We spend a wonderful week at the cabin. My husband and I wanted to get away and this was the perfect place. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need. The upper deck is perfect to sit and enjoy nature. The birds are wonderful to watch. On our last night a eagle flew over the yard, what a great site to end our stay! Can't wait to return next year!!

We very much enjoyed our stay! Great location close to town and right on the river. Nice fire pit set up and backyard. Clean, comfortable and had all the kitchen amenities with a brand new propane grill. Would stay there again and would recommend.

This big house is perfect for a family stay. I've stayed here three times with my kids and it's always been a great experience. The kitchen is big and has everything you need to prepare meals. The house itself is very clean and organized. Super close (walking distance) to kayak livery and not far from Grayling. Being able to bring pets is a great bonus! My dog loved visiting the river in front of the property every day. If you're considering staying here, I highly recommend.

This was our first stay - and hopefully won't be our last. This is such a lovely, well maintained home right on the Au Sable. The south facing views are incredible, the furnishings are high quality and well thought out. It's clear that this isn't just a rental - but a well cared for getaway.The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery and cookware, pots, pans, prep bowls. The pet friendliness of the property also shines - with pet supplies in the front closet.The house itself was immaculately clean on arrival.Birders and wildlife enthusiasts will love this place - we had to just stand on the deck or look out the window to watch Kingfishers soar down the river, and hear to the solitary 'cronk' of the local Ravens. At night time we could hear juvenile Great Horned Owls.We can't wait to spend another anniversary at this outstanding property. Thank you so much to our hosts for sharing such a beautiful retreat.
