Renoverad tågstation på fullblodshästgård.

Välkommen till Hutchison Station, vår renoverade tågdepå 1890. Utforska hästgårdar, Bourbon trail och centrala KY medan du bor på vår fungerande fullblodshästgård mitt i hjärtat av bluegrass.
Hutchison Station var en del av L&N järnvägssystem mellan 1890 och 1950 med passagerare och godstransporter mellan Lexington och Paris. Det var centrum för lokalsamhället och innehöll ett postkontor, 2 smedbutiker, landhandel och boskapspennor.
Hutchison station är uppdelad i två lägenheter på bottenvåningen. "Limerick" (uppkallad efter Lisas evenemangshäst) har trägolv i hela 12-tak och är möblerad med lokala handgjorda och antika möbler. Limerick har två sovrum med eget badrum, vardera med en king size-säng. I vardagsrummet finns bänkplatser för fyra plus bordsplatser för fyra.
Hutchison station är ungefär halvvägs mellan Lexington och Paris-
• 10 minuter till centrala Paris.
• 15 minuter till Kentucky Horse Park
• 20 minuter till centrala Lexington.

Was a very nice rural property in a beautifulLocation. We fed the donkeys with some carrots we got from the local store. Underfloor ac was perfect t, quiet and efficient. Really well equipped and everything just worked great!

The photos do not do this property justice! Place was spotless! It is a beautifully renovated space. Well appointed, beds were comfortable. Plenty of blankets and fluffy towels. We appreciated the laundry. The property itself is very peaceful. Our favorite activity was feeding the very gentle donkeys. Communication was excellent and check in was a breeze. Would stay again and highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed. Location is very convenient to the Kentucky Horse Farm, Claiborne Farm and downtown Lexington.

We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again. The grounds are beautiful. We enjoyed visiting the horses and donkeys. The house was comfortable and clean. Plus, the hosts are very welcoming and quick to answer questions. They even left a plate of chocolate chip cookies for our arrival.

What a wonderful place to stay!! The owners were *very* nice and quite personable and the property was clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. Additionally the beds and furniture were quite comfortable. We were visiting Paris to see some old friends and were able to host them for a lovely dinner (with local steaks on the grill). We also enjoyed visiting with the horses on the farm and "chatting" with the donkeys. We enjoyed the tour at Clairborne Farm as well as shopping for local antiques and artisan products in downtown Paris. Highly recommended!!

We've stayed here many times and it's always lovely. Always love walking the grounds to see the horses and the donkeys. Bring lots of treats for the donkeys - they will yell at you if you don't give them the proper attention.

We have stayed here several times and always love it. Steve and Lisa always make sure everything is perfect. It's so relaxing to watch the mares and foals in the paddock across the driveway at this time of year.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Upon our arrival, we met Steve and he was very welcoming. The renovated train station is beautiful and extremely clean and the rooms are very spacious. It was enjoyable going outside to give John George and Sadie some treats. They are both so sweet! We also loved seeing the mares and their foals out in the pasture. I would pick this beautiful country setting over a busy hotel!

We really enjoyed it stay. The dwelling is beautiful, as well as the grounds. And, of course, the horses and the donkeys were such pleasure to see and feed a few carrots. Loved it.
