Känn rätt hemma i denna mysiga och uppdaterade två sovrum / två bad lägenhet i Frisco. Detta är den idealiska semesterorten med många bekvämligheter på ett utmärkt läge. Du behöver inte heller lämna familjen hunden eftersom den här egenskapen är hundvänlig. Ligger på den lugna änden av Main Street, är du nära till allt men det är fortfarande väldigt lugnt och fridfullt. Vyerna är otroliga från tredje våningen, med utsikt över Ten Mile Creek. Du kan inte slå den fantastiska berget och bekvämt läge till den långa rekreationsvägen bara några steg bort. Den här fastigheten ligger på tredje våningen. Det finns ingen hiss på plats.

Denna välutrustade lägenhet hade bara helt nya hårda trägolv installerade. Den har två rymliga sovrum med egna badrum. Det stora sovrummet har en helt ny posturepedic king size-säng och HD-TV. Gäst sovrummet har egen HD-TV samt en helt ny queen size-säng med en extra futon för extra sittplatser och / eller sovande.

Placeringen av denna lägenhet är perfekt eftersom den ligger precis vid Main Street, ändå undanstoppad vilket gör det lugnt och fridfullt. Gränsar till White River National Forest vid foten av Mount Royal. Vandrare, cyklister och längdskidåkare har lätt tillgång till olika spår i och runt staden Frisco. Det finns gratis Summit Stage buss bara några steg bort så att du enkelt kan hoppa på det till alla världsklass Summit County skidorter.

Denna fastighet har också täckt parkering med en tilldelad parkeringsplats. Det finns också ett skidskåp reserverat i partiet så att du inte behöver slänga din utrustning runt eller lämna den i bilen.

Cold

The property has some wonderful antique ski memorabilia and just about everything you'll need. Because of its location and the fact that double doors to balcony are not sealed well there is a constant cold, very cold flow of wind that blows in. The temperature in unit was at 65 overall according to monitor. We were extremely cold 1st night and stayed away at a friends house 2nd day while waitied for space heaters to be delivered and warm place up. There is a fireplace but glass so black can barely see flame and not much heat. The management staff were very friendly but space heaters on a unit youvare spending some major bucks on doesnt cut it. In addition the showers run hot cold while on and one sounds like an exploding teapot. Unit could definitely use some updating. Especially the building in general as portion of parking lot ceiling fell down. You definitely need to be able to manage the good 3 plus flight of stairs. Wish all well and a better experience.

Summer last minute trip

Had a last minute trip to Frisco visiting family member. Great property close to ten mile creek, Main Street Frisco, and Mount Royal. Had to change my reservation some and the summit staff couldnt have been easier to work with. Will definitely be back again.

Great location

This property was convenient for the days we spent at Copper Mountain skiing. We did also choose this property because it had a hot tub adjacent to it, but unfortunately it was not working. This should’ve been noted on the description. When we plan a ski trip we make sure there’s a hot tub available. We were told by management that we could possibly use a different location but didn’t hear back.

Convenient and Comfortable

Great location with easy driving to mountains and walking to town of Frisco. Perfect for two couples or a family of 4. Three flights up challenging for those not yet acclimated to altitude. If hot tub is important to you, confirm it is working b4 you book. If you plan to cook, kichen has the basics and not quite enough mugs.

Family Vacation

We had a great time! This location was perfect to get to several ski resorts at a fraction of the cost as a resort stay. And Frisco is a beautiful town with many dinning, family activities, and shopping options.

We very much enjoyed our stay in the unit and in Frisco.

The unit was cozy, comfortable, and as pictured. The warnings about the three flights of stairs were accurate - but we were in Frisco and the area to hike, so we just had to add some stairs.

Great location and pup friendly (mostly)

Very comfy condo. While the third floor was hard with dogs, the condo itself is fabulous. After complaints of dogs barking ( anonymous go figure) the homeowners and Sky Run worked hard with us for a resolution. I would stay again.

Beautiful condo in the middle of everything!

The condo had every convienence to keep us all cozy and happy.! It was very clean and organized and roomy. It had easy access to the expressway and very close to walk to downtown Frisco. Frisco has many restaurants and shops to enjoy. The best part was the value for pet stay. That was initial reason for booking. We did not bring the dogs afterall, but such a deal for a dog condo during high demand season. We would 100% stay again!

Beautiful condo!

What a great condo! It is beautifully decorated, has comfortable beds, and has super easy access to both Main Street and I-70. The ONLY issue we had was with the condo being on the 3rd floor. It could be considered the 4th floor since the parking garage is technically floor 1. However, if you don’t mind stairs, this is a wonderful condo choice!!

Very Convient Ski Location

Had a great time at the Frisco property. It was very close to Breckenridge and many wonderful restaurants. The condo was the perfect size for 5 adults and a dog. The one thing to note is the bathrooms are in both of the bedrooms so there is no access to a restroom from The common area. We would happily stay again.

perfect location

we travel to frisco annually and it’s only two adults and our pup and this was great. it’s actually on the frisco trail and ten mile creek so morning dog walks were easy as was the walk to all the great breakfast spots on main street. if you’re a hiker you have access to several great hikes without having to get in the car. the condo was perfect for us and our dog. i will say if you’re not prepared to take three flights of stairs may want to look at sky rental’s properties on a lower floor but it wasn’t a problem for us except maybe for the day we did a 14er :) would def stay here again.
