Spring break vacation

Good value. The place was great. Really nice views of the strip and the ocean. Highly recommend this place for young family's for the indoor pool.

Convenient location in a well appointed unit. When I vacation to the beach, I want to be in a condo facing the gulf so I get the balcony, breeze and views. Heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, and fitness centers were all a plus. We loved walking across the crosswalk to the Jellyfish for fresh seafood and souvenir shopping. Orange Beach is literally minutes away for fun things to do with kids. The condo is quiet, the bed is comfy and the front desk staff is friendly. I enjoyed the trash chute from the 8th floor. The only thing I missed was having laundry in the unit. It's coin operated on the bottom floor. Overall, we had a great time. The beach has a very laid back vibe.

Spring Break 2025

I have to give a big shout out to the owner, Len. Communication seems to be lacking in all aspects of life these days, but NOT AT ALL in this case. Len is very responsive and seems to truly care about both his rentals and renters. The place was nice and had everything we needed. Thank you, Len!

Nice weekend getaway

This condo was just the right size for my husband and me. We enjoyed watching and listening to the waves as we drank our morning coffee. It was also just a 30-40 minute drive to Pensacola where we were watching a college tournament.

A nice sister getaway

We enjoyed our clean room and the lovely view of the pools and the ocean. The deco in the room was just as the pictures portrayed in the listing. So, no surprises! Thank you, Len, for providing a nice unit!

One bedroom apartment was just perfect for my wife and I. Facility was as advertised. Pool area was large. Could have used some added shade, but we were able to survive the sun. Ocean access was very convenient. Beach service was very reasonable. We would definitely return.

Perdido key vacation

View was great, comfortable bed, clean unit. Recommend updating Master bathroom. Masterbath sink needs repair, water did not drain well. No washer dryer in unit. Overall our stay at the unit was comfortable and convenient.

The Perdido Chill

Absolutely loved the location, and the large balcony. The building is older, but well maintained. Our room was just as advertised. There are codes to use for every door - Pool, lobby, bathroom Not so great when your hands are full. This was a great condo for the price, and I would stay here again. The Jellyfish Grill across the street was great! Good food and great service. We found lots of great places to kayak, especially the 5 minute drive to Big Johnson beach at the Gulf Island Seashore. Beautiful beaches and not crowded. Loved the WOW (worship on the water) Easter Service at Flora Bama. Neat place! Traci B

Great vacation

We had a great time. Our unit was the perfect size for the two of us. Kitchen was well stocked. Unit was clean. I prefer shower doors to a shower curtain. That would be my only suggestion.

AMAZING VIEW!!!

We enjoyed our stay in Mr. Len’s condo. We had everything that was promised & more. He was very kind to us, felt like family & the condo felt like home away from home. The view from this condo is breathtaking, if I could have bottles it up & brought it home I would have. Winded down to the sound of the waves every night & slept like a baby. Thank you Mr. Len, you were such a blessing to my husband & I.

View is amazing!

The view and location are great! The condo building is fine, a little older than other properties in area, but well maintained. The condo however, has some issues, it has a ceiling that is peeling in several locations, the half bath toilet is loose, the master bath toilet area smelled like a urinal (no men in our party!) and there is mold around the ceiling fan areas. I also had concerns about the extension cord and the multiple, upon multiple things plugged into it in master bedroom! Was disappointed to find the washer and dryer are not in the unit, but located in the building basement. Elevators were fast and there were plenty of carts for transporting luggage! In spite of a few issues, the view and beach are AMAZING!

Had a great experience from booking to staying. Room view was perfect, bed was very comfortable. Anything we needed for cooking and Eating was there. Leonard was very helpful keeping us informed of how the whole process works. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice, but not great

Nice value/price for a week since we didn't spend much time on the condo. Host was great with lots of communication from time property was booked. Unfortunately property was lacking in apearance and updates. Renovations needed due to apparent mold on full bathroom ceiling around vent and above kitchen vent, ceiling flaking in several places, a two light bulbs were burnt out, dirty chair in living room. Patio furniture made out of PVC pipe, with one broken chair. Kitchen was well stocked with coffee pot, blender, lots of accessories.
