Location

Good location by river trail and walking distance to resturants with outdoor seating and live music They need to hire new housekeepers. Or give the place a good deep cleaning Felt dark inside because shades needed to be closed a bit because sidewalks and parking lots are right outside

Absolutely filthy!

We’ve stayed in several vrbos, including multiple ones in this location. This was far and away the dirtiest condo I’ve ever stayed in. The floor was so dirty it turned your feet black. The toilets were disgusting and so was the refrigerator. It was advertised as having new furniture which may be the case but that was filthy too. On top of all that there were dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived as well as a load of sheets in the dryer. This condo was so gross, I would never stay in it again. A complete disappointment.

Nice condo in Tucson

Condo was nice and in a great part of town. The only issues we had was very limited hot water in the master shower and it's been more than one week and the condo owner is still holding our 1,700 deposit. The owner hasn't responded to multiple requests for when these funds will be released.

It’s all about the location

Stayed two weeks. Loved every minute. The River Walk is just outside the gate, and it leads to a lovely plaza with coffee shops, restaurants and wine tasting. Farmers market was cute. So easy to get around and see Tucson. Host provided full kitchen, linens, towels and some spices. Perfect getaway.

Nice Condo close to bike paths and shopping

Gabrielle was very easy to work with. Access to the property was easy. The condo was clean and had the amenities we needed. The pool and hot tub were close by and well maintained. Proximity to the bike path was great, and we could walk to nearby restaurants, Trader Joe's, and the Sunday Market.

Great condo

This was our second time to stay in this condo. The space was very clean and well maintained. It was especially nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. There is a great walking path behind the unit and we were lucky enough to see the bats that fly out at dusk under a near-by bridge. Highly recommend.

Convenient to Foothills & Downtown, great condo

Great location convenient to everything in the Foothills and less than 5 miles from UofA and downtown. Extremely comfortable bedding and soft towels. Just behind the pool is access to the recreation / bike path - a great place to start a bike ride or a walk with dogs. Three restaurants and Trader Joe's are within walking distance. Thanks for sharing your place with us, Gonzalo!

Clean comfortable condo

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Two little patios, one off the living room and one off the master bedroom. The outside area was very beautiful. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was the pool was very cold and the hot tub was VERY hot. The grandkids found the pool to cold to swim in. I'm sure the pool would be fine in summer.

Nice size condo close to the river trail. There were a couple things lacking. No trash bags & no dishwasher detergent The living area furniture was not comfortable. A futon & no couch. A tv listings would’ve been helpful.

Great location - quiet condo

I needed a conveinent midtown place to stay for a hectic weekend. This condo is in a prime location. Being right on the river path is great for walking, running, birding and cycling. I walked up the bridge on Saturday night for the big bat fly out which was cool. The photos represent the condo. I know the area so it was easy to find. its a ground floor condo so it was dark in the afternoon. The pool looked inviting and kids were enjoying it. The complex was quiet. I messaged the owner about a few housekeeping items to address. My one suggestion would be to install blackout curtains in the bedrooms. There was too much light from the parking lot for my preference but I don't use an eye mask. I didn't spend much time in the condo during the day because I was running around.

Location convenient, pool, not heated and manager communication dismal.

First the positive. The condo is positioned basically 15 minutes from everything Tucson has to offer. It is also right on the Huckleberry loop, which is amazing for biking and walking. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was outfitted better than most condos we have stayed in. You can walk to restaurants and nightlife in Saint Phillips Plaza without crossing the street. Now the cons. The property is dark inside due to the lack of sunlight and the dark flooring and countertops. Light fixtures are inadequate to compensate. The black slate flooring that is in the kitchen, living room, and one bathroom is cracking and coming up in several places. As we were staying two months, we opted to buy used rugs to cover the worst spots. Most annoying was the lack of communication between the owner/property manager . I wrote twice prior to our stay to ask if the pool was heated and never got an answer. It’s not! I was forwarding mail and asked if there was a mailbox number to add to the address. No response the week we got there workmen began painting the outside of our unit , the windows of our condo were taped over for a week. It would have been nice to get a heads up that this was going to be happening. The painting supervisor told me that all owners received word that the painting would be taking place. All said, we are coming back to Tucson next year, but have booked elsewhere .
