Perfect location close to everything

Really the perfect location to enjoy Bellagio for our 5 night stay. Location is 5 ⭐️ + just a short stroll to so many shops, restaurants and the waterfront of Bellagio. Charming balcony next to the church bells and the restaurant Seta

Wonderful Accommodations and Hospitality

Myself and 2 friends stayed at this wonderful property for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience! Monica made sure we were met at the gate and well taken care of offering advice, tips, recommendations, and resources during our entire stay! The property was clean, safe, and close to everything! Would highly recommend this location for your stay in Bellagio

Amazing location and great apartment!

This wonderful apartment is literally steps from the piazza and the tower in Bellagio and has its own private balcony and a spacious living room/kitchen area. The option to rent the garage, also only steps from the apartment, is a fantastic addition if you are arriving by car. Be prepared to drive down an extremely narrow path through the town center, but well worth it. Monica was fantastic with communication and recommendations via WhatsApp. Highly recommend both this apartment and the town!

Very cute, clean and quiet. Modern fixtures and appliances. Comfy beds. Communal/kitchen area has a table with 4 dining chairs and a small sofa, that’s it. Would have thought there would be salt & pepper & napkins… Parking is available but is not included in listed price. 3rd floor walk-up.

Bellagio is my new favorite destination. This property, and especially the owners, are the reasons why. Great location, parking is available and a great view. I will definitely be back for another visit and staying at this property!

Perfect Location

The apartment is just as it appears in the pictures and was spotless upon our arrival. Monica communicated with us very efficiently so we knew all the details. We found the location to be perfect. Easy to not have a car. Lovely town and apartment!

Just as advertised!

A great week: Very convenient location...near everything, but tucked away so it was private and wonderfully quiet. Apartment was immaculate, B da we’re comfortable, there were lots of towels, blankets, etc. Monica and her husband were terrific: responding immediately when contacted, offering lots of useful information, helping with luggage on our arrival, organizing rides for us from Milan and then on to Lake Maggiore. We recommend highly.

Beautiful Stay!

Monica's place was perfect for our time in Bellagio. The location was easy to find and tucked away for privacy but also close to everything we needed. The recommendations she gave us were amazing, and her hospitality was wonderful. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Very up to date and a great place to relax

After finding our destination, we walked in to this beautiful apartment. Had everything we needed, except a washer for our clothes. But, there were several places not very far from where we were that we could use. The owner was very informative with things to do around the area. We ate at several restaurants, which were very good and we also took the ferry across Lake Como. A beautiful location for sure!

The perfect place to stay in Bellagio!

My wife and two daughters enjoyed two days & two nights at Monica's apartment and our experience was outstanding. First off, Monica was extremely accommodating and easy to work with. She has good English skills and provides excellent information on the apartment and numerous fun activities and restaurants choices. The apartment has been totally and tastefully renovated and was very clean! It's even nicer than the pictures reflect. It's perfectly located in the heart of Bellagio near the clock tower. If you have a car, there's a private garage that you pay a bit extra for. Lake Como is a magical place and Belaggio is more charming and quaint than the post card photos can describe! At Monica's suggestion, we rented a boat from Andrea at "Lake by Boat" which is located within a brief walk at the La Punta point. We had the boat for 5 hours and it was fabulous! We boated to all the famous lakeside villas, saw the other Lake Como villages, stopped off for lunch, and did lots of swimming in between! La Punta has a nice lakeside Ristorante too...great food, service, and sunset setting! Thank you again Monica! We can't wait to come back!
