The condo was exactly as advertised. A pleasant surprise was waiting on us...fresh flowers, fresh fruit and some nice chocolate. Also, they supplied some items other places we've stayed never have...toothbrushes and toothpaste, laundry and dishwasher pods, bath towels, and others things. The place was clean and spacious and easy access to the beach. And any questions we had were answered promptly.

The most gorgeous views in Daytona Shores or any other condominium we have ever stayed at. Had everything we needed to cook when we decided to. The water, flowers, fruit, and chocolates were amazing since it’s a 9 hour drive. It’s our second stay at the condominium but won’t be our last. The host is amazing too!!

This is amazing condo! My family and I have stayed for 8 years now and have already booked for next year. That's how Great it is. The view is perfect rain or shine. We have been able to see many rocket launches from the balcony.

I have nothing else to add except that the location is perfect and very well situated. However, the condo is lacking a lot of maintenance and the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The price is high for a condo that has never been renovated since it was built. The bathrooms, showers, and kitchen are all mediocre. A persistent musty smell was present throughout our stay.In summary, the accommodation lacks maintenance and is very outdated. The price is expensive considering the condition and cleanliness of the condo.

That said, we are sincerely sorry that the condition and cleanliness of the condo did not meet your expectations. Your comments regarding maintenance, cleanliness, and the musty smell are being addressed with our housekeeping and maintenance teams immediately. Beachfront properties can sometimes experience musty odors due to the naturally high humidity, but that does not lessen our responsibility to ensure the unit is fresh and comfortable for our guests. . When we arrived we found the condo to be as described. We found the third floor to be an excellent location. The condo had fed a great view especially during the space launch to the moon. Everything was wonderful and all enjoyed the stay. The only problem we had was the air conditioner wan’t working properly. We call and the problem was corrected. Parking was not a problem since the underground stop was great. When we come back to Daytona Beach we would most likely stay here again. We had a wonderful time!!!!!!

Perfect place for a getaway birthday weekend. The balcony was amazing with awesome views. We spend a lot of time there. We went out to all of the local restaurants and even grilled one day. My favorite part of weekend was riding my bike on the beach. Would definitely come back.

Best friends annual get together with shopping and r&r. The location is exactly as described. The condo is well stocked, comfortable, safe and with many amenities. Furniture and bedding are well thought out and welcoming. The balcony is the best part, or is it the garage parking, or the amenities? Lovely condo.

This condo is beautiful. The owner left a welcome letter along with a nice bowl of fruit which was refreshing and a couple bottles of water. And to top that off, the owner left a box of beech theme shapes chocolates . Gary was very knowledgeable and quick to respond to my messages .We did not get to use the pool. It was still a little cool for that. As far as parking, it was a nice touch to be able to park our Harley in the garage .I would highly recommend this condo for anybody . The view the beach everything was beautiful and being able to watch the sunset and the sunrises was awesome. I will give this condo a 10 out of 10 . I will be booking again .
