Rymlig söderläge villa, säkert inneslutna i ett lugnt, attraktivt område ca 3 minuter med bil från byn Tourrettes-sur-Loup, och ca 10 minuters bilresa till den världsberömda byn Saint Paul de Vence.

4 sovrum som bekvämt sover 8 personer. Bottenvåningen privat sovrum med eget duschrum och WC. 3 ytterligare sovrum på övervåningen med familj badrum. Ytterligare bottenvåningen sovrum som studie med utdragbar dubbel storlek soffa som sover ytterligare en vuxen eller 2 barn. Separat gäst loo på bottenvåningen. Alla sovrum och studien är luftkonditionerade. Hög spec äter i köket med separat tvättstuga. Rymlig matsal och vardagsrum med hög kvalitet inredning. Separat, bekväm sittgrupp med platt-TV. Modern, vedeldad spis.

The villa was amazing, the perfect long weekend for a group of friends. The pool and outside space is particularly special, with lovely green views surrounding the property. The villa had everything we needed and Tourettes Sur Loop was a short walk away, a car would have been ideal to visits towns/cities further afield as taxis were quite expensive. I would really recommend this villa to any group of friends or family looking for a South of France stay!

Great stay.The host was great, and check-in and out was smooth and flexible.Fantastic pool, great grounds and well equipped villa in a great location. Could maybe do with a deep clean prior to arrival in some areas- but that was the main detractor (and not hugely significant).Pool is fantastic, and gym pretty well equipped to keep active. I would echo prior reviews though that the pool could be a bit difficult for older generations to exit due to the slope, buts that aside it was magnificent.Thank you for an excellent stay….would recommend.

We had a lovely vacation! The house and the property were beautiful and very peaceful. The old town of Tourrettes is just a 3-minute drive away, and supermarkets are around 5 minutes by car.The kitchen is well-equipped, and the pool has a nice, natural look that fits perfectly into the surroundings.

Lovely Villa

Everything was perfect, exactly as described. We would definately recommend. We were family aged from 4 to 63 and the property catered for everyone. A truly relaxing place and Tourettes Sur Loup did not disappoint

We had a lovely stay. The view from the house is beautiful. Everything is very close by. The location was perfect. The pool was not what we expected- it’s very hard to get in and out of and attracted a ton of dead bugs. It always needed to be skimmed. Kitchen had any items we needed. Overall a very nice stay.

We have professionals cleaning the pool weekly but as it’s situated in the green hills sometimes bugs can get in and skimming is needed. Apologies if this caused inconvenience during your stay. Villa agréable avec grand jardin et vue mer . Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la location qui répondait à la plupart de nos critères . Attention à la piscine qui n’est pas facile d’accès . Une location agréable mais un peu vieillissante certaines choses sont à changer ou réparer . Un très bon séjour malgré ces petits points négatifs avec un environnement calme ce qui est appréciable .

Charming and very child friendly villa

We had the most wonderful stay at this villa. The photos don’t do the property justice! The villa itself is spacious, bright and airy. The grounds are just beautiful with lots of room for the kids to run around with the security of a gated pool so we never worried about them. Lovely addition of trampoline and kids swing set kept them occupied for hours. The pool is stunning. The views are breathtaking. The villa manager was so helpful. The location was superb- only 5 mins drive from large supermarkets with plenty of parking. It was the perfect villa for our family- many thanks!

Peaceful

The property was everything I was hoping for and then some. The pihotos don't do it justice. The owners and property managers went above and beyond to help us. I can't begin to thank them enough for all they've done.. If I ever make it back to that part of the world I will definitely rent again.

Beau séjour

Nous avons passé un beau séjour dans cette belle villa avec piscine. Les espaces alentours sont très bien entretenu et le cadre est magnifique. A noter que l'entrée de la piscine sans escaliers peut être un peu périlleuse pour les personnes d'un certain âge. Nous recommander cette location.

Amazing house

We absolutely loved staying in this house. Both the house and the garden/pool are spacious. The view is fantastic. The surroundings are very quiet. If you are looking for a peace and quiet place, close to nature, yet not too far from the sea, this is the place. Owners are very nice and the people managing the house were super responsive with anything that needed fixing. Highly recommend.

Wunderschöne Ferien

Wir verbrachten im Juli 2020 eine Woche in Tourrette-sur-Loup. Das Haus war wunderschön und ruhig gelegen. Oft ist es ja so, dass die Realität den Bildern weit überlegen ist - hier nicht. Was man auf den Bildern sieht, das kriegt man auch. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal da.

Family stay

We rented Pan-Giancola for all our family stay, some of whom live nearby in Nice, and some in London, England, to celebrate our wedding which took place in England. It was the perfect venue. There was plenty for the grandchildren to do, who spent most of the time in the pool or the trampoline or watching TV, when they needed some downtime. The house was lovely and well equipped. There really are no complaints. The only thing I would point out, is the confusion about 667, as all the houses in the road are numbered 667.! It would therefore be helpful if the name of the house ...... Pan-Giancola.....was added to the information/website, to avoid disturbing neighbours with enquiries! Thanks for providing such a beautiful home to stay. We hope to return sometime.

Serenity

The house was beautiful, spacious enough for two families to share comfortably. The pool and property are well maintained and gorgeous. The nearby town is a 20 min walk or three min drive- great shops, restaurants and views. Hiking trails around- not overrun with tourists. Close to beaches. It was a fabulous stay. Would return in a heartbeat!

Gorgeous home and wonderful trip

Beautiful home in this quaint medieval village. The home was well stocked with everything you could need and more. There were lots of games and things to do for the kids and adults- bocce, pool time, fitness room, board games trampoline and swings. The home is a twenty minute walk from town.

An amazing house, peaceful location.

We had a fantastic weekend here - such a beautiful house, even better than the photos. Perfect for families - pool, trampoline, swings, pétanque, table tennis... Francoise and Pierre both friendly and professional.

Staying in Tourettes sur Loup

We had a really lovely two weeks at Penny's villa. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived and Pierre met us and told us all about the house and answered any questions. The garden and pool are beautiful. The kitchen is really well equipped and the house is really comfortable. We loved the fact there was a boules court and a table tennis table. Kept the teenagers busy. Also there is a gym next to the pool!
