Välkommen till Swan Float Inn! Uppkallad efter den STORA vita svanen som välkomnar dig till staden utanför US-31. Detta tri-level hem är den perfekta reträtten i norrutflykt i det önskvärda kvarteret på västra sidan av byn Elk Rapids. Minuter till allt som Elk Rapids har att erbjuda - gå ett och ett halvt kvarter till stranden vid Lake Michigan eller 4 kvarter till de bedårande centrumsbutikerna i Elk Rapids - du är några steg från allt. Vi hyr söndag till söndag under sommarmånaderna och minst två natt under lågsäsongen.
Huset har tre sovrum och ett badrum på övervåningen, stort familjerum, kök, matplats, halvt bad och däck på huvudnivån, och två rum och ett halvt badrum på nedre nivå med tvättmöjligheter. Denna veckohyra inkluderar wifi, plattskärms-TV med dvd-spelare, två Paddlebouy paddelbrädor för användning vid stranden, gasgrill på det stora däck och en liten eldstad för kvällar vid elden. Ett fjärde sovrum ligger i walkout källaren med en queen size-säng, plus huset erbjuder en utdragbar soffa på lägre nivå och en andra utdrag i familjerum på bottenvåningen.

Detta hus är tillgängligt att hyra varje vecka söndag till söndag från 12 juni till Labor Day helgen.

Rolig fakta: Den 15 fot stora svanen användes som en flottör för att bära fröken. Elk Rapids i Cherry Festival och Harbour Day stod tillbaka 1966.

Loved this house for our family. We had 5 adults ad three kids under 5. The extra refrigerator in the garage was an appreciated surprise for drinks! We also loved the wagon that fit two toddlers for heading to the beach an easy block away. We loved hanging out on the new front porch and deck. We also liked the new flooring- fresh carpet that cleans easily and vinyl wood-like flooring in bedrooms. Make sure to bring beach towels, but that isn’t a big deal. I truly hope the house is available next year.

What an awesome stay! The Swan Float Inn was a beautiful and spacious home for our family. ‘Such a great location, with so many really nice amenities. The new upgrades to the decking and the house are impressive! The host is so generous and helpful, as well. We can’t wait for our next visit!

Awesome Location

House is very nice, exactly as advertised. Property manager is very responsive and accessible. Location is perfectly situated for short walks to downtown or the beach. Easily accommodated our family of ten.

Great location

Very nice home. Really clean and great location. Beach was a block away and had so much to do. Downtown was easy to walk to and had a lot of cool shops. The property manager was very responsive. The only thing we didn’t like was the late check-in. By the time you check in at 6 p.m. and unpack it is too late to do much.

Great Location! Just Park and Walk!

Terrific location for a stay in Elk Rapids! Downtown Elk Rapids is just a few blocks away; the beach and the play area even closer. Just walk to everything! Lots of room in this home for a large family group.

Great Spot

As Advertised!! Pictures and description are accurate. Neat Clean and Orderly. Addition of the A/C was great for us. We spent all day every day out in the sun & on the boat and appreciated the cool temps for sleeping. Hope to stay again next year! Patrick

Summer 23

Spacious, clean, well supplied. This was our 3rd yr staying and we plan to be back in 24. Location great for swim, biking, walking, etc. Kids always have a ball.

Amazing location

Loved this adorable house walking distance to downtown Elk Rapids and a block from the beach. The house was perfect for our mixed group of adults and kids in TC for a softball tournament. Only downside was that there was only 1 shower. Other than that, it could not have been more perfect. Loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Summer in ER

Clean, well stocked, very comfortable for active family ages 7 to 72. Park the car and walk or bike to beach, restaurants, shopping, movies, harbor, library and bars. Very restful, something for everyone.

time with family to celebrate 50 years of marriage

Everyone enjoyed their time swimming and all the yard toys provided. The house was just as listed and the extra refrigerator in the garage came in very handy. My grandsons really enjoyed the paddle boards as they kept telling us it was their favorite thing to do and also being able to walk to the beach.

Great location, close to twin and beach. Awesome park with tennis and activities, perfect for morning walks. House well stocked, no central air so it gets warm in the rooms with window units.

Spectacular!

We would definitely stay here again! When we arrived, everything was clean. The procedures were posted and easy to follow. We had no questions and it was a relaxing week. Kitchen is well equipped with what you will need if you are cooking/making meals there. There is plenty of space for small children to play while the rest of the guests can still be comfortable. Literally a block from the beautiful bay. All the people around town are friendly.
