Verblijf was goed. Appartement was zeer ruim. Airconditioning wetkte wel, maar was niet per kamer instelbaar ( wellicht tijdelijk)

Het appartement is in zeer goede staat.Alles was perfect schoon en alles is gedacht. Meer dan voldoende bestek en keukengereedschap geschikt voor grote gezinnen. Incheck ging heel goed, heel vriendelijk. Alles is op steenwork, trein, sttand, restaurants, mercadador, aldi.

Perfect place to recharge after long day of travel

We thoroughly enjoyed the comfort of this property and its walking proximity to the beach, restaurants along the port, and old town. A beautiful place to relax and reset before going to stay in the heart of Barcelona. We would stay again and recommend this accommodation to others. Muchas gracias!

Super séjour à Mataró

Un appartement trĂšs propre avec tout le confort et le nĂ©cessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Notre interlocutrice Nancy a Ă©tĂ© incroyablement gentille. Les plages et le port sont Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pied. Seul petit souci rencontrĂ© c’est le stationnement, il nous a fallu parfois tourner longtemps pour une place ou se garer un peu loin. Sinon au top! Je recommande

Lovely stay!

This apartment was absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location. We had all the amenities we needed and the host was a very responsive communicator. If we return to Spain, this is the first place we’d try to stay.

Great Stay

It was a very nice stay in Mataro. Specious rooms, large balcony, two very big bathrooms. The apartment was marvellous. Near the sea, near the port and only 10 minutes away from the train station. The hosts- wonderful, great, kind people. They were always in touch when we needed something. I highly recommend them. Best stay! ❀❀❀

Excellent accomodations

We spent 7 nights at the apartment and it was truly a home away from home. Nice clean and comfortable apartment with all the amenities that makes it feel like home. Excellent location right next to the Mataro train station, right on the beach with all the restaurants and cafes, few blocks from the center of town and a couple of miles from a big shopping center the Mataro Park. The host was very kind and accommodating. We will sure come back.

MARAVILLOSO

Excelente lugar, muy limpio y seguro, todo esta a la mano, transporte, la vista al mar mediterrĂĄneo, la atenciĂłn por parte de la propietaria muy correcta y agradable, gracias a todo esto tuvimos unas grandes vacaciones. Excellent location , clean and very sure , everything is at hand , transport, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea , Attention For instance part of the Owner is very correct and nice, Thanks to all this we had a great vacation

Logramos un muy buen descanso, todo lo descrito en el aviso es real, acogedor y cerca de todo, disfrutamos del mediterrĂĄneo, la propietaria muy agradable y correcta, esperamos regresar pronto. We achieved a very good rest, everything described in the notice is real, cozy and close to everything, we enjoyed the Mediterranean ,the owner very nice and correct, we hope to return son.

Relajantes Vacassiones a Mataro

Wir verbrachten zuerst mehrere Tage in Barcelona, dann wechselten wir in die Wohnung nach Mataro. Wir wurden herzlich von der Vermieterin empfangen, die sehr darum bemĂŒht war, unsere Urlaubswoche so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Sehr behilflich war sie bei der Suche nach einem Physiotherapeuten als ich von RĂŒckenschmerzen geplagt war. Die Wohnung entsprach den Angaben im Inserat, sehr sauber, sehr guter Zustand. Kleines Mango, es war kein Radio, wie angegeben, vorhanden. Von Vorteil ist auch die NĂ€he zu Barcelona, Bahnhof quasi um die Ecke, aber auch der kurze Weg zum schönen und breiten Sandstrand (nicht ĂŒberfĂŒllt,erholsam), zum Hafen, wo es sehr viele typische Restaurants gibt. In Mataro selbst gibt es gute Möglichkeiten, die Altstadt, schöne GeschĂ€fte, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Die Wohnung haben wir unseren Freunden schon empfohlen und wĂŒrden auch jederzeit selbst wieder die Wohnung anmieten. Vielen Dank nochmals an die liebevolle Betreuung durch die Vermieterin.

Really enjoyed it

We were 6 friends and stayed early September for a week. Overall our impressions were excellent. The apartment is quite big, more than enough space for us. It is very quiet and quite well furnished. We had everything we needed to make our stay as relaxing as possible. The bathrooms were new and well kept, which for me is very important. There was a washing machine, dryer and a dish washer, which were quite useful. Also the central air-conditioning was not that needed during our stay, but I am sure will be perfect for people visiting in the warmer months. The only two things that I can consider as negatives are the fact that we were provided an USB stick for the internet and the connection was quite slow and the TV was quite close to unwatchable (it made some really weird knocking sound every know and then that really bothered me). Very small details, considering we actually never turned the TV on and the internet connection is good enough for a vacation i.e. sending e-mails and reading some stuff. That and the lack of a stereo system were the only things, that were not quite accurate in the description. As far as the location, I found it quite perfect. There were hardly any people on the beach, which I really enjoyed, it made for some relaxing time under the sun. There are two shops near the apartment, which made shopping quite easy, there was a really good restaurant we went to for our last night and the city is quite nice, although nothing spectacular. The train to Barcelona is very regular and the journey takes around 30 minutes and is 7,60 € the round trip, which adds up if you are travelling often, I would recommend renting a car as it will be similar money. As for the owner, she was quite nice, everything was handled really well and she helped as much as possible. Would gladly recommend the property to anyone wanting to visit Barcelona and relax at the same time.

"El apartamento es acoged...

"El apartamento es acogedor, decorado con gusto, muy limpio, esta equipado con todo lo necesario que se requiere para unas vacaciones, el entorno es tranquilo y lo mejor es que se tiene la playa a 5 minutos y el tren tambien cerca. Nos encanto a mi familia y a mi ;) Os lo recomiendo!!!"
