifique appartement de plain-pied entouré de jardins fleuris où l'on se sent vraiment comme dans une maison ! Propriété en tout point remarquable.

Great Location in Dinard

Fantastic ground floor apartment in a very central location in Dinard. Dany and Gerard are great to deal with and are extremely helpful hosts. The property itself is very clean and well presented. I would definitely stay here again if I was visiting the area..

Feiner Aufenthalt in einer schönen Wohnung

Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern für eine Woche in der Wohnung von Daniy und Gérard. Die Begrüßung war herzlich, die Wohnung einwandfrei sauber. Die Einrichtung sehr liebevoll und praktisch. Die Lage zentral in Dinard ist extrem praktisch, alles im Alltag und auch einige Ausflüge lassen sich gut zu Fuß, mit dem Boot oder dem Bus machen. Die Nähe zur Markthalle ist einkaufstechnisch wunderbar. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Excellentes vacances

Très bon séjour au calme. Dany et Gérard sont très accueillants. L' appartement est idéalement situé à proximité de la plage et des commerces. Il est très appréciable d' arriver dans un appartement propre, spacieux , bien équipé avec les lits faits à l'arrivée et de pouvoir laisser sa voiture au garage pendant tout le séjour. Tout est réuni pour passer de bonnes vacances ...nous y retourneront sans hésiter !

Lovely apartment in a great location- 5 minutes walk from the beach

We had a great stay in Dinard. Dany and Gerard are excellent hosts- very welcoming and available if needed. The apartment itself is large and comfortable and excellently located- 5 minutes walk from the beach and restaurants, 2 minutes from the market and just across the road from a small supermarket, which had everything we needed. The off street parking is a bonus.

First Class Appartment in the town centre

Excellent Appartment as indicated on Abritel. 3 minute walk to the sea, 5 minute walk to the shops. As there is a garage the car was left there and all movements about town and Saint Malo was either walking or by boat In the evenings the appartment was cool so sleeping was not a problem and in the morning breakfast took place on the table and chairs you can see in the photo. The owners were brilliant and we had all the help we needed from them This appartment is a must

Très agréable, spacieux et calme

Nous avons trouvé à notre arrivée, un appartement très propre et pourvu de tout le nécessaire en matière d'électro-ménager, souvent neuf,et en matière de vaisselle. La buanderie, située dans une des deux cours, apporte un plus au confort d'utilisation. Cet appartement allie le calme, la proximité immédiate avec les commerces de centre ville et les plages.Les propriétaires, occupant l'appartement du dessus, sont très discrets et extrêmement serviables.Gérard est un puits de science en ce qui concerne l'histoire de la ville de DINARD! Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Superb, wonderful property! Perfect for children and all-ages family gathering.

Everything in this delightful apartment was clean, neat, and beautifully maintained. So many details and well-stocked. The owners are very welcoming and helpful, and they were very kind to our exuberant young children! The washer and dryer were perfect and the kitchen was very well stocked with all the utensils needed to cook for a family gathering of twelve! The flowers in the garden are beautiful - my favorite among them - maypops! We loved that the apartment is so close to town and beach, including a new supermarket just a block or two down the street, and a very short walk to the market square on Saturdays, Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. We think that this is the perfect apartment in Dinard, and hope to return next year for our annual family gathering!
