Adagio är ett exklusivt samhälle vid Mexikanska golfen i Blue Mountain Beach, utanför Scenic Highway 30A. Adagio har 600 "orörda strandfasader och är ett privat och gated-komplex som ger en säker och bekväm miljö.

Denna vackra tre sovrum och tre badrum har bländande utsikt över den 8 000 kvadratmeter tre-lagras pool som kan avnjutas från master svit samt öppet vardagsrum, matsal och kök.

Gourmetköket har bänkskivor i granit med ryggstänk i marmor, gasspis och KitchenAid-apparater. Matsalen har sex platser med plats för ytterligare tre i baren. Balkongen har solstolar för att njuta av den fantastiska utsikten.

Adagio har två spektakulära pooler - Den 1 700 kvadratmeter stora poolen vid viken är uppvärmd och har en oändlighetskant med utsikt över Emerald Coasts blågröna vatten. Huvudpoolen är en fantastisk 8000 kvadratmeter som är sval även på de hetaste dagarna och innehåller tre nivåer med fontäner och vattenfall. Ett stort bubbelpool har utsikt över poolen. Det europeiska kullerstensdäcket innehåller en mängd sittplatser inklusive loungestolar och matbord. Fitnesscentret är centralt beläget nära poolen. Främre gräsmattaområdet för bukten gör det till en fantastisk plats att ta sig in i solnedgången i golfen eller njuta av en samling med familj och vänner.

Adagios bekväma läge möjliggör snabb åtkomst till angränsande Grayton, Seaside och WaterColor, där du hittar några av de finaste shopping- och matplatserna i närheten. Adagio G-102 - Fantastic!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: G-102 was absolutely perfect for our two adults and two kiddos and easily could have accommodated more. This property is immaculately kept and has everything you could need. Clean unit, great mattresses and updated kitchen. Felt like the unit and the property were some of the best we've experienced along 30a. The pools and hot tub are cleaned every day, the property doesn't have a single piece of trash because the employees are constantly maintaining it. If you have kids, the pools are worth their weight in gold. Easy to get to the beach, easy to supervise kids at the pool. Overall just fantastic experience and will be returning to Adagio again, hopefully the same G-102 unit!

Great week on the ocean

Can’t say I’ve ever had to buy garbage bags, coffee filters, toilet paper for a vacation rental before, but otherwise things were good. The AC seems like it is a bit tired as was the dryers ability to get clothes dry. Feels like these are target more to long term renters than to weekly guests as a result. We loved the area and will be back to explore more of 30a.

The staff was incredible and very attentive to our needs. Allowed us to arrive earlier than check in among other things. The gate attendants were all very friendly and helpful. The actual accommodations were above and beyond what we expected. The ease of getting around in this gated community is absolutely incredible. You can feel the pride taken in keeping this community clean and up to date. I really feel we hav e found our new got to for our yearly vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Adagio in G102. The weather was perfect from July 15-21! The condo was fine but could use a few fixes. The microwave is old and needs replaced. Also, the dryer took forever to dry things. And the washing machine did not seem to agitate the clothes - so we only did towles the week we were there.

Adagio G102

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at AdagioG102 for the past 6 years. We find the room to be excellent for our needs. When you walk into the condo, lights are on setting the mood for a welcoming stay. We love the location, First floor, right outside of the second pool. Our kids like sitting on the porch for their meals, we use decorative disposable table paper and play music for their enjoyment. We’ve had very few problems but the few times we’re addressed quickly and efficiently. The only problem we had was a snake outside our condo, we understand critters share this property but I have a daughter who is petrified of snakes and we had a hard time talking her into going back outside. We called management and they did send someone promptly but it was gone. We plan to stay again. Love Adagio

Our favorite place to be!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Adagio for years and love it! We have stayed at many places but Adagio is our favorite. This unit was awesome. Love the ground floor... great for unloading car without stairs, easy access to pool, beautiful scenery at night with lights lit up outside. The rooms are all very spacious, the decor was great, sofa was very comfy, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook a meal. We would recommend this unit and Adagio to others. We will certainly return next summer.

This property was very nice. We honestly weren't in it very long due to a maintenance issue. The property was very kind to move us to a unit right next door and even offer to help move our stuff over. We enjoyed our stay at Adagio!

Fantastic Unit

Reviewer Comments: We loved the Adagio location, the location of our unit 102G, the pool, beach and beach access. Everything was very clean. The resort is beautiful. The daily beach set up with La Dolce Vita was very well done. We loved our vacation. Our complaints are: the 5:00 checkin is way too late and inflexible, especially for a family with young children and babies. We were only provided 8 bath towels for a unit that sleeps 8 which is a little ridiculous,and no dish cloths. The master bedroom closet floor was completely filled with 3 huge bags of linens (?) so we couldn’t use it at all to store our suitcases or even hanging clothes. Also, the master bath shower was clogged and would hardly drain. By our last night, it wouldn’t drain at all, had a couple of inches of standing water in it still there the next day. The unit’s cabinetry also needs updated/repaired.

Last Visit to Adagio!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, the positive. We were able to check in an hour early and condo was mostly clean. As soon as we arrived, Adagio assistant manager told us that the ice maker was broken and would not be repaired during our visit. The owners had replaced the washer and dryer and they worked great.The unit is exactly like it was two years ago on our last visit, meaning no new furniture, old mattresses (all of them are hard as a rock), and old appliances (gas stove was worn out) and a little scary to use. The floors were filthy as other reviews stated (you certainly could not go barefooted or wear socks without them getting dirty! The bunkbed cubby had candy trash and candy bars and boxed drinks left in them from some previous visit--disgusting!The worst part of our visit was obviously the 40 steps to the overcrowded Adagio private beach that was 85% filled with La Dolce Vita beach service chairs and umbrellas, and 15% of the area left for the rest of us who like to bring our own chairs and umbrellas and toys! No playing frisbee, cornhole, etc. because there is literally NO room! I can only imagine how crowded it will be in the summer months! There is a GUARD blocking anyone from using any beach space beyond Adagio. So, if you don’t want to spend a fortune on shotty beach chairs from La Dolce Vita, you should just go to the public beach areas, ridiculous! I called Scott, with Adagio and left a voicemail complaining about this and never heard back from him. I was nice enough to call on our departure day and let him know we had left early and asked him about the beach problem and he said he would let the “board” know about my concerns. Not much of a response! As other reviewers have stated, Adagio owners have “sold out” to La Dolce Vita at the expense of other visitors to the condos! We will not be coming back after three years of visiting here.
