Vacker gräsmatta trädgård där du kan njuta av lugn mitt i naturen, stor pool. Mycket mark alla inhägnat, parkeringsplatser för flera bilar.

Bara 7 minuter från centrala Ibiza och 10 minuter från flygplatsen, 15 minuter från stränderna, Cala Conta, Cala Bassa, Ibiza stränder som Talamanca eller Playa den Bossa och Salinas. Rekommenderade restauranger i området, Ayoun orientalisk mat, kan San Rafael pilot.

We have stayed in various villas in Europe over the years and this was by far the best. Stunning villa. Lovely grounds (apart from the wasps!). Simply stunning

Great holiday villa

Great villa for 8 people. Pool and garden were great and big for 8 of us. Villa was huge and we all enjoyed our stay there. Location is pretty secluded but taxis were easy enough to get and only about 15 minutes to either side of Ibiza town and San Antonio. Thanks again Josefa!

Lovely villa

Stayed with a group of friends, the villa was great for us all, and was an ideal size for our group. It was clean and tidy throughout and the grounds are maintained whilst you’re there. The owners meet you on arrival which is perfect and they are so lovely. It is quite remote, and we did struggle to get taxis easily from there, so a hire car would be a must. Overall a really nice place to stay.

The Perfect Villa

We stayed for 5 nights in July, and it was the perfect stay for myself and 5 others. The villa is about 10 mins from the airport and old town, but is secluded and close enough to the beach bars and clubs. It is very clean and tidy with good beds and a bathroom for each room. The pool is perfect and we’ll maintained. Josefa and Elena were the perfect hosts and allowed us to pick fresh vegetables from the garden and had stocked the fridge with welcome drinks. We can’t wait to come back.

Nice stay but surprise 3 weeks later! Beware!

The house was cool and well-maintained. If anything was just a little far from the city itself, but we knew that from before. When we got there we had to wait for about 20-30 min out of the property for the owner's son to come and open for us and do a small tour, it was later in the afternoon and thankfully not as hot as earlier. Curiously though he took about 10 min to explain to us that the previous guests had broken some tile on the outdoor patio by the pool and that they had temporarily fixed it but were looking for the exact tile replacement to get there. He told us it might detach because it was just glued in for the time being. When we left the property, all smooth, we handed the keys to the owner's dad and cleaning lady and waited for our taxi to pick us up, all good. But 3 weeks later we got an email from Verbo noting this exact same thing as a complaint toward us and asking for the security deposit to be credited. Thankfully, the time for their complaint was outside of Vrbo's established time frame so they were letting us know to charge my card again for this. I replied this exact same explanation, that we did not damage their property and that it was an exact rewrite from their initial explanation for they previous guests... I also had opted for the insurance, but I did not even mention this as we did not make any of the alleged damage which was already there. So this was quite sour and seemed fishy to me. I would not stay again because this didn't seem honest.

Lovely property very private great views

Gorgeous pool and garden. Inside is very comfortable with basic fixtures and furnishings. Hosts are very welcoming and couldn’t do enough to make sure our stay was good. Aircon in every bedroom was wonderful. We had a great week. Everything was not more than a 20 minute drive away so great location. Would highly recommend

Exceptional Villa!

What a villa! The pictures don't do it justice at all. It was private and secluded, extremely spacious, clean and well maintained. The hosts we're also great, communication was on point and they were very helpful. We cannot fault anything and will definitely be visiting again. Thank you!

Paradise!

Can Rota is a beautiful villa with a garden and view which is like a piece of paradise! Josefa is a great host and nothing you ask her is too much. We enjoyed the house, pool and garden with it’s fresh fruits and vegetables to use and had an absolute great stay. For us as a family with teenagers the space and a bedroom+bathroom for everybody gave us a lot of privacy. I would recommend this place highly to everyone!

Lovely stay in Ibiza

A beautiful villa in a great location. The villa is a very good size and has a wonderful garden and pool area. It's very well equipped with lots of bathrooms and a big kitchen. It's centrally located on the island so very easy to travel to different areas and explore from.

Maison magnifique, tout confort, au calme, piscine somptueuse, propriétaire très agréable, .

Les chambres sont grandes, sdb ds chacune, cuisine terrasse , salon, tout pour des vacances de rêve. Piscine, grand jardin, parking privé plusieurs voitures. Parfait en tous points.

Beautiful Mountain Villa

This home is exactly how it was pictured. The host was wonderful and attentive. There is an amazing garden on the property that we were able to pick fresh limes and vegetables! The pool was perfect! I’d stay at this property again!!

Estancia inmejorable

Anfitriones muy acogedores y simpáticos. Flexibles con la hora de entrada y salida. La casa era impresionantemente bonita y muy acogedora, perfecta para pasar unos días tranquilos. Además, los caseros viven al lado de la casa y están predispuestos a ayudarte en todo lo que necesites. 100% recomendable.

Pictures do not do it justice

The only reason we didn’t say listing was a 4/5 was because it was inaccurate - better than expected. Clean, well maintained, easy access, beautiful pool. Hosts were lovely. Off the beaten track but we’ll positioned for access to many things. If you’re seeking a busy vibe, this is not it. But secluded, quiet and a perfect pool.

Fabulous Villa, brilliant holiday

Spent a week at this wonderful villa with my family. Communication could not have been better and Josefa and her daughter Elena were amazing when checking us in. They made us feel hugely welcome and it is clear from how well the house was set up that they are very proud of this lovely home and want anyone staying here to have the perfect trip. The house itself has a solidity and class about it and the pool is as good as any I've seen in my visits to Ibiza. Location is nice and central with some spectacular views. The villa is really well equipped and some really nice touches like being able to collect fruit and vegetables from the garden added to the experience. Cannot fault this trip at all and I suspect we will be back here in the years to come. Thank you for a brilliant stay. Kev

Estancia de 10!

Fuimos 9 amigas a pasar una semana a Ibiza y no pudimos estar más cómodas. No queríamos irnos! Elena y su hermano fueron encantadores y nos hicieron la estancia súper fácil y cómoda, dándonos facilidades para todo. Nos ayudaron a organizar un día en barco e incluso nos vinieron a buscar para llevarnos al puerto. La casa está muy bien situada , justo en el medio de la isla y a media hora en coche de casi todos los planes que hicimos. Es súper espaciosa, todas las habitaciones son grandes, con muchos armarios , aire acondicionado y cada una tiene baño en-suite, perfecto para grupos o parejas. La zona de la piscina está muy bien preparada con un jardín enorme , varias tumbonas y accesorios para tumbarte dentro de la piscina. Incluso nos dejaron toallas de playa para nuestra estancia. La cocina tenía todo lo necesario para poder cocinar y comer en casa , además tienen una huerta llena de tomates y lechuga que pudimos utilizar para nuestras comidas. Sin duda volveremos, muchísimas gracias por todo!

Fantastic Villa!

Great villa. Elena and her father were great, very welcoming and accommodating. The villa is superb, a great space, huge rooms, felt very secure and had real peace and quiet. Only 3 or 4 minutes drive to town. Would thoroughly recommend. We will be back!
