Helt ombyggd juni 2017 med alla tidigare feedback från resenärer. Helt ny 10 "minne skum fast madrass, svart ut draperier, nya möbler, bilder och TV w streaming, kabel och internet. Utmärkt Casa Grande plats. 40 min till Phoenix och nära till allt. Välutrustade 2bd 2 bad lägenhet i The Avenida samhället. Varje lägenhet sover 6, 2 i varje sovrum och 2 konvertibla soffan i vardagsrummet. Gemenskapen är mycket ren och säker med tropiska landskapsarkitektur. Protokoll från motorvägen och alla bekvämligheter för dina inköp behov. Vi kommer att se till att din resa är roligt och enkelt. Känn dig fri att ställa frågor. Internet och kabel-tv ingår. Poolen är uppvärmd året runt. Antenna HD-kabel, sätt på TV: n och titta på nyheterna eller en film på Netflix. Höghastighets bredband, strykjärn, strykbräda, hårtork allt lagras. Disappointing

We felt that the unit could use a thorough cleaning from top to bottom. It wouldn't take much to make this a desirable unit with a little TLC. Neither tubs had a plug and the furniture was very minimal . We enjoyed the location and the manager was quick to repond to our requests.

Nice but needs attention

The location is convenient, quiet, balcony overlooks the pool. I liked being on the second floor. The people are friendly and responsive. Would recommend a little more comfortable living space, some deep cleaning, especially the balcony, which was very dirty. Outside area (stairs, hallway) could use some cleaning as well. Overall, was as presented.

Everything was good and very well priced only problem I had was that the can opener did not work and could do with some more cutlery. I will stay again. Sorry I forgot to take out the trash before I left.

Arrived Sunday.. Started masking and painting on Thursday...Balcony and entrance door were completely masked off. Left 3 days early(Wednesday) Balcony and windows were still masked off...

Best View of Pool Oasis

Shawna was excellent to work with & any questions were answered quickly. A spacious, well equipped condo with an oasis heated pool area & balcony view . Quiet setting that is well situated to restaurants, groceries, mountain hiking, & sightseeing. We’d definitely stay there again. Thank you, Shawna. The Michigan Couple

Nice condo.

You can tell that they have been updating the place and still have some more to do. Only down side was there were no ceiling fans like in the unit my brother rented. We had a great view of the pool. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Great!

Nice and clean. Smallish two bedroom, but just what we were looking for. Nice veranda that overlooks the pool. Nice area of town and close to most amenities.

Condo looked as advertised.

Was extremely happy upon arrival. First 2 days were great. Third day the AC went out and I lost an entire day of vacation sitting in a condo that was almost 100°. It took 4 days for the AC to get repaired. I had to move to a different condo that I told them I wasn't happy with. Four days later the AC was fixed and I moved my things yet again. My time was wasted and I only spent 5/10 days in the condo wanted WITH AC. Management was nice about it and several times they said I'd be refunded the fee for 1 day because of all my trouble. Later I was told by the owner that since I had used a discount when placing the reservation I wouldn't get the fee for the one day that had been promised. (I'm not sure why an initial discount would matter.) It was too much confusion and no one seemed on the same page. Next time I'll try somewhere else.

Casa Grande Stay

Property was clean, folks were friendly, property was quiet. We stayed at this property while we were waiting for our new home to close and move in. We would highly recommend this property.

3 stars for the price

We felt safe while staying at the condo....nice area and friendly people. A heated pool would have been nice. The kitchen was missing the sufficient kitchen cooking vessels. Masterbed too small for a couple and singles in other bedroom were too hard so very uncomfortable. Cable television missing golf channel very disapointing....considering main reason for vacation....to golf. Good size for 2....would be tight for more.

Convenient Location

Everyone we spoke to was very nice and helpful. Quiet location. Plenty of kitchen equipment and linens. Lots of space. Beds not very comfy. Felt more like an apartment complex than I expected. Overall, good value.

clean and convenient

condo was as advertised. roomy enough for three adults to stay there comfortably with privacy. beds enough for 5 adults if you want to squeeze. plenty of linens. pool was a big plus for us as we were there for a soccer tournament. staff was easy to find and friendly. since the ice maker was disconnected it would have been nice to have ice trays in the freezer. luckily none of us were desperate for ice after playing 4 games over the weekend. :)

Nice, needs attention

The Unit is clean and fresh. Some things needed are Matching towel for Baths are more professional appealing. All white sheets (Cleaner appearance), new or of good quality. There was not enough dresser space to store clothing. Living room furniture was VERY uncomfortable. Ice maker not working and there was nothing to keep floors clean. Good carpet is better and easier to keep clean then solid floor laminates. Nice rounded Shower curtain rods to give more space while taking shower. Need baking pans/cookie sheets. All beds were ok for a night, extended staying was causing back pain and unease in sleep. My 79yr old Mother had a hard time using the stairs. When I return to Phoenix area... Yes, I would stay here again. Neighbors were nice and helpful. Felt safe walking from parking to Lodging Unit. Pool was clean. Too much bird droppings, but I loved hearing the Morning Doves... trade off...? Far better than a motel. Do some upgrades to the comfort and supplies of the unit and I will be back! I'm referring my friends.

Owner is great guy to work with

This is a second floor unit. The pictures are a great example of what the condo looks like. The area is safe. No problem finding close parking. Thank you Serge you answered all my questions right away and you made our golf and spring training getaway from the cold a pleasure.

The Avenida is the premier condo community in Casa Grande. We are located in the highly desirable north east corridor which is the newest and most convenient area in Casa Grande. Casa Grande is a mere 45 minutes from Phoenix and Sky Harbor airport and 45 minutes from downtown Tucson. It is the perfect location to see the best that Arizona has to offer. There are numerous golf courses within minutes of the condo and you will be close to everything including world class shopping, golfing and activities.

We offer clean and safe accommodations. Full access to our swimming pool and an onsite manager will help with your accommodations. This one bedroom is very large (around 900 sq feet) and has plenty of space for the family of 2-3. If traveling with a larger group, we have furnished 2 bedrooms condos available.
