Perfect apartment in Ericeira!

4 of us (2 couples) stayed here over a weekend to attend a friend’s wedding in the area and I can highly recommend this apartment. Communication with Hugo was really easy, and we were accommodated when we requested an early check in which was much appreciated. The apartment is spacious and well located, a short walk to Ericeira centre.

Apartment in a great location

We had a nice stay at Hugo's apartment which is really conveniently located just a few minutes from the supermarket and a shopping centre. It's very easy to walk into the centre of Ericeira as well. The pool and tennis court are very nice but I didn't see a life guard on duty and the pool is deep so maybe not great for young kids. Also, fans in the rooms / airconditioning would have been good as it did get somewhat stuffy at night.

Excelente espaço e Vila.

Agradecemos pela disponibilidade do Sr. Hugo, o apartamento é fidedigno com as imagens facultadas, condomínio fechado muito bem cuidado, com excelente acesso à vila e às praias (Norte e Pescadores). A nossa estadia foi muito boa, os restaurantes com bom peixe, Ericeira é uma vila de encantos. Estadia que voltarem a repetir com toda a certeza. Muito agradecidos ao Sr. Hugo.

Great Stay, Great Host!

Our stay was wonderful, the location is great for surfing and enjoy the ocean. The property is fantastic, indoor and outdoor pool are a very plus and the apartment very comfortable and well maintained. The host, Hugo, is great and flexible: he was there for our very late arrival and to support with great suggestions during our stay ... BTW, He's also a great surfing trainer ;) Thank you for All!

large apartment, close to the beach, with bakery, supermarket and restaurant nearby. We had a great stay and the city of Ericeira is quiet with great gastronomic options.

Tolle Lage, Wohnung etwas renovierungsbedürftig

Altstadtzentrum fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Viele Restaurants und Bars. Wer gern Meeresfrüchte isst, ist hier genau richtig. Brandung bisweilen etwas heftig für Nicht-Surfer. Wohnung könnte hier und da etwas Pflege gebrauchen, aber toller Blick auf Meeres-Sonnenunzergang .

Ruim appartement met uitzicht op zee en met mooie zwembaden

Appartement ligt net buiten het centrum van Ericeira op de eerste etage van een omheind en met groot toegangshek beveiligd appartementencomplex. Geeft een veilig gevoel en de kinderen konden dan ook makkelijk op verkenning uit. Beschikt over groot buitenzwembad en mooi binnenzwembad. Ideaal omdat het tijdens ons verblijf in Ericeira meestal 5 graden koeler was door ligging dan bijvoorbeeld Lissabon. Wel badmuts op, maar die liggen in appartement. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid, beschikt over lift. Appartement is lekker ruim, ook de slaapkamers. Wifi perfect. Apparatuur keuken heeft zo zijn gebruiksaanwijzing, maar functioneert uiteindelijk goed. Bed op één van de slaapkamers beschikt weliswaar over nieuw en goed matras, maar kraakt enorm bij iedere kleine beweging. Wij hadden de pech met erg rumoerige (feestvierende) bovenburen en dan is zo'n appartement wel erg gehorig. Ericeira was voor ons een fijne uitvalsbasis naar oa Lissabon (via zeer rustige tolweg snel te bereiken), Sintra en Cabo da Roca. Mooie stranden, wilde zee en veel surfers, maar in augustus wel moeilijk om parkeerplaats te vinden vanwege vakanties van Portugezen zelf. Langs het zwembad, trapje af en straatje naar beneden en je komt bij een klein winkelcentrumje met oa een Spar en iets verderop een bij onze kinderen zeer geliefde churroskraam. Van daar loop je zo langs kustweg en richting centrum. Gedurende het verblijf goed contact met verhuurder via what's app. Kleine minpuntjes nemen niet weg dat dit appartement wat ons betreft een aanrader is voor een verblijf in Ericeira!

Perfect place for vacation far from busy touristic places. Nice small restaurants with best fish.

Nice apartment close to everywhere. Not crowded with plenty privately own apartments so clean nice and quiet. Technical condition of apartment needs small cosmetic repairs and renovations. But perfect for family with small children. Beaches and surfing for professionals and beginners and or kids best ever seen.

Beautiful spacious apartment in convenient location with lovely view of the pool and the sea.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment whilst in the Lisbon area. Hugo was very helpful and the apartment contains everything required for a comfortable stay.

Perfect apartment

The apartment is the perfect place to stay in Ericeira. It’s comfortable, clean and spacious. It has everything you need, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing maschine and so on. The outdoor and indoor pools are very nice and a good option if the weather isn’t that good for the beach. The apartment is close to the beaches, downtown and a shopping mall so you can easily walk everywhere. Thx for having us Hugo. Would love to come back.

Exactly what we expected and what we wanted

We had visited Ericeira before but we were staying further out of town so this time we wanted to be closer to the town and the beach. We chose this apartment for its location and also for the view from the balcony. It did not disappoint. We played tennis most mornings-collect the key from the property manager's hut- and there was always plenty of space and loungers around the pool at any time of the day. The indoor pool is heated and you have to wear a cap for this pool -we only used it once when it was too windy for the outdoor pool. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need and Hugo was available if we had any questions or needed anything. The living area is larger than you would expect. There is a property manager and lots of cleaners who are v friendly and keep the communal areas and grounds/pool immaculate and also a good security system for residents. We were in Ericeira during a festival so the whole town was decorated beautifully. We ate out most night and there are plenty of good restaurants all reasonably priced. We had a car but chose to get a bus to visit Sintra - again from past experience -a better option than driving. Mafra is easy to drive to and we also drove to the big shopping centre -Colombo -on the outskirts of Lisbon as we had 2 teenage girls with us! Thank you Hugo for a lovely stay in a delightful town.

BEL APPARTEMENT

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le logement très spacieux avec une très belle vue, coucher de soleil tous les soirs. Belle piscine les enfants étaient ravis Je conseille ce logement.

Trés bel appartement

Très bel appartement, spacieux. Piscine intérieur et extérieur très bien. Proche de la plage la mer est magnifique et de toutes les commodités. Bien placé pour les visites, pas loin de Lisbonne et pleins d'autres cite à visiter....et quand on rentre on est au calme. Très bon accueil et bon contact pour toutes nos questions avant d'arriver. Allez y.

Great apartment and location for a family or couple's holiday

We really enjoyed our stayed in this beautiful apartment in June with our two young girls. We were greeted by Hugo who was very friendly and helpful and even left us a couple of bottles of lovely local wine to welcome us! The apartment is very clean, spacious and comfortable, with everything you could need. The sun hits the balcony all evening which is perfect and means the apartment does not get hot during the day. The grounds are secure and beautifully maintained. The pool was great and was never crowded. The ONLY negative was the beds were very hard and one very creaky but this would not put us off staying there again. Would recommend for a family or a couple. The location is great, 2 mins from a supermarket, some cafes, a windy beach and a lovely coastal walk and less than 5 mins walk to the old town in Ericeira and a lovely 15 min walk to the calmer beach on the other side of town (Praia do Sul). The beaches in Ericeira are very rough, perfect for surfing, and for kids the rock pool at low-medium tide at Praia do Sul is perfect for a calm beach/swim. Or a short drive (or bus) to Foz do Lizandro there is a calm river to play or swim in on the beautiful surfing beach. This apartment is perfectly situated for use with or without a car. Food was hit and miss but we can absolutely recommend eating the fresh grilled fish at Mar d'Areia, wonderful and friendly service. For a very relaxed, kid friendly meal with a great view, the pizza in Pizzamobile about 10 min drive north in São Lourenço is worth a visit. The big supermarket on the way into Ericeira has a great selection of fish with which we made some lovely meals in the well-equipped kitchen of the apartment. Our favourite place outside of Ericeira to visit was the amazing (very busy!) Sintra where we all adored the crazy caves and tunnels of the gardens of Quinta da Regaleira. The nearby Palace in Mafra (and park beside) is also well worth a visit. Highly recommend the apartment and should we return we would definitely stay there again.

Spacieux calme et confortable

Un grand merci pour cette prestation de qualité. Piscine intérieure très pratique en cas de temps plus gris, une vraie piscine extérieure et une vue sur la mer qu on regrette déjà. Appartement au calme au mois de mai et une proximité de tous les commerces d ericeira. Pour les amateurs de surf, y a plus qu'à descendre quelques marchés pour checker les spots . Une très grande disponibilité du manager hugo et de bons conseils. Merci encore

Beautiful view

We had a great time in this apartment. We were in Ericeira for 6 nights and stayed here and we loved every second. The apartment is very big and would be ideal for 4 people or even more. It has all equipment you need and Hugo is very helpful. He gave us suggestions on what to do in Ericeira and where to eat and stuff. We were really satisfied with our stay and if we go back, we definitely want to stay in the same apartment again!!

Perfect Place!!

The appartment is very nice and comfortable! Is everything there what you need...dishwasher, washing maschine! The pool and the garden is very clean! 1 min to the supermarket 5 min walking to the nearest Beach and 10 min to Ericeira town...Perfect! And when you need anything HUGO is very helpfull! All in all.....Perfect location!!

Férias

Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo gestor da propriedade, a casa é muito acolhedora, espaçosa, inserida num condomínio com boas instalações e muito sossegado, fica perto do centro da vila e da praia. Bom para passar férias em família e descansar.
