Excellent home away from home

We had a great time with this condo. We’ve stayed twice. The view is exceptional. The decor is nice, beach and homelike. The property has easy access to amenities and the beach. The pool is great. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need. I’d stay here again.

Would stay here again

Location was fabulous. Chair service was easy to secure. Condo is older and is in need of some upgrades. But, had everything we needed. Cracked shower tiles and no trim in the master bath and appeared to be mold on the wall where trim had been removed - that was the only negative, was unsightly but didn’t affect the overall stay.

Roomy with easy access to beach

Great stay. Lots of room in the living area and bed rooms. I appreciated the close proximity to the beach and the great views of the gulf from the balcony. The private beach with attendants ensured our chairs and umbrella was ready each morning. It was easy to cook and prepare meals each day with plenty of kitchen utensils. Make sure to bring seasonings if you stay here. We left some behind for the next guest at this place. Directions are easy and the location is in close proximity to good restaurants and grocery stores. It is very easy to navigate from the Pensacola airport to the property. Managers gave us plenty of notice and directions on how to enter the property. Overall, I would definitely bring my family back to stay at this condo!

Great view and easy walk to the beach

We had a 4 night stay. The pictures of the condo are very accurate. There was plenty of space for our 6 person group. The kitchen had lots of appliances, baking sheets, cookware, dishes, and utensils. We were able to make a couple dinners and breakfast each day. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. The walk to the beach was very easy, especially for my dad who uses a cane and balance isn't great. We loved the pool. The steps to get in were easy. I would recommend a trash can and umbrella by the pool. The pool is in the sun all morning and early afternoon, then had shade by late afternoon. I loved that this building was smaller, only had 18 units, because it made it less crowded at the pool and beach.

Fall break

We have stayed at this complex multiple times. It's perfect for families. Only 18 units in all so low crowds and no elevator wait! Unit was clean and ready on time. Absolutely no complaints.

Another great year at Emerald Key

Great location. Beautiful view. Condo fit our needs and was very nice. Had an issue with the door and called the rental managers who responded in a friendly and positive manner. If anything to improve upon is the cleanliness of the walk ways, carts, and elevator. More people need to do their part and be conscious of what they’re doing and leaving behind.

Great balcony nice place

This is a lovely condo with a great view. We loved spending time on the balcony. It was very clean and all of the rooms were nice. The kitchen had the necessary utensils etc. There were plenty of towels and blankets provided (not beach towels, that would have been nice). It’s in walking distance to grocery stores and there is a restaurant within a short walk down the beach. There was some construction happening which was disappointing as we purposely didn’t choose other places that disclosed their construction. The elevator didn’t work one of the days, the 5th floor walk up was unpleasant after our long walks/runs on the beach. We’re luckily fit and could manage it, but it still wasn’t ideal. I wish management let some things stay from one renter to the next (coffee filters, oil, salt , pepper, beach chairs) as it’s a wasteful system.

Great trip

Very nice and clean very comfortable beautiful balcony view. Just two small matters the ice machine doesn’t work very well just use a maintenance check and the shower curtains could be just a bit cleaner or changed after a Long Beach season But other than that we enjoyed it very much!

Girl Getaway

Emerald Key was a great location to stay for our girl getaway. The condo was clean, comfortable, had an awesome pool, and was conveniently located to everything we needed.

Excellent views

The condo had a nice balcony on the beach. The view overlooked the pool and was right on beach. Well stocked kitchen that we utilized to the fullest. The condo was an easy drive/walk to stores and restaurants. Had pleasant decor and was very spacious. Bring your own comfy pillows and you’ll have it made.

3rd Annual Girls’ Trip
