Kom och bo på Knockcarrig House så hittar du din perfekta balans mellan stad och land. Vår nybyggda fastighet ligger i utkanten av vår privata 20 tunnland gård, men är mindre än 5 minuters bilresa till Killarney.

Knockcarrig House ligger precis utanför N22 i bostadsområdet Lissivigeen och erbjuder dig den perfekta basen för att turnera Ring of Kerry, Dingle Peninsula och Ring of Beara. Gröna fält omger huset och på sommaren hittar du våra boskap njuta av allt det härliga gräset som naturen har att erbjuda :)

Elegant landsbygd väntar dig på Knockcarrig House. Delar av interiören dras från det naturliga landskapet - från det gyllene höet på sommaren till de stolta rosa rävarna som finns i de mossiga stengrävarna. Varje sovrum har eget badrum med två med både separat bad och dusch.

Njut av fantastiska högtider vid vårt skräddarsydda 10-sitsig ekbord som finns i vår panoramiska matsal med utsikt över bergen och ängen. Koppla av på kvällen med en bra bok framför en brusande eld eller utmana någon till ett schackspel - vinnaren behöver inte göra diskarna!

Very Nice

Host communicated very well. We had a wonderful time. The house is clean and conveniently located. Easy to call a taxi to town to avoid fighting for parking and also having the freedom to enjoy some drinks and not worry about driving. I highly recommend this house if you are planning to stay near Killarney.

House was perfect for a group of 10. Great communication with Noelle. Living area was fantastic and the children loved looking out at the cows in the field. Great location and proximity to town center and grocery stores.

Phenomenal Experience

Our stay here was beyond what we expected. The home is perfect for a more intimate family experience. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise on the patio in the mornings, dining together and game nights. Noelle went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend.

A true gem!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Noelle's place! The house is beautiful, clean, and so charming. We had everything we needed and we loved seeing the cows in the yard each day (my daughter named them Milky and Mooey ). The location was also perfect as it was just a short drive into Killarney town center, the national park, and other site-seeing locations. Noelle was a wonderful host, very responsive and caring about our stay, showed me everything in the house upon check in, and even left us a very thoughtful gift basket of food that we enjoyed. I would absolutely stay here again if I find myself lucky enough to go back to Killarney!

A wonderful, clean, beautiful home and property

We had 6 adults stay in Noelle's home for 3 nights. Noelle met us when we arrived and showed us around the home, which is spacious, clean, modern, and charming. The home had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, and even some perks we did not expect. The home is conveniently located to Killarney's sights and we had no problem driving out for local day trips. It's in a quiet, relaxing, serene location. I'm happy to recommend this property to anyone - adults, families with kids, etc. We all would gladly come back again.

The Best

Delightful stay

The 7 of us enjoyed our stay with Noelle and her home exceeded our every expectation! It was homey yet incredibly spacious, lots of room to gather together or to find a quiet spot. I’ve never stayed in a VRBO that was so well stocked! Your every need was anticipated! We enjoyed cooking meals together. The chest full of unopened pantry staples left for us was immediately appreciated! Everything from fine Butlers Chocolates to Irish butter to milk and eggs and Irish Brown bread to coffee and tea! Wow! My favorite STR by far and the hospitality was genuine! Thank you, thank you! We are truly grateful! The Whalen Family

Stunning home!

We rented this amazing spot when my husband and I and our siblings travelled to Ireland. The home was stunning! Spacious, elegant, spotless and beautifully appointed. Fabulous stay

We had a fabulous stay at the house! It was a group of 7 of us including 3 kids. Noelle was so welcoming and went over everything with us so we knew where everything was and the house was perfectly stocked. We had so much room and the kids enjoyed looking at the cows and playing in the grass. It was a great location for Killarney activities. 100/10, would recommend over and over again!

Amazing Farmhouse Style Property

This is a 5 star booking all around. If this home hits on size, price point and location lock your stay in while you can. Beds are beyond comfortable. All closets have luxurious robes and slippers. Bathroom towels are hotel quality. All showers come with non-slip mats. Kitchen has all the extras with loads of plates, serving dishes, top end pots and pans and plenty of cutlery. Appreciate the sizable laundry area and that the home was stocked with all the basics we needed. Noel is accommodating and gracious. This stay was just like coming home.

More than expected

We (3 families) stayed at this property to celebrate my mother’s 70th birthday. It was even better than the pictures and our expectations. The host, Noelle, was generous and accommodating. Unbelievable Wedding Experience

Our bridal suite had some sort of mix up and we didn’t end up having a place for the bridal party to get ready. Thankfully this house had more than enough space for the entire party to get ready including the grooms side! we had a lovely time at this house and would recommend for anyone for any occasion :)

Welcome to Knockcarrig House, Killarney, Ireland!

Here we offer a little bit of Irish country living in Killarney to holidaymakers. We built Knockcarrig on the edge of our private 20 acre cattle farm which is less than a 10 minute drive to the town centre of Killarney.
'Knockcarrig' comes from the Irish language which means hill of the stones. As farmers who feel an incredible link to the land, it was only fitting to call our house after the farm land on which it is found.

If you were to literally start digging in the fields, you would find plenty of stones in the earth! Traditionally these stones were then used to build walls to divide the fields of the farm. And as for the hill part- well if you were to walk from one end of the farm to the other, you would find yourself climbing a little hill which gives you a panoramic view of the magnificent McGillicuddy Reek mountains!
