Apache Ranch är ett avskilt hem vid basen av Gore Range Mountains. Det är ett perfekt hem och plats för företags- och sångskrivande reträtt !! En gated ranch entré markerar platsen för denna moderna berg hem med utsikt över Gore Range Peaks, Williams Fork Range och Blue River Valley. Huset ligger på sju tunnland äng, som lämpar sig för otro fri utsikt, avskildhet och solsken. Fastigheten är backas upp av National Forrest med vandring, snö skoning och nordiska spår, har en säsongsbetonad bäck och ser nedan för att öppna utrymme och en privat ranch. Det är också bara några minuter till fiskare tillgång och guldmedalj fiske i Blue River. Det ligger några minuter från Raven Golf Course och 5 minuter till shopping, restauranger och underhållning. Det perfekta läget är bara 20 minuter från fyra stora skidområden, Breckenridge, Keystone, koppar och Arapahoe Basin. Det är 30 minuter från Vail Resorts.

Apache Ranch var anpassad byggd för sex år sedan 2011. Det är en sann timmernypa hus med 26 ft. Välvda tak, öppen planlösning och 3600 kvm. Ft. Av rymligt vardagsrum. Huset är vägg till vägg trägolv och golv till tak fönster. Stilen är berget / modern som har alla moderna apparater och möbler. Den stora köket är bra för underhållande. Den har stora bänkskivor som sätet fem och angränsande sittgrupp med plats 14 runt en anpassad bord. Den stora rum har välvda tak och en stor gas kalksten spis för värme och atmosfär. Huset har 3 sovrum och 2. 5 bad. Sovrummen har höga välvda tak, många fönster för ljus och utsikt och trägolv. Badrummen är anpassade kaklat golv, bänkskivor och duschar. Befälhavaren svit har en egen privat tillgång till wrap runt veranda, uteplats och eldstaden, och badet ett bubbelbad. Det finns en wrap runt, täckt, sten veranda och en stenhäll uteplats med en stor gas eldstaden och en gasgrill ... Store för utanför underhållande. Det finns också hängmattor som svänger från verandan på sommaren för avkoppling och bara tar i solen, stjärnor och utsikt över bergen.

The wedding of our dreams!

We utilized this property for our ceremony and reception -- The property was not only gorgeous, but Leslie was a wonderful owner to work with! The property was clean, private, organized, and had everything a guest would need. The views were also beautiful -- All of our guests can't stop talking about it!

Incredible, cozy mountain property.

We had an amazing time! The property is incredibly beautiful, and perfect for relaxing with friends and family. The kitchen is a dream for cooking, and the gas fire pit outside was so cozy for the crisp evenings! Loved every minute of our time here! Thanks so much Leslie!

Sweet Solace

From initial contact through our finale, our experience was outstanding! Leslie is very attentive at the outset, offering tips and suggestions along the way. Her home and property was simply stunning. Had a chance to see some bison and a HUGE owl on the property, along with the beautiful horses. If you are looking for comfort and relaxation, while offering all the amenities that you can imagine, look no further. The property is close enough to stores/restaurants (maybe 6-7 minutes), yet far enough away from everything to get into full vacation mode (even if for a few days). Breckenridge is maybe 20 minutes away and offers some great summertime options for adventure...that said, it was awesome to leave the crowds behind, stop and get some nice grillables on the way home and have an awesome cookout with a couple of nice Rocky Mountain cold beers! Leslie and her property are 1st class. Assuming that we will come back to this area of the country at some point, it is safe to say that I won't need to spend time researching on where to stay - thanks Leslie

Slice of Heaven

Apache Ranch is a lovingly appointed, sophisticated yet comfortable space to relax and enjoy the beauty of Summit County. We spent two nights there for a small business-related gathering. We wanted for nothing during our stay. My only regret is that we couldn't spend the whole week there!

Excellent experience

The home and property are truly gorgeous. Very clean, easy to find, beautifully decorated, stocked with essentials and absolutely gorgeous scenery. This place will not disappoint. It's really amazing. We hiked around the area during our stay. We also did a guided fly fishing tour in nearby Breckenridge and the guide actually drove us back to a river right by the house. Leslie puts the experience over the top with her friendly, professional and excellent communication. She's awesome. Thank you so much for making this weekend so special for us!

30th Birthday Dream House

The pictures don't even do this home justice. My family walked in and everyone's jaw hit the floor with the beauty of the home. The attention to detail in decor makes you feel like home. (Just a way nicer version than your own home). The windows immediately draw you to the backyard and the amazing view. We spent every night enjoying the sunset and roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. It was the perfect home to celebrate my 30th birthday. Plenty of inside kitchen space to prep food and plenty of outdoor space for everyone to enjoy. Leslie was also very welcoming to our fur baby and we appreciate her allowing pets. Our dog looooved the freedom and spent hours napping in the grass and wandering the field space. We will be repeat renters for sure!!!

Beautiful Apache Ranch

Staying at Apache Ranch was a dream for my family and I. We stayed here during my wedding week and I will forever have beautiful memories here, I hope I will be able to stay again some time! Leslie was beyond gracious and accommodating. She happily allowed my 2 dogs to stay with us and for me to host a rehearsal dinner here. The house itself is gorgeous and perfectly cared for- and the property was green and lush with horses grazing in a pasture below. Everyone was so impressed and so happy, we never wanted to leave.

Incredible Views, Privacy and Comforable Luxury

We adored this home. It was my favorite vacation rental. The decor, the design, the warmth of the home are unmatched. Leslie was the perfect owner. We will definitely book this home again. The only tiny thing that I'd ask for is hooks to hang things like coats or a bit more closet space. That's all. :) It was wonderful. Thank you!

Even Better than the WONDERFUL pictures!

We stay in quite a few VRBOs, and this was one of the best, most luxurious, most well designed and well equipped houses I have ever stayed. The front room is large and open and perfect for small and large groups alike. The place is immaculate, the views incredible, and the owner really gets it--all the details are taken care of, even down to the bird seed out front to attract beautiful winter and summer fowl. We had a group of eight, and the owner made the trip a memorable and special one for my wife's birthday--she even left us a bottle of nice wine! The house itself: imagine that every photo on here cannot do it justice! Everything was BETTER than advertised, and it is private and out on its own finger of land away from the other homes. Rent this house!!!

Amazing place and amazing owner!!!

Everything about this house and weekend was amazing. It is so beautiful inside and out, and Leslie makes sure her guests feel at home! This was the best vrbo experience I've ever had, Leslie was extremely responsive and was so sweet through the whole process, and her house was everything you could hope for. I recommend everyone to stay here. We skid vail one day and it was only a 35 minute drive, and keystone the next which was just about highway 9. Great location, great house and property, and a wonderful owner! Thanks again Leslie!

Absolutely Wonderful!

This home and its surrounding were superb. We have done dozens of VRBOs and this was definitely the nicest setup. Gorgeous house, breathtaking scenery, 15 min from Keystone. Leslie was a super sweet and responsive hostess. Already looking forward to returning.

No doubter on this one - Unbelievable place

My wife and I use VRBO five or six times a year. Bar none, this was the best place we have ever stayed. The house was immaculate and had all the amenities you would expect for a home of this caliber. The kitchen is huge and has everything you need for an awesome meal with the family. The views and pictures on the posting, while enticing, do not compare to the real thing! The location is perfect, in the mountains but minutes from Silverthorne. Easy access to I-70 and all the ski resort towns. There is also a nice trail within a hundred yards of a National Forest. For people that like to golf there is a top-notch golf course within 2 minutes. We are very deliberate when choosing places to stay. Save yourself the time and book this place - there is no need to waste time. Leslie was incredibly accommodating and communicated very well.

Exceptional place and host

From the beginning of communication with the owner, I could tell that this was someone who was actually invested in us having a good stay. now maybe we benefitted from being an early renter and the rest of you will jade her over time but I doubt it. Leslie has a terrific energy about her and is genuinely happy and eager to help make your trip a good one. She went above and beyond. The place is every bit as good as the photos. The large open space is very conducive to entertaining and enjoying each other's company. The layout of the bedrooms, one down, two up is nice for privacy as well. The décor was exceptional and you can't help but appreciate the owner's taste and sense of style at every turn. The place was recently built and everything is high end and in perfect working order. honestly can't say enough about the place and our stay. would definitely do it again. We were skiing so away during the day and my biggest regret was not being around more to enjoy the home. And yes it feels like a home, one you will wish you lived in. on a practical note, proximity to the slopes (copper, breck, keystone) is great. Vail about 30 min wasn't bad at all. you are only 15-20 min from a decent range of restaurants/bars/shopping in surrounding towns/cities. It's removed enough to feel apart yet near enough to be convenient. just what the dr. ordered.

I am a Colorado native and have raised my two daughters in Summit County. My daughters and I designed our home on the property that was once my Grandfather's original ranch in the early 50's. We took into consideration the natural environment of the open meadows, the seasonal stream, the views of the peaks and the ranch below when we did our final plan. The house is situated to have unobstructed views from every window and sunshine to fill each room. We wanted the gathering place to be the kitchen, due to our love of cooking together, so we made this area the focus of the house. The wrap around porch is our place of comfort to enjoy the birds, the wildlife, the sunsets and laughs at the end of each day. It's a special place that lends itself to escaping, relaxing and appreciating all things nature...and of course each other and the company of friends and family.
