Great location

Excellent location in Perdido. The condo was in great shape and had a beautiful view. So many restaurants and other activities in the area. We will definitely stay here again.

Great view of the ocean

The location is great-can't beat the view! The space is awesome, just a bit tired and could use a paint job and thorough cleaning.

we Have come to Perdido Key every year for the past 15 years and stay at La Playa Condos! We’ve stayed in #502 the past 2 years and it is excellent! Beautiful views, clean, comfy, and lots of amenities! We will definitely be back!

Excellent Get-A-Way

This property is exactly as listed. We booked this condo knowing it was more than the two of us needed, but with the golf included the price was great! Lost Key golf course was excellent as well! We highly recommend this property and plan on returning!

Our stay was more than we ever expected!

Upon our arrival we were amazed at the beauty inside and outside the condo. Our stay was just what we were looking for! The condo had everything you could ever need. Once on the white sandy beach we were able to enjoy our days relaxing. Our section of beach was never crowded so it was just perfect for us. We would love to go back!

Home away from home

Very comfortable & very quiet property. Kitchen well stocked & beds super comfortable. The huge balcony was an extension to the living space with nice furniture. Wall of ceiling to floor windows made for a great open living experience. Well maintained & clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location for vacation

Unit 502 is exactly as pictured. It had exceptional and beautiful view, very well stocked overall, extremely clean, safe area, overly spacious, beautiful and private beach. A major plus was the golf package included with our stay. The staff was more than accommodating and we had no issues with the unit while there. We loved our stay and plan to return to the same unit!

Awesome views from this condo on the 5th floor!!!

We have stayed at LaPlaya many times and it is always a wonderful time! The building and grounds are impeccably clean and well maintained. This unit was also spotless and well stocked. The outside deck is huge and has upgraded Pollywood furniture. We enjoyed the round dining table for 4, plus the 2 lounge chairs as well as the high top with bar stools. The view up and down the beach from the balcony was amazing! We enjoyed the picture perfect sunrise and sunsets! The condo was comfortable and we had a great stay!

Lovely condo.

Great condo and wonderful management team. We had a shower issue. They came the next morning (Sunday )to fix it. We duo call until late afternoon on Saturday.

Family stay

We had our family stay and we encountered a few minor issues. The one to mention is the ice maker froze up. Maintenance looked at it on Sunday but it took me to call back on Tuesday to get an update and someone to come fix it. Management noted they did not have the issue on the records and they did supply a bag of ice. Other than that the condo was very nice great view. I did notice the building is very well built as we hardly if at all heard anyone above or to the side of us. Well insulated. Thank you for the quiet time.

Perdido Key Vacation

It was an amazing property! We loved our stay, it was one of the least packed beaches in that area. It was a very relaxing trip and the whole process was very smooth!

Based on the past I expected 4 star experience. Not this year. A few small problems added up.

This was our 4th stay.41/2 stars previously This year 3 stars. This year upon arrival things were just"off".Coffee spills on balcony rail and down tile, missing towels from towel tacks, sticky spots on floor. There was a missing glass top in refrigerator. We had 3 missing outdoor chairs from dining table. They were finally replaced with indoor blue white bar stools. We were told they were broken. Would have liked knowing before hand; we have family nearby and no chairs. All of our lamps were unplugged, all bedside and missing extention cords and impossible to reach. One lamp in living area had floor outlet under rug. Maintainence didn't adress, just moved a floor lamp. Was told it probably never worked! The handicap button entering pool never worked; I was recovering from ankle surgery so it was an inconvenience, for others it might be a bigger issue. Our stay not reflective of a high end luvury rental.I am confident you want to secure your valued reputation. I hope this was helpful.

Hi Dolly, we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us. All of the items mentioned have been resolved, and the owners have replaced balcony chairs with new ones. The lamps were unplugged due to a prior storm that was causing multiple power surges, and damaging bulbs/lamps and other appliances, to prevent fire hazards. Great view!

Awesome condo! The customer service through Luxury Coastal Vacations was top notch. The cleanlinest of the unit was the best of all the condo's that we've stayed in over the years. The only disappointment was with the washer and dryer. The pair were from the stone ages and did not match the level of quality of furnishings in the condo. The dryer made a high pitch loud noise and the washer did not wash the clothes very well. We went home with dirty clothes because the dryer took forever to dry and was very noisy. We would consider renting unit again if the washer and dryer were replaced. We had an issue with the fridge not making ice but the rental company sent a repair person right away.

Perfect home away from home

Love staying at LaPlaya! And this unit was no different...love the layout of these condos..Great sized bedrooms, den, and balconies.502 was wonderfully decorated and furniture layout was perfect..Will definitely be back!
