Översikt House, prestigefyllda villa med havsutsikt terrasser

Huset ligger på en höjd av cirka 100 meter över havet, i en fantastisk plats med utsikt över hela bukten Capo Zafferano (Mongerbino).

Översikt Huset har en stor terrass som vetter mot havet, är en del av som täckte en stor trädgård och tre utomhus duschar. Bakom huset finns ett utekök, en grill och en utomhus vardagsrum kan leva i sommar !!

Havet, som ni har framför ögonen hela semestern, är bara två minuter från huset.
Transport från / till flygplatsen, biluthyrning.
Vi beslutade också att ge möjlighet för våra gäster att tillbringa en halv dag båtturer att besöka underverk vår kust

Huset oberoende, som ligger i ett mycket lugnt bostadsområde. Ingången är genom porten på huvudgatan, eller via Litoranea, alltså en brant bostadsområde privat väg leder till den lilla porten till huset. Några kilometer från motorvägen och från Bagheria tågstationen en kort bilresa.

Gästerna har tillgång till internet wifi service och också använda utemöbler, stolar, bord, stolar och grill för användning i stunder av avkoppling.
Och 'det rekommenderade hyrbil.

Residenset är också perfekt för en semester att upptäcka "sicilianska skatt". I närheten av den arkeologiska platsen Solunto, utforska Monte Catalfano, Aspra, Porticello och S. Elia med sina fiskebyar och deras berömda fiskmarknaden, sjuttonhundratalets villor Bagheria, Museo Renato Guttuso och Museo dell ' ansjovis. Dessa är bara några av de destinationer att besöka i den smala radie av 2 km från hotellet. Våra vackra klippor och stränder är precis bredvid.

Views breathtaking, house not so much

We stayed there for new years. And the owner had left a bottle of some bubbly for us, thank you for that. The property is located in a gated community on a pretty quiet street. To get to the beach it’s a little walk down some steep roads, our grandma 76 did it but it wasn’t easy. There’s a/c and heat in only 2 bedrooms upstairs. The other 2 have none and size wise they look more like a small walking closet than a bedroom. Downstairs is a heater where you need to load pallets every so often to warm up the house. The owner informed us that each extra bag of pallets would be 15 eur but we were able to just buy them in a grocery store quite a bit cheaper. The furniture is very, very old and just covered with sheets/blankets. All, except one mattress were so old the springs dig into your back. There’s NO parking….just in the street on a steep hill. When you pay cleaning fee, kitchen is excluded and you need to clean it yourself. They have worlds smallest washing machine in the kitchen there, fits some shirts, underwear, socks ..that’s about it. No dryer. Another big thing, upon arrival we were told not to throw toilet paper in the toilet. It has to go in trash! The view compensated for a lot and made the stay so much better, but we would not stay there again. The house needs a very serious cleaning…all the tile grout is overgrown with moldy stuff in the bathrooms.

Ein Traumhaus mit einer wunderschönen und gepflegten Terrasse und mitTraumaussicht auf das Meer!

Die Bilder halten, was sie versprechen! Ein schmuckes und gemütliches Haus, in dem wir uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt haben! Palermo Downtown erreicht man in ca. 35 Autominuten. Für einen schönen Sandstrand sind wir jeweils nach Mondello (ca. 45 Autominuten) gefahren. Wenn man es ruhiger mag, ist in ca. 10 Gehminuten ein kleiner Kieselstrand vorhanden - in Richtung Leuchtturm! Von dort aus ist ein Standup-Puddle-Tour um die Halbinsel empfehlenswert! Wie würden das schmucke Haus jederzeit weiter empfehlen! Andy & Family

Gorgeous views

Giuliano was wonderful and the place beautiful. Great communication, clean place and when we needed some thing, Giuliano was on it. One bathroom in "master" bedroom smelled terribly but all others were fine and everything else was in great condition. I only gave it a 4/5 on location as it would have been nicer to have been able to walk to the town or some other activities but guess it may be a trade off as the view was spectacular. The pizza restaurant near by, walk-able, was terrific--lovely people and great food but otherwise not that much in walking distance and Palermo was little longer to get into then I thought. However, it was a very relaxing and wonderful spot and I would definitely stay again and recommend the place to others.

A wonderful house with amazing views

We really enjoyed our stay in the house. The views over the coast are breathtaking and the house is very nice and very well located. The only thing that could be improved are the sofas since they’re uncomfortable. Everything else was perfect. Giuliano was very helpful and pleasant. We would go back with no doubt.

Nice setting but house needs a refresh

We were disappointed to discover that the photos of the view shown in VRBO have been photoshopped to remove the power lines that are front and center. There was also lots of weedy uncut grass-like growth on the patio that is not visible in the photos. The sofas have throws over them somewhat reminiscent of a dorm room. The kitchen is tiny and very much an afterthought. The bedrooms are very small, especially the two with twin beds which would be suitable for a child. It was just my husband and I at the house and the bedroom on the top floor had been made up for us. However the bathroom and shower there are very small. Also the mattress is terrible, worse than one on a pull out sofa, so we moved downstairs and stayed in the other bedroom for adults. That has a better mattress. The bathroom there is not ensuite but has a larger shower. The house is in a development behind a gate at the bottom of a hill. The road that goes up is very steep, has switchback turns and is only wide enough for one car. We were fortunate to never encounter an encoming car during our stay since one of the cars would have to back down to get out of the way. Definitely not for the feint of heart. We lost power twice since the electric system is old and not up to snuff. Marcella was very responsive and for the second outage showed up with candles and an electrician. They were able to diagnose the problem and it was repaired. We got many good recommendations from Marcella on restaurants and outings. I do not recommend much about the town of Bageria which seems to be depressed and has a real problem with garbage everywhere. However we enjoyed Cefalu, which is an hour away, and we had an excellent dinner in the little fishing town of Aspra which is only 10 minutes away. We also loved Selinunte which is 2 hours away.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit einem herrlichen Ausblick auf das Meer

Die Fotos in der Beschreibung waren wirklich genauso wie in der Realität. Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit einem sehr hübsch gestalteten Garten. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Gern kommen wir wieder.

Der Empfang hat sehr gut geklappt, alles bestens organisiert! Die Villa ist wirklich traumhaft, sowohl die Einrichtung als auch der Blick aufs Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

A beautiful peaceful stay away from the bustle of Palermo

The villa was perfect for a group of 6..rustic and authentic on hillside looking over the bay and the cape. Al fresco breakfasts was a highlight. The lido down the hill was a perfect place to chill. Don't need to go too far..Palermo and Cefalu are a.drive away..and local villages of Santa Flavia and Bagheria had lots to offer. Giuliano and Carmelo were very helpful hosts and responded promptly.

Fantastic villa with a truly breathtaking view. Great location for the beach and trips out

The villa was great and its setting overlooking the bay was wonderful with easy access to the beach. It was well located for trips to Palermo (the train from Santa Flavia made getting there easy) and other places of interest, and all amenities close by. Our host, Giuliano, was very friendly and helpful - his English was far better than our Italian and he also arranged a boat trip around the bay for us. Would highly recommend

Posto incantevole

Posto incantevole. Ci siamo trovati esageratamente bene. Posizione ottimale per raggiungere Palermo e provincia. Location tranquilla è ben servita. Panorama mozzafiato. Ben servita, la terrazza sul mare mozzafiato, la veranda con grandi vetrate sul golfo. Abbiamo pranzato ammirando le svariate sfumature/colori del mare ed ammirando le isole Eolie, che in lontananza si vedono. La sera è davvero mozzafiato. Cenare ammirando il paesino di Porticello, illuminato tipo presepe, il fascino del flash del faro di Cefalù, che illumina la veranda. Abbiamo trovato tutto quello che ci serviva per noi adulti e per i nostri ragazzi. Wi-Fi, TV led, aria condizionata freddo/caldo, cucina ben attrezzata per il fai da te, posto auto, la doccia interna ed esterna, solarium ben attrezzato ect ect .......... La cosa che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo sono i materassi in memory form, mai trovati in altri b&b. Vogliamo ritornare questo inverno, perché anche in inverno si può davvero trascorrere in massima tranquillità una vacanza rilassante. Lo consigliamo davvero.
