Outstanding. The host and all the facilities were amazing. There were 15 of us ranging from 3 to 80 and all loved it. The children spent most of their time in the fabulous pool. The Alfresco dining area and seating area were excellent.Plenty of bath/shower rooms for all and multiple sleeping options which worked well for children and adults. Fully equipped kitchen and a huge BBQ outside - gas and charcoal. Pizza ovens were appreciated as well. We would return every year if we could!!

Fantastisk afslappende og autentisk ophold

Vi var glade alle sammen for at vĂŠre i Simones hjem.Utrolig god plads, smukke omgivelser, dejlig pool omrĂ„de, bĂ„de til store og smĂ„.smukke blomster og trĂŠer, der giver naturlig skygge om eftermiddagen.VĂŠrelserne store og lĂŠkre og indbydende - med bad DesvĂŠrre var vi der i en meget varm periode, sĂ„ de Ăžverste vĂŠrelser var meget varme.Vi havde pĂ„ Simones anbefaling en kok ude og lave mad til os, det var en utrolig dejlig oplevelse. Ægteparret stod for det hele, mad og oprydning, samt endda rester til mad dagen efter.vi var ogsĂ„ pĂ„ en vinsmafning i omrĂ„det, hvor Simone ogsĂ„ hjalp med navn osv.Naboen til Vila Mimosa er et Falconersted. fabelagtigt til bĂžrnene, vi sĂ„ flere fugle ss ugler og falke.Alt i alt helt fantastiskIndkĂžb 10min i bil. til stort supermarked.I byen, er der slagter og grĂžnt.Kan varmt anbefales.Simone svarer med det samme pĂ„ sms, og kom en gang i lĂžbet af ugen for at rense pool.

Villa Mimosa Exceeded All Of Our Expectations !!!

Our group of seven adults rented this villa for 10 days in early September. The house is spacious with beautiful furnishings and lots of seating areas for groups to gather. Fans are present throughout the house in all common areas and bedrooms. From dishes and glasses plus silverware of all types to kitchen pots and pans as well as kitchen towels and even spices there was everything we needed readily available. There were multiple types of coffee makers along with a super fast kettle for hot water. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with lots of storage. The bathrooms are beautifully tiled and also well equipped. The outdoor spaces are comfortable and plentiful. We loved the pool area I would strongly recommend that you use the chef services that can be arranged through the host. Her meals were truly the highlight of our stay! Coming in after a long day visiting the sights of Tuscany to the smell of delicious Tuscan food is a true joy! She took care of everything including serving then cleaning and putting any leftovers in the fridge and starting the dishwasher 😀 Simone our host responded immediately to any questions and he provided us with suggestions on things to do, places to visit as well as local shops, restaurants and grocery stores. He and his family are very proud of this property and rightfully so Do not hesitate to rent this beautiful villa I am sure you will love it as much as we all did ❀

A hidden Tuscan gem

Beautiful property in a stunning location in the heart of Tuscany, a great place to get away from the hustle of city life to a tranquil setting in the country. Including the sounds of country life. Well equiped with almost every convenience possible. A weekly cleaning routine was comprehensive and well executed. Security provided by the electric gates and parking for five or six cars easily accommodated. Simone is the host and is English speaking, charming and helpful, providing hints and tips on request. The swimming pool was beautiful and well maintained with plenty of high quality sunbeds. The covered outside dining area was accommodating and the the pizza ovens and bbq were clean and convenient. The patio and huge mechanical parasols were a great place to accumulate and socialise with the other group members. There were toys and a trampoline at the front of the house for the children and a pool table (in need of tips for the cues) for the adults. Many large rooms available to be able to congregate and to separate as desired. The location is a short distance from Lari a small, charming town with restaurants and shops. Supermarket's are available from a 5 or 6km car drive away. Close enough to Florence, Pisa and the coast, to suit all preferences.

Wunderbares, weitlĂ€ufiges und gepflegtes GrundstĂŒck, sauberer und wunderdchöner Pool, ganz viele lauschige PlĂ€tze zum Verweilen. Sauberes Haus mit allem was wir fĂŒr eine tolle Urlaubswoche mit 4 Familien brachten. Und nicht zuletzt: ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Great place. Great host. Great holiday.

The villa is just beatiful. If you add the garden and the swimming pool you just land in tuscanian paradise! You can actually not leave this place at all and spend great vacation by reading books or drinking prosecco at the pool and having an Italian dinner in the outside dining room grillong fresh fish or bistecca (btw ask for Chef Siria’s availability!). But of course this is also a convenient starting point to go to Lucca, Pisa, Volterra or San Giminiano. And to the beaches! Simone is willing to help in every aspect and all time. He is really a nice person to deal with. The most accurate summary would be probably: we definitely have to come back to Villa Mimosa. And we will!

We had a wonderful week. Our host, Simone, was a good host and always available. The house was also conveniently located. Beautiful cities and medieval towns were visited with pleasure. In short: an ideal place for a family vacation.

Truly wonderful experience!

Villa mimosa is an amazing place! The house, garden, olive orchard, and swimming pool are all extremely beautifuland very well taken care of. Simone is a very welcoming host. We spent a week here for our parents 50th wedding anniversary and we couldn’t have picked a more perfect place! We are a (family)group of 17 people, ages 6 to 80, and we all thorougly enjoyed our stay! The house is very private too. Wonderfull views. Highly recommended!

Family reunion

A most memorable family reunion. Maid service every other day. Garden service with pool cleaning. Signora Gemma as our cook with gourmet dinners very evening. Spacious, well maintained and private. Owners agreeable and accommodating. Must have multiple cars as the villa is remote.

Situated on a hill , it enjoys a panoramic view of the countryside of the Pisan Hills , with breathtaking sunsets and a cool and windy climate even during the hottest . The salt water pool and airbubbles, along with the surrounding park with olive trees and woods , offering complete relaxation in the silence and scents of nature.
