The SUN RISE stuga med fantastisk utsikt över det öppna havet, det är i mitten av MOULE. Olika lokala butiker, bank, postkontor, frisör etc.
Du kan göra allt till fots.
Gîte är 27 KMS från Abymes flygplats.
För att komma till oss kan du hyra en personbil direkt på flygplatsen. På begäran kan vi hämta dig på flygplatsen.
På Gîte kan du njuta av kajak som vi hyr, fiske, dykning, simning när som helst eftersom havet är upplyst från gîten, vilar i solen på terrassen i skuggan av kokosnötträd med utsikt över havet, vagga på vår vita sandstrand av handelsvindarna. Slipa upp paddel är en möjlig aktivitet. På onsdagar kan du lyssna på KA WOMENs träningspass framför gîten. På lördag morgon, den lokala marknaden inom 2 minuter. Försäljare av sorbet, pistascher, kokosnötsocker, etc. Karibisk stil på vissa veckodagar och nästan regelbundet på lördag och söndag: det är väldigt livligt och återspeglar den karibiska mentaliteten. Le Moule är en stad med historia på CARIBBEAN och platser att besöka.
Först GARDELs sockerfabrik som är den enda på ön Guadeloupe och den andra på Marie-Galante, DAMOISEAU-destilleriet: den goda Damoiseau Rum som redan har vunnit flera priser för sin exceptionella kvalitet, Edgard CLERC-museet som beskriver och visar resterna i Karibien som fanns på Le MOULE: besök inte att missa, besök på djuphavet för att upptäcka bruken som använts under slaveriet och slutligen huset kolonial MOULE kulturell plats inte får missa.
Sammanfattningsvis var Le Moule den första staden i Guadeloupe med sin kommersiella hamn och är fortfarande en mycket dynamisk stad jämfört med Pointe à Pitre.
Du kommer att se från Gîte-fönstret ankare som intygar detta krav.
Stugan är byggd på de gamla stenarna i hamnen, det är en kulturell berikning att inte missa.

Lovely stay in Le Moule

We had a lovely stay at Eric's. The Gite is in a great location, overlooking the sea. You can hear the waves at night.We spent a lot of our spare time on the terrace chilling out. Eric is located next door if you have any queries.The beds were comfy and the air conditioning in the bedrooms worked well and weren't noisy.You can easily walk into Le Moule for the shops selling food and clothing. Le Moule is also a good location to explore the whole of Grande Terre. A car is a must if you want to get around, and we could easily park up each afternoon, outside of the Gite.We enjoyed Le Moule as it didn't feel 'touristy' but you could access those areas if you wanted to. There is a beautiful small beach within a 12 minute easy walk. We would go back. Thank you Eric and Zina.

Superbe terrasse face à la mer

Nous avons aimer se retrouver sur la terrasse face à la mer. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur hospitalité et leurs aimables attentions. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour et reviendrons très certainement. La ville du Moule est très agréable et la location proche de tous les commerces tout en restant très calme

Séjour mémorable

Merci à Zénia et à Éric pour ce magnifique séjour au gîte Le Sunrise. Le gîte est confortable, propre et bien équipé. Vue exceptionnel. Nous avions une voiture de location et avons pu découvrir l’ensemble de Grande-Terre et profiter de ses superbes plages. Nous partions après la grasse matinée et revenions en fin d'après midi et à chaque fois nous avions l’impression de rentrer à la maison. Nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité et avons eu la chance de découvrir le dynamisme du Moule. Merci Zénia pour ton accueil chaleureux et attentif. Et surtout merci pour ces langoustes fraîches ;) François, Anne et David Montréal, Canada Séjour du 30 novembre au 6 février 2019

Exellent séjour dans un gite et environnement d'exception

Un séjour merveilleux dans un gite et site exceptionnel auprès de propriétaires adorables. Tous nos remerciements à Zénia et Eric qui ont su nous apporter leur gentillesse, leurs connaissances de la région, et des attentions particulièrement appréciées (accueil chaleureux, bouquets de fleurs, corbeilles de fruits, ingrédients pour le ti punch, ballades matinales, goûter les saveurs des fruits, légumes… Zénia et Eric ont su en définitive nous offrir une précieuse proximité tout en veillant à préserver notre indépendance et intimité. Bravo à vous deux. Situé dans un environnement exceptionnel, en particulier pour les amoureux des fonds marins et de la pêche, ce gite permet dès la première heure du jour, d’observer de la terrasse, le saut d’énormes poissons (tarpons ou « grosses écailles), la nage de de tortues bien sympathiques, ainsi que le survol de frégates, pélicans. Ensuite, après avoir chaussé les palmes et ajusté le masque, de plonger dans l’eau afin de nager auprès de poissons multi colores ou de rechercher les fameuses tortues . Pour les sportifs, la base de loisirs à proximité qui offre notamment les possibilités de ballades ou jogging dans le sentier longeant la côte, tennis,… est là encore particulièrement appréciable. La proximité du centre bourg a enfin un côté pratique non négligeable qui facilite le quotidien. En définitive tous les « ingrédients » étaient à notre disposition pour obtenir un séjour exceptionnel .

Un petit paradis les pieds dans l'eau

Séjour du 6 Mars au 3 Avril 2018 Très bon accueil de Zénia et Eric les propriétaires ,toujours disponibles pour nous donner des conseils sur le plan culinaire ,culturel ou autre .Le logement est très fonctionnel ,clim ,lave linge , lave vaisselle indispensable en vacances .Le gîte est situé sur l'océan à deux pas des commerces et du centre ville .Un petit paradis les pieds dans l'eau .Vous pouvez prendre vos repas sous la tonnelle ,sous les cocotiers ou sur la seconde terrasse , et puis ensuite vous relaxer à l'ombre ou au soleil sur les chaises longues .Entre les deux terrasses , vous avez accès par des escaliers à la piscine naturelle qui est l'océan à perte de vue .Masque et tuba pour admirer les poissons aux multiples couleurs .Et nous avons eu la chance de nager au côté de Joséphine , la tortue de mer qui vient nous faire un petit coucou tous les jours .Le matin ,de la terrasse ,on guette le retour des pêcheurs afin de leur acheter dans l'heure ,du poisson bien frais .La plage de l'autre bord est à quelques minutes du gîte .Franchement , nous avons passé quatre semaines dans un petit paradis . Wow!

The Sunrise Cottage was the best accomodation we had during our three weeks stay in Guadeloupe! The cottage is perfectly located in the village Le Moule, everything is in walking distance (restaurants, bakery, supermarkets, nice beach (Plage L'Autre Bord), etc.). You sleep literally above the waves. The terraces (one covered) are for your private use and the reality is even better than the pictures displayed. The house is very airy, very well equipped and maintained. Kitchen, bathroom, etc. are spotlessly clean. Eric and his wife are perfect hosts. There was a very warm welcome and also during our stay we felt that they really care about their guests. Regarding Le Moule: it is the perfect place to stay if you want to discover Grand-Terre (and even Basse-Terre is not too far). It is far less touristy than the south of the island. The beach of l'Autre-Bord (in walking distance) is never crowded and if you prefer the shallow beaches, Sainte-Anne and Port-Louise are just a few Kilometers away. When returning to Guadeloupe, I would stay here again.

Tres bonne localisation pour visiter grande terre

Dans la ville mais au calme, tres belle vue sur l'ocean qui est au pied. Guadeloupe plus authentique que la cote sud. Accueil chaleureux , Belle corbeille de fruits . Gite bien équipé mais qui mériterait un petit coup de neuf ( prévu)... Bonne literie

Wonderful time, wonderful place

I felt it necessary to edit my initial review. Not that it wasn't a fabulous place to stay with wonderful views of the sea...but any non speaking French person needs to beware. The owners do not speak English even though they say they do and there were many miscommunications. They have nothing written in English in the home to let you know what their expectations are from the renters and although we felt we were very respectful of the house and left it quite acceptable it seems that the owners were of a very different opinion. In fact it seems they expected us to leave the place immaculate, and although we did clean and put away the dishes and washed the counters they saw it from a very different perspective which ended up with them giving us a very low rating. I was very hurt and disappointed by this, because I always try to be a good guest. So this is my warning for non French speaking people. It is a lovely place and you will love it if you go, but be very careful and make sure you understand everything from the onset.

un véritable remède contre le stress, la dépression,

notre séjour dans votre gite, Eric, fut pour nous un régal, un dépaysement complet, presque hors du temps. une terrasse surplombant la mer, un patiot comme autrefois plein de verdure et de fruits, un appartement simple, fonctionnel,propre et sympa. le propriétaire, Eric, une personne toujours dispo, prèt à rendre service, très couleur locale qui adore son ile, enfin, comme on aime! dommage que l'on est pas eu le temps de voir Madame, sur le continent, à la métropole, et qui devait vous ramener le nouveaux four! le portail d'entrée surprend un peu, mais une fois refermé et dans le jardin... GITE PARFAIT ET LOCATAIRES TRES GENTILS

Les Gite est parfait, exactement "les pieds dans l'eau", sur la mer, avec une vue merveilleuse, à l'interieur il est bien meublé et bien équipé et complète le tout un terasse "dans la mer" pour jouir au plein du soleil, de la mer, de l'air et de la nature caraïbe ( les palmiers de coco sont vraiment dans le jardin du gite) Les propriétaires ont été super disponibles et gentils soit avant que pendant le séjour, ils nous ont donné aussi tous le conseilles pour visiter au mieux l'ìle et ils ont toujours été présents pour chaque nécessité. Nous ne pouvions pas nous attendre una lieu meilleur pour séjourner en Guadeloupe!
