We were pleased with the condo. The pictures were accurate. A couple of chairs in the living room needed to be replaced but other than that everything served its purpose well. Our kids enjoyed the bunk beds. The condo was located right at the stairs for quick trips if we didn't want to walk to the elevators, although the elevators were readily available with very short wait times. We would stay here again.

Resort itself was amazing. A lot of amenities for families. You wouldn’t have to leave the resort if you didn’t want to. The elevators were always quick and never crowded. The pools were great. The unit was nice but definitely needed a little upgrade. The bed was not comfortable, the linens in the unit were all stained- bedding, pillows, lamp shades, curtains. Definitely need more outlets. A lot of the outlets were behind furniture so hard to access. The water pressure in the showers were not good. It was a quiet unit and I did like that it was right at the top of the stairs. We would stay at this resort again but maybe not this unit.

Spring Break ‘23

We stay ever year for Spring Break w friends and bring the kids. We enjoy staying here. The only complaint is we had a hard time getting addl parking passes.

The cleanliness of the condo caught our eyes immediately. We had plenty of towels and bedding. We brought our own crock pot and I am glad we did. The kitchen was lacking

Pleasant stay!

Had a nice time with the family. Condo was as advertised. I don't think the ad indicates it, but the unit is located on the 4th floor and has a beautiful view. Plenty of surrounding restaurants. Enjoy!

Great stay

Great location with view on the beach, right next to the stairs if you don’t want to wait for the elevator. We had a problem with the DVD player and they sent maintenance right away, when they couldn’t get it to work they went out and got a new one so the kids could watch the movies they brought.

Beautiful, clean property.

We came in on Saturday and left our parking slips at home the property management company created new onesite for us with out any problem. There is quiet time after 10pm which is extremely nice during spring break with a bunch of teenagers. Room slept 10 very comfortably. We had a great time and will definitely come back.

Overall everything was good. We liked the beach chairs. However, sliding glass doors do not lock and light bulbs burned out.

Edgewater Trip

Ammeneties were great. Rooms need to be updated. They still have 80s-90s aesthetics to them. Tubs are slippery from overuse. Stains in certain areas. Overall. The stay was ok. We were expecting a better place to stay, but we were on the beach and the pool and splash pad was a hit with the kids.

Great space

This was a very nice space, 4th floor had a great view, the amenities were great too! One pool was heated by our room. The kids were allowed in the hot tub over in that area but not the one by the main pool. I loved that our space had a walk in closet for storage of suitcases, the 2 bathroom were awesome for our group. Make sure to bring laundry detergent napkins toliet paper etc. We forgot those but there was a walmart really close by. Some of the cooking tools could use an update especially the can opener but nothing worth complaining about, we made do just fine. Be careful with the resort bands if you have small hands/wrists. They kept slipping off. We found that you could slide them over your ankle and that kept them more secure. The space was beautiful. The large windows and door across the whole beach side was amazing every day. We watched dolphins from our balcony one day and the sunset too. We would definitely stay again.

Not Paradise

Condo not as clean as what they advertised. Shower that wouldn't drain ( which was fixed ), toilet loose, moldy area on tub trim, dust everywhere. Sofa sleeper was filthy! Opened up sleeper sofa and sheets filthy, mattress was a joke. Felt like handkerchief over springs. Worn out and should be replaced. My grandkids could not sleep in bunkbeds because mattresses were meant for small children. Way too little like a crib mattress. No way to sleep 8 to 10 people unless you have a bunch of small kids. Called Karen at Emerald Beach Property on Monday to complain about situation with sofa sleeper. Said they would have to contact owner about mattress issue but would get back to me about the situation. Sleeping situation turned horrible since we could not use sleeper sofa as advertised. Never did hear back from Emerald Beach Properties. Apparently not much concern on their part to make sure we were comfortable. Furniture dated, stained and dirty. If they think it was "professionally and double inspected" by their cleaning staff, they need to find some new people. Don't recommend. Not worth money.

Great location; not clean

This is a very nice location with lots of room. However, was not clean. There’s a water leak in the ceiling of one of the bathrooms, bed sheets had sand on them.

Perfect for our needs

The property was bigger than expected and had great amenities for all to enjoy. The elevators were horribly crowded upon arrival, but they weren’t bad throughout the week. Overall, it was great!

Space was very nice and the views were awesome.

Renting went well. The only issue we had was that the pool bands were not there upon our arrival. When i called and reported they were missing the rental company had them delivered to us within 15 minutes. Qould definitely recommend this unit.

Deep Clean Needed!!!

Check in was fine, even though check in is not at the condo's location. We attempted to take a change of clothes to use pool before we were able to get into room, but condo's bathrooms were extremely small and VERY HOT. No a/c in the bathroom areas. The condo manager did text about an hour before check in and allowed us to access the condo. Once we were in the condo, the place was NOT cleaned very well at all. The kitchen floor was extremely sticky. Trash left in the bottom of trash can, feminine products left behind bed, socks, clothes, food left under the bed, trash left in the drawers.. I could go on and on.. On a positive note, I did contact the property manager and they did send someone the next day to clean the kitchen floor. So I did appreciate her trying to help the situation. The pool was nice. Beaches are extremely busy. Balcony is pretty small. We did have to book this condo in the first part of July after another owner cancelled on us saying that his condo was not complete with the renovations. We ended up paying $1600 more than we originally were supposed to for this condo. We definitely downgraded and maybe I am bitter of the whole process, but we made the best out of it.
