Amazing apartment!!!

Beautiful apartment, clean and complete with everything; The view from the terrace is breathtaking and the top is the gas grill, where you can have wonderful dinners between friends. Very convenient and useful the gym located on the first floor and usable by all the condos. Under the house there is a 24h, but a few minutes walk there is a very cheap supermarket. A 5 minute walk to Las Vistas beach, very nice and not too crowded. For young people in the neighborhoods there is the district of Sant'Elmo where you can find many locales, while a 30 minute walk is the Tenerife movida with countless local and fun. All in all one of the best holidays ever made, very pleased, I would recommend it to everyone, I will be back for sure! Roberto

Comfortable stay

Lovely apartment, very clean and well equipped. Well situated with lots of restaurants and shops in surrounding streets. About 12 minute walk to main areas,ideal for walking to either Los Cristianos of Las Americas. Lovely sunny balcony. Could maybe do with some new sunbeds.

Nice location

The apartment is as in the pictures. Nice views over the City and to the mountains. Air con is great. We had problems with the gym door, but the owner quickly organised lock smith to repair it. Unfortunately most of the gym equipments were in bad shape and did not work. Living room TV is pretty much useless and outdated, smart TV would be nice with Netflix etc. Wifi was great and sufficient and since there is a good Internet connection in the apartment smart TV would work nicely.

Lovely apartment in a great location.

The apartment is lovely and airy with good air con in the main living area and master bedroom. The towels provided could probably do with being replaced but they were clean and we washed them in the machine regularly. Also home with a suitcase of clean clothes so that was a result. There are 150 channels on the TV but the English speaking ones were BBC World and the news ones. Slightly disappointed there was no BBC or ITV. That said it meant we never watched it. A Bluetooth speaker would be a good addition. Overall very happy and the owner did everything to help us. Thank you Margarita

Very nice apartments!

The apartments is really great! Clean, spacious, very well stocked with all you need for living. Big kitchen, lots of dishes, glassware and so on, as well as towels and bed linen in sleeping rooms. Two bathrooms is really very comfortable for big families or couples. Balcony is great -the sightseeng to Teide is great especially at the sunrise. 3 TV's - all with satelite, more than 150 programs, you can watch whatever you like. Not far from beach (Playa de las Vistas) - 10-15 minutes, depends on how fast you are :). Supermarket Mercadona is on the way to the beach - 8-10 minutes walking. No bars or some loud places near the aparments - not disturbing at night. Margarita - the owner is very helpfull, though she is not presented on the island, her relatives helped a lot - our arrival and departure were without problems at all - once again - Thank you very much, Margarita! At summary - our family (I with my wife, her mother and our 6 years old daughter) is very happy that we spent our holidays in such a good and comfortable place. We'll try to return here next year. Huge, clean and lovely apartment

This apartment is very spacious and clean. The kitchen is really well stocked, there are loads of towels, extra blankets and clean sheets. There is a huge private terrace all the way around the apartment and there are sun loungers and a clothes line on the terrace. The double room is bright and airy and opens out onto the terrace which is lovely. The owner is really helpful and was able to answer lots of questions prior to arrival. There is a hair dryer available and a washing room with detergents etc... Although the apartment is close to Playa de la Vistas, it is at the top of a hill. The walk from Playa de la Vistas is 10-15 minutes, depending on the part of the beach that you are visiting. Twin room can be slightly noisy with people next door/upstairs but this quietens down early enough so shouldn't disturb sleep.

apartamento fantastico

Apartamento nuevo y amplio con una terraza muy amplia con vistas mar increibles, todo lo que necesitas y mas, me ha encantado todo, volvere muy pronto.

My family and I bought this apartment because of the beautiful terrace with view to the ocean and the Teide, the apartment has been renovated and furnished with care ,it is a spacious attic in a quite environment close to the beach and supermarket all within walking distance, in the nice area called Los Cristianos, many activities available such as snorking, or boat rides to visit the island or La Gomera, we love are vacaciones here, hope you will too!!
