Vi har valt att låta de milda handelsvindarna vinda igenom för att hålla vår sval. Det finns takfläktar och boxfläktar som alternativ.

Maui rankas upprepade gånger som "Bästa ön" av läsarna av Conde Nast, och Kaanapali är MILIs destination. Den fantastiska stranden, Black Rock, hotellremsan (inte överutvecklad som Miami eller Honolulu) - nämn det, om det är önskvärt är det allt i Kaanapali.

Problemet är att Kaanapali har blivit ganska dyr för en lägenhet vid stranden eller hotellrummet, varför Kaanapali Royal är ett så välkommet alternativ.

Utan tvekan är Kaanapali Royal det bästa värdet i Kaanapali, och denna enhet är en av de bästa priserna på fastigheter! Ligger på golfbanan inom gångavstånd till stranden och Whaler's Village, med dess fantastiska butiker, restauranger och på stranden.

Det bästa av båda världar! Nära till handlingen men ändå tyst och borttagen. Enheten är trevlig och skälen är vackra. Det finns en stor pool och jacuzzi med poolbarns grill med bord och stolar. Dra också fördel av de två tennisbanorna. Komplexet är gated med natt säkerhet (inte att du behöver det). Parkering är i nivånivå under spridande skuggor. Det finns en parkeringsavgift på $ 20 per dag eller max $ 140. Detta betalas direkt i receptionen vid registrering.

Denna enhet nås via trappor på 3: e våningen. Och det finns trappor inuti som leder upp till sovrummet. Föreställ dig 1500 kvadratmeter bostadsyta med en expansiv Lanai, alla moderna bekvämligheter, sover fyra i sängar och det finns en utdragbar bäddsoffa för en eller två extra gäster. Det finns luftkonditionering, men med stadiga passvindar öppnar du bara ett fönster och släpper in den naturliga brisen. Spektakulär utsikt över solnedgången till Stilla havet från ditt sovrum, vardagsrum och Lanai. Föreställ dig en vecka eller mer i paradiset!

Spacious Family Friendly Condo

We have been staying in Ka’anapali with our kids for 11 years and as they get bigger and need more space it’s been a challenge to find a larger condo that accommodates our family. This unit was perfect for us and our budget. Our kids loved having their own room with twin beds. There were plenty of extra linens and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owner communicated incredibly before our trip letting us know what was available to us like chairs, sand toys, boogie boards etc. We will be renting this unit again in the future!

Fantastic condo and location.

We had an amazing stay at this condo. It's in an ideal location with beautiful views. The condo is spacious, well-equipped, and the view from the lanai was lovely. The beds were very comfortable. The pool area was great and our 3 year old had a great time at this spot. Communication with the owner was easy and they were very helpful and gave detailed info. 10/10 recommend!

Wonderful stay

This has been a fantastic place to stay for our family. We have a family of 5 and finding a hotel without having to book 2 rooms has become incredibly hard to do these days. Additionally, the prices to stay in this area of Hawaii even in a VRBO is quite expensive. I found this spot to amazing for the price and what you get for it. It has a beautiful view facing the ocean and we loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. It has perfect space for 5 people (2 twin beds, 1 pullout couch and upstairs bedroom). Its a short walk to the beach and located to the ABC store and restaurants. The owners are very transparent about not having air conditioning. I took a chance, even though my wife cannot handle getting overheated, but they had lots of fans (we had 2 going upstairs, plus the ceiling fan) and the kids each had a fan in their rooms. While it does get decently warm at night, we had cool showers before going to bed and with the fans blowing it was not a problem for us. I would say, that if you absolutely cannot handle the fact it might be warm at night, and you need to sleep in cold conditions, then perhaps this is not the spot for you, but I would argue that if you stay here and then give it anything less than a 5 star review because you couldn't handle the temperature, then that is not a fair review. The owners were very responsive to our questions when we needed them for a few things. Thank you! I would highly recommend!!!

Amazing condo and location!

This unit was perfect for us! Even without air conditioning, the cross breezes made it very comfortable. The unit was very clean and well stocked. Excellent communication with the property manager both before and during our stay. Close to several beaches aside from the famous Black Rock beach. I would absolutely book here again.

Fans did not keep our place cool

Nice place cant complain but the fans and tranwidns breeze was a joke i would have payed more here to have the ac if i knew my place would be over 85 degrees inside very uncomfortable feeling

Just What We Needed

This place was perfectly placed and priced! Responses about property were prompt. We have been coming to Maui for more than 40 years. This place had a wonderful view and was comfortably stocked with necessary items. The trolly stopped close enough to the property that our kids felt comfortable taking it alone to the beach and Whaler's Village. Breezes were nice and fans are provided for those "hot bodies" in your group. We will return!

You can't beat this place!

This is the second time we've stayed here and will continue to come back each time we are in Maui. Awesome location, great vibe for adults and kids throughout the property, and the owner is super responsive and helpful. We love it here!

BUYER BEWARE

Overall I was unsatisfied with the booking of this property. Don't trust the reviews that state they were able to access the AC in this property. Despite my attempts to validate this with the owner in advance, the response from the owner was misleading and untrustworthy. The thermostat is padlocked and not able to be accessed. The owner was also slow to respond during our trip to my requests for support (~2 days to reply). Only book this unit if you don't plan to need mid-trip support and do not care about having access to AC.

Wonderful Experience

Location of the condo was perfect, nice walk to the big hotels, Whaler's Village and beaches. Communications with owner was excellent. Front desk reception lady was pleasant and plenty of parking. Didn't make it to the pool, but had a great view. View overlooking the golf course to the hotels and water was a perfect "10".

Close to the beach

Although the furnishings are a bit dated, the condo is in a great location- within walking distance of the beach, shopping and great restaurants.

Great place to stay

We liked staying here. One reason was because of the bedroom arrangement - masters upstairs and the other downstairs. The separation was great. Beautiful view! Very affordable.

You will be pleasantly surprised staying here.

Laura was wonderful to work with. She responded to emails in a timely matter. Was very helpful to my many questions. The condo was fabulous. Clean and stocked with what you need, towels for the beach, utensils for eating, cups plates and anything else you need while staying there. The location could not be any better. The view is incredible. Kehau who works at the front desk at the complex was so helpful and very friendly. We could have stayed forever. There were 6 of us staying there and never felt cramped. The walked to black rock was about 10-15 minutes. We barbequed, hung out at the pool and me and the boys learned how to play pickle ball. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo was great! Clean and convenient, concierge was very friendly & helpful.

My husband and l really enjoyed our stay at the Kaanapali Royal. It contained all the comforts of home. We are hoping to return maybe next year. We did like the fact that you were going green, it's the right thing to do.

Great retreat

Stayed at the property for 8 days it was everything that they said it would be , from the very beginning Laura was right on point with communication e-mailing detailed instructions , Very Clean, felt like home away from home. Would stay here again for sure the only downside to the trip was having to come home !! Thanks again Laura keep up the good work .

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this spacious paradise retreat. The accomadations were more than adequate. The pool was in a expertly landscaped and manicured paradise setting. Laurie took very good care of us and we appreciate her kindness and helpfulness. She treated us, not as customers - but as guests. This is the kind of place that you just don't want to leave! The best thing about the Kaanapali Royal is that it is a quiet oasis. There are no tourist crowds, no fighting for a poolside lounge. The landscaping is beautiful; everything is well maintained. I love that the beach is close by, but that there is complete privacy at the KR
