Regionalparken Bauges ligger 10 minuter med bil och många nautiska aktiviteter möjliga: paddling, rodd, vattenskidåkning, paddling, vattenskoter och många andra sportaktiviteter finns i en omkrets mycket nära huset: cykla på cykelbana, tennis, rullskridskor, trampolin, fiske, bergspromenader i regionalparken Bauges, paragliding, canyniong eller via ferrata.
Huset ligger 5 minuter med cykel från alla butiker du behöver på semester (stormarknad, bageri, slaktare, regional ostmjölk, frukt och grönsaksbutik, ORGANISK butik, restauranger och lokal marknad med regionala produkter).
Huset är utrustat med en vacker träterrass på 100m2, med moderna trädgårdsmöbler, solstolar, en utomhus soldusch och en grill. Med denna anläggning kan du bo inomhus / utomhus under din semester och njuta av en majestätisk utsikt över bergen i La Tournette och Dents de Lanfon. Mongets-distriktet, där huset ligger, är ett mycket lugnt, lantligt läge men också nära till alla bekvämligheter (apotek, bokhandel, cykeluthyrning, sportbutik)
Du kommer att uppskatta den moderna dekorationen i de ljusa färgerna i husets inre och tonvikten ligger på utrustningens kvalitet: avancerad sängkläder, kvalitetsmöbler, gratis wifi med live orange låda, Nespresso kaffebryggare. Great location

This is a well kept and well equipped house in a great location, handy for the lake, the cycle path and the local shops. We had a really enjoyable stay and were glad of the proximity to the lake, as the weather was very hot most of the week. The owners, Jean-Noel and Catherine were also lovely and very helpful.

Second time just as good

We last stayed in 2020 and it’s just as we remembered. Location is perfect. Surrounded by mountains, the lake 3 minute walk away. Close to supermarket, bakery and good restaurants.

Amazing house

Had an amazing stay in this property. Everything you could possible need is there & the views are fantastic. The lake is a two minute walk away, a paddle board & snorkels are included for your use. The shops are a short bike ride away. I would advise booking bikes in advance if this is something you want as we didn't & the hire shop didn't have any left. One small thing, a fan for the second upstairs bedroom would have been good given the exceptional heat that we had. Would definitely recommend this house & we would love to visit again. Thanks.

Wonderful! A street back from the lake front

Catherine and Jean Noel were great hosts. Great communication and welcoming on arrival to make sure we had everything we need. We stayed with our 1 year and 5 year old and it was great to be so close to the lake and bike paths for activities. Excellent location in Annecy.

Très bon séjour

Très bel environnement, le chalet très bien situé, calme et à proximité du lac. Configuration optimale des lieux avec une décoration très agréable et des équipements top. Juste un petit problème avec le jacuzzi mais qui a été réglé avec efficacité. Je recommande cette location

Fabulous location!

Loved our stay at this glorious holiday chalet in such a great location so close to the lake. We came to Lake Annecy to paddle board & it was great that we could just walk to the lake with our boards straight from the chalet … loved that! The property was also in an idyllic spot with great views of the mountains. We are a family of 5 & the property had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Loved the hot tub & lazy evening BBQs out on the deck. We definitely recommend this chalet & would love to return again in the future.

Nous avons été accueillis par Catherine, la propriétaire,de façon très sympathique et très chaleureuse ! La maison ainsi que l emplacement (vue exceptionnelle sur les montagnes) sont justes magnifiques .Le lac est à deux pas. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Excellent!

I cannot recommend the home enough. The views across the lake were stunning- snow capped mountains. The property is clean and very comfortable with modern appliances. The proximity to the bike path is a plus as well. Check in was very easy and the owner was extremely gracious and responsive. Bottom line: excellent all around.

Belles vacances à 2 pas du lac

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette résidence bien équipée et idéalement située près du lac (paddle dispo aussi). Accueil réalisée par un service conciergerie très professionnel et agréable avec de très bons conseils. Relations très agréables avec les propriétaires aussi. Bref top!

Belle villa au calme

Nous avons apprécié la villa. Elle est jolie et bien placée ! La piste cyclable est à 1min de la maison. Les commerces sont à 800m. Endroit calme. Le Jaccuzi était très bien pour se relaxer après les journées de randonnée, VTT... Maison propre, lits confortables, cuisine bien aménagée + Barbecue. Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires. La communication avec les propriétaires et la conciergerie de Virginie était top! Tous sympathique. Nous recommandons cette location !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Sévrier. La location est impeccablement située pour découvrir les environs, très bien équipée. Séjour confortable

Très beau gîte aménagé avec goût et très confortable, bien chauffé. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon moment entre amis. Seul regret, le jacuzzi qui n'était pas accessible à cette période. Et sur le site, il parle de 3 salles d'eau dont une avec baignoire et il n'y en a que deux ! Malgré cela, nous avons passé un très bon moment.

Oasis in Paradise

We have stayed in Sevrier many times, but this accommodation made our holiday the best one ever. The location, a stone’s throw away from both the bicycle path and the lake, makes it ideal. As far as the accommodation goes, there is nothing lacking .The beds are extremely comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary utensils and the WiFi is really fast. We were six adults and we never felt cramped at any time. There is only one thing to consider - the fridge/freezer is not adequate for a large household. We had extremely warm weather this year and as a result the fridge limited us in storing cool drinks. The freezer is merely an ice box which meant that shopping was required on a daily basis if you are catering in. (A small inconvenience which does not detract from the experience as there is a really good supermarket very close by) Thank you to both Catherine and Virginie for all your assistance before and during our stay. We will most certainly be back next year.

Excellent séjour

Grand chalet, très bien aménagé. Un très grand salon repos, avec poêle, qui permet de tous se retrouver et partager de bons moments après une journée de ski. Très bon accueil de Mr Lepki. Sommes ravis de ce séjour .

Great family holiday location

We spent a week at the end of July/beginning of August with our two young children (aged 6 and 7). Communication prior to arrival was very good, and Virginie met us at the agreed time to show us round. The villa was very well presented and equipped, and in a beautiful location. The cycle path runs very close to the house which we used a lot, and via that there was easy access to great beaches and restaurants. We also enjoyed barbecuing and eating out on the terrace several nights - there are two supermarkets close at hand (one walkable), and a great bakery also walkable to go and get breakfast. There was plenty to do for the children in the area, and we had a great time there. Our only minor grumble (and not really anything the owner could do anything about) was that the disco at the nearby campsite could be heard until 11:00pm. It wasn't at a level that kept anybody awake or was a major disturbance, but it would have been perfect to have have sat outside in the evening and enjoyed a little more peace. This certainly didn't spoil our experience of the villa or our holiday though.
