Clean room/bathroom. Plenty of towels and other necessities. Awesome view of the beach on one side with awesome sunset every day and mountains on the other with the sunrise. Literally out the Towers front door was the beach. Had a great time. Highly recommend Bear and Cindy were great.

Loved how close we were to the beach and really appreciated there were towels and chairs available to use. The bathroom was amazing! Lots of restaurants to choose from and fun places to go close by. Only issue (NOT with the condo) is there aren't many parking options in the area, Banyan is the closest and goes for 50 a night but I felt I still came out ahead because the Vrbo was very reasonable. Meet the hosts a few times, very welcoming and had great suggestions for activities.

Great Location & View of Waikiki Beach

Stayed 17 nites Feb 2023. Great location; suite was clean functional it met our needs. Good local public transportation nearby and connections to other parts of Oahu; 20 min walk to Fort DeRussy & 35 mins to Ala Moana Beach Parks.

Excellent stay!

Bears studio was a perfect option for our small family to stay a month in Oahu! Directly across the street from Waikiki swimming lagoons and close to all shops and restaurant make this studio a great option. The studio was clean, well stocked with basic supplies, and Bear and Cindy were quick to offer information and help as needed! Would stay again!

Great location

Perfect location! Room has great view & sufficient for our needs. Pool & hot tub are great added features. Other residents were kind & friendly. Enjoyed the nightly music from neighboring hotel entertainment. Arrived an hour early & owner allowed us to enter the property.

Perfect place for our Waikīkī stay!! Everything was as described in the listing!! Perfect for my wife and I! Excellent location!! Very clean! Everything we needed in a studio condo! Beautiful views, great location

The studio apt. has a beautiful view of the beach and everything you need for a stay in Waikīkī. Everyone in the building we met in the building were friendly. The only negative was the mattress on the bed is not very comfortable, but the couch is. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

Convenient and easy stay in Waikiki

Overall great location, as this was Waikiki's first highrise condo. The room in minimalist, but when in Hawaii, I never intended to spend a ton of time there anyway. The bed is a pull-out couch, and I found the mattress sufficient. Very low friction stay overall.

Fantastic location

The studio is small, but it has everything you need, plus the views cannot be beaten! You get a great beach view as well as fantastic mountain vistas. There are restaurants nearby of a variety of types, and of course meal delivery widens your choices by far. The beach is right across the street, shopping is just down the street, public transportation (whether TheBus, or the Waikiki Trolley) is just steps away.

Very nicely appointed studio in an excellent location. Lots of goodies to make your stay comfortable. Walk to the beach and a great view of Waikiki. Studio is small but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is laundry service on the 2nd floor. The Host/Owner is very communicative and nice.

Exceptional!

Bear & Cindy's studio has everyrhing you need. Just bring some clothes & aloha & you will have a wonderful time. You can walk everywhere & if you need the bus, it's a short walk.away. The owners are.very kind and approachable. Everyone we met in the building was very welcoming! Highly recommend!!

Most people prefer the two big couches one of which has the best fold out bed you can buy. Cost us $2750. The pictures clearly show the size of the studio. And remember it is the only condo on the beach in Waikiki

Unfortunately, I broke ribs. It was a little tough as far as moving around, but that wasn’t the fault of the property person, and since we end up spending more time than we thought, it was very convenient to get to places on the bus everyone on staff was very friendly and very helpful.
