Vacker, rymlig, öppen planlösning - direkt vid havet (utan körstrand) hörn enhet lägenhet med wrap-around utsikt. Cirka 2000 kvadratmeter öppen planlösning som är vackert dekorerad och noggrant underhålls i de exklusiva SandCastle-lägenheterna på den nya Smyrna-stranden. SandCastle-byggnaden har endast 25 enheter och underhålls immaculately med en uppvärmd (säsongsöppen) pool och badtunna med massor av stolar och parasoller. Det finns en underjordisk parkeringsplats per enhet. Enheten har 3 sovrum och 3 badrum. Sovrummet har en king size-säng och skjutdörr till balkongen vid havet samt fönster från golv till tak med en fantastisk utsikt. Master bad har duschkabin, bubbelbadkar och dubbla handfat. Det finns 2 garderober med inbyggda skåp. 2: a sovrummet har king size-säng och privat badrum. Har också privat balkong med sidovy över havet. Tredje sovrummet har två enkelsängar och delar balkong med 2: a sovrummet. Hela badet är tvärs över hallen med badkar / dusch combo. Befälhavaren, bor, matsal och kök delar alla fantastisk havsutsikt. Fullt utrustat kök, bänkskivor i granit och tvättstuga, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, 55 tums platt-TV, wifi, vardagsrums soffa drar ut i drottning sovhytt. Massor av spel, böcker, strandstolar, parasoller, etc. för stranden. Separat låst förråd innehåller alla strandföremål.
Stor hörnbalkong erbjuder fantastisk havsutsikt och soluppgång. Bord och stolar möjliggör uteservering. Den andra privata balkongen har utsikt över havet såväl som solnedgången. Tillgång till stranden är enkel utan trappor, och säkerhetsgrindarna är elektroniskt kodade. Det finns också ett underjordiskt parkeringsgarage.

Amazing Views

I spent an amazing month in Sept/Oct with my family and friends in this unit. The unit was perfect for a gathering of several adults and children. Large enough so that no one felt crowded. Two great patios, both with a view of the ocean and beach, allowed space for the kids to play and a separate place for the adults to enjoy quiet time. The condo was exactly as it was described: clean, spectacular views, spacious, quiet and furnished with everything you need for beach and pool. You really only need to bring your clothes and food. The condo has excellent security with garage parking and is convenient to historic sites, shopping, and restaurants. I was absolutely in paradise for a month. I hope I can come back again.

Relaxation by the Ocean

My wife and I rented the condo with the intention of hosting for two weeks, and relaxing, which we accomplished. We were very impressed as it was clean, open, and large enough with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The condo is on the 4the floor of a 5 floor building with sufficient parking in the building or outside. It has an ocean balcony and also a back afternoon sun porch that is shared by two bedrooms. We loved the place and would and hopefully will return. The location suited us as we like to walk the beach and the beach is one of the best we have been to for walking. It was also close to Canaveral National Seashore park which has trails and a back bay. The interior decor was pleasant and if you like to cook which we do, the kitchen was fully stocked. Great ocean views of the ocean from the master bedroom and living room. It was a good place for a family and the beach room with all the necessary beach chairs, carts, and boards were located in an outside room across from the elevators - perfect. It made the most of the condo having all of this in a separate room not inside the condo. The owner was fantastic and communication was great. If you like to dine out and we do, there are ample restaurants in close proximity just a 5-10 minute drive. Overall, we both were very impressed. Thanks Anne.

Perfect Stay!

We loved this place! The condo building itself is small, quiet, clean and super convenient, on our favorite beach and within our favorite quarter-mile. The owner was responsive and helpful with all of our questions and needs. And we really didn’t have many questions or needs or than a few clarifications! The unit is really roomy, well-supplied and as comfy and relaxed as being at home. Yes, it could use some updates here and there — but whose house couldn’t! Everything we really needed during our lengthy stay was provided and was more than adequate. Beds are comfortable, showers and tubs work fine, and appliances are high end and work fine. Decor is tasteful and fun. Guest spaces are well appointed and comfortable and roomy. And then there’s that ocean, literally just a few feet away! We would love to come back!

From start to finish this was a great experience! Great communication with the owner, all the necessities for a great day at the beach, and beautiful accommodations with a nice beach feel! I would definitely book this property again!

Couldn't Ask for More

When deciding to spend a month away from home, you look for a home away from home. This beautiful condo met all of my expectations. The views from all windows and lanais were fantastic. The home was clean and stocked with all of the basics and more. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has basically every thing you could ask for. More beach towels, chairs, toys than you could possibly use. The complex is quiet and well maintained. It's 10 minutes from Flagler Ave and Canal St; three minutes from JBs Fish Camp that supplies food, drinks, live music, paddle board and kayak rentals. So very impressed with the responsiveness of the owners to my questions as they arose. The place is truly a gem! Don't hesitate to stay here. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic!

This condo was perfect!! The pictures actually don't do it justice. We were displaced because of damage to our home and this was a welcome retreat! We spent both Christmas and new years here. The condo had everything we needed and then some! The property is smaller than most but has all of the amenities you could want and is well cared for. The unit is tastefully decorated and very inviting. It is stocked with dishes, glasses, beach towels and toys. There is a ton of space and all the conveniences of home! The owners were great to work with and very accommodating. You want be disappointed! !!

The vacation property was over and above all our expectations. The property was stunning.

From the moment we opened the door of the vacation property, we were completely amazed. The whole process was so easy which made us feel right at home. The property was bountifully equipped with everything that was needed for our enjoyment and treasured family time on the beautiful beach in Florida. The balcony and views from the balcony were so inviting and we even got to see the nesting of the sea turtles right outside our condo. Our family enjoyed the pool adjacent to the condo with its wonderful afternoon shade. We also enjoyed the seafood from Boston Fish House, NSB Seashack and Norwoods and as always Manny's Pizza and the Mexican Restaurant. The guys caught some great snapper while fishing on the Past Time Princess. We always enjoy going into Daytona Beach for the Farmers and Flea Market with its good selection of fresh vegetables and fruit and the much needed sunglasses. It was a great experience, one we hope to repeat. Thank you to the owner for sharing your great condo.
