Stor plats, en 5 minuters promenad till mat och dryck. Lakewood är hem för några av Dallas mest eklektiska och inspirerat nattliv. En annan kort promenad från hemmet är Lägsta Greenville. D Magazine kallar Lägsta Greenville, "den hetaste blocket i staden. Hemmet är också 8 minuter till centrum med bil. Njut av din lyxiga 2 sovrum 2. 5 Bath reträtt. Hemmet är ett rymligt 2 våningar radhus som bekvämt sover 6! Kung och drottning på övervåningen. Queen size luftmadrass nere.

Om något du har fått ditt lystmäte av mat och dryck i Dallas, bo i och njuta av en 60 tums platt skärm med fullt surroundljud i vardagsrummet. Synkronisera Pandora spellista till vår inbyggda Sonos Soundbar och subwoofer och har en romantisk kväll ensam. Gör en läcker måltid i fullt utrustat kök. Wholefoods och Trader Joes är precis runt hörnet.

På övervåningen sovrum har egna 42 tums platt skärm och alla har sin egen Uverse fjärrkontroll så att du kan alla titta på något annat samtidigt.

State Fair / College Football Weekend

The property suited 4 of us perfectly. It’s exactly as the pictures show. The neighborhood is very safe. We felt comfortable walking to Lower Greenville restaurants after dark, as well as those on Skillman too.

Good Bones, Poor Execution - Needs a Professional Housekeeper

The pictures and description are technically accurate, but the pics show a place that feels clean and pleasant. We found a mix - the back yard had a great fence and dog door but the grass hadn't been cut in a while, dead leaves not picked up and stuff lying around. Looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. The last renters left a kitchen pot in the backyard and it was sitting outside the door looking yucky. The main wood floor looks worn, the living room rug ratty, the couch only ok, the dining table fine. The refrigerator was nasty - shelves and drawers had lots of food spills and stains. Cabinets have lots of partially used food, some old kids stuff. Coffee maker had not been cleaned - old coffee baked into the bottom of the pot, etc. The first couple of drinking glasses I pulled out had fingerprints and lipstick, like they had been rinsed but not fully cleaned. So we ran everything through the dishwasher. This made us question what else in the apt was not cleaned. Bad start to a visit during Covid. The beds were comfortable, sheets / blankets / pillows great. But you need a step stool to get into one bed. Bathrooms were fine, towels ok. appropriate amount of paper goods and soap. One of the Shower curtain rods is rusty and needs replacing. Not a single coat hanger in the 3 closets (we left a few for the next renter), and insufficient drawers / shelves for clothes. TV's were excellent. Summary - The apt has great potential and easy walking location to Lower Greeneville. But it feels like a family lived there, moved out, left their older stuff and has a less than thorough housekeeper.

Would not recommend

I would not recommend this stay. Sheets were dirty upon arrival, house not that clean and trash can was full from previous stay, windows wouldn’t stay propped open, cockroaches in the kitchen, and no instructions for the stay. The host is responsive but when flagging the above the tone became threatening, with a hostile demeanor. Location is good, but we didn’t feel comfortable.

Great Place, Awesome Location

Great place that is well represented by the pictures. The location is awesome. You can walk to lower Greenville and there are a couple of great places right next door off of Skillman. It is also walking distance to Swiss Ave, which is great for jogging or walks. The house has a private back yard and is on a quiet block. As noted in a few reviews, the master bed is very high, because it has storage underneath. I didn’t realize this when I booked, but you cannot use the garage, because it is used for storage. There is room for parking in the driveway.

Outstanding Experience

We had an amazing time at Mr. Bigvand’s home. The house was very clean, neat, and organized. Loved the decor and updated appliances. The rooms are very spacious for family or friends. Great sound system “Sonos” to enjoy the music and other entertainment. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Very calm neighborhood and conveniently located. I definitely recommend staying here.

Great place to stay and good location.

Stayed here with family for a few days. Downtown Dallas is close by. There were a few restaurants to walk to and we really enjoyed lower Greenville which is about one mile away. Place was clean and all towels, utensils and everything else we needed was there.

Yes, all good.

Clean, as described. The location was perfect for us. Close to our 100 y Old birthday godmother (at Julia Fowler) and Greenville, to eat. Owner was promptly responsive. All just fine.

Beautiful home in wonderful neighborhood!

Zagros was the perfect host, incredibly helpful and responsive, and we had a wonderful stay at his property. The place was perfect for us, had everything we needed and was located in a great neighborhood, very convenient to downtown and with great restaurants within walking distance. The back patio was a beautiful place to enjoy meals and relax. The next time we visit Dallas, we hope to stay here again!

Great location and stay

We booked this property for a 4 day girlfriend's weekend. The owner worked to accommodate our arrival and departure times, which was greatly appreciated. The location was great, clean, and well-stocked with supplies. There were many places to eat within walking or driving distance. Traveling to and from Dallas Love Field was very easy, and it was also simple to drive around the area to visit local sites. Zagros was always able to reach and answered any questions we had and also provided us with a list of possible locations to visit. I would recommend this place to my friends and we discussed returning to Dallas and renting again. Overall, it was a great experience.

Incredible Location, extremely clean with a lot of creature comforts

Zagros and his team did a great job handling our reservation. The home is very clean and nice and it's in a great location. We walked to a different restaurant every day about 5 minutes away and had wonderful strolls home because we'd take the long way. Pre-wired Netflix on all the TVs is a great touch. They were very accommodating. We will definitely stay with them again when we are in the Dallas.

If you walk east 5 minutes you'll be in Lakewood(check out a local gem dive bar Cosmos for the strongest drinks in Dallas. Also the pizza is incredible)
