Hello Dana and Lisa, We appreciate your feedback and apologize your stay did not meet your expectations. In reviewing our correspondence we do see that we offered to send a cleaner back out to address any issues and you declined. We truly try hard to make things right with our guests as quickly as possible. As for the other items mentioned, the owner prefers to handle all maintenance issues, but had an unexpected family emergency during your stay so handled after your departure. The good news is that these minor fixes have been completed, and this beautiful undated beach condo is ready for future guests. The Great Ocean Team
