Fantastisk lägenhet med havsutsikt. Första klassanläggning på det bästa läget på Benalmadena Costa, 50 meter från stranden. Mycket tyst pool.

Elvira e Carlos “accoglienza perfetta”

Siamo Raffaella e Marco, ospiti a Benalmadena nell’appartamento di Elvira e Carlos. Abbiamo trovato l’alloggio comodissimo come posizione (per le nostre esigenze) arredato e con tutto ciò di cui potevamo aver bisogno. La struttura nel complesso è gestita molto bene, molto gradevole con parecchio “verde” e una piscina mai sovraffollata ! L’appartamento, pur se dotato di condizionatore, per noi è risultato gradevolmente fresco e non abbiamo mai dovuto usufruirne. La cucina dotata di tutto ciò che può essere utile e tutto ordinato e pulito.Ringraziamo Elvira e Carlos e chiediamo ancora scusa per aver procurato un danno per il quale non ci hanno fatto contestazioni. Noi speriamo di poter tornare ancora a Benalmadena perché è una località che risulta ideale per i nostri gusti. Grazie ancora e cordiali saluti ad Elvira e Carlos.

The hosts, Elvira and Carlos met us at the property and made sure we were happy with everything.They provided fresh fruit and water on arrival and all of our essential items such as washing up liquid, loo rolls , hand soap were already there for us to use. Such a nice surprise !The apartment was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we could need for a perfect stay.The apartment is perfectly situated near the beach and near to supermarkets, restaurants and bars.Our hosts contacted is during our stay to make sure we were happy with everything.All in all , perfect spot, perfect hosts !We will definitely return .

Small Apartment

Small basic apartment, but had everything we needed. Balcany very small, but lovely sea views. Hosts picked up from the airport, and couldn't do enough for us. We could contact them at anytime through whats app, but we never had to.

Great area

Elvira & Juan are excellent hosts and very helpful. The apartment is as described. Lots of extras that you do not normally get, such as cleaning materials and personal cleaning items, toiler paper etc. The only downsides were , for us, the bed was too hard. Would have liked better ( firmer ) & more pillows, again a personal choice. The location is great close to bars & restaurants, 5/6 euros in a taxi to Marina, although it is a lovely walk, if you go down to the promenade. Close to bus stops so great if you want to visit other areas. The one thing that really gets me states has satellite TV etc it should specify if you can get UK channels, other than just BBC News. I know I am on Holiday but on a 2 week stay I want a few nights in & watching TV. Luckily I bought my laptop & was able to watch Prime, but it was not what I expected. This is NOT the owners fault, but I would not have booked if I knew the limitations on TV, I would have probably booked elsewhere. If we were staying just a week it would not really be a problem. Also I know some people do not want TV, its just something that I think is misleading. Overall a really good stay.

2 weeks in beautiful Benalmadena!

Elvira and her husband Carlo could not have been kinder hosts. They picked us up at the airport and drove us to their property. The apartment is just like the photos. The kitchen was well equipped and the balcony was a favourite spot for morning coffee and breakfast. We were also very happy with the location and our adventures in Spain! We’ll definately be back! Thank you!

L’appartement était à la hauteur de nos attentes. Elvira est une hôte très attentionnée. Elle s’est informé régulièrement de nos besoins, à savoir s’il nous manquait quelque chose. Elle était d’ailleurs très facile à rejoindre. Elle et son conjoint sont venus nous chercher à l’aéroport, ce qui fût très apprécié. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans hésitation. Top Lage, Wohnung okay

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist wie beschrieben - alles da, was man braucht, lediglich sind die Schlafmöglichkeiten für 2 Erwachsene recht eingeschränkt. Das Bett ist <140 cm breit und die Matratze war uns viel zu hart. Die Ausziehcouch ist zum Schlafen für einen Erwachsenen auch nicht optimal möglich (180 cm lang), aber ist akzeptabel.

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location

Elvira was there to meet us upon arrival and told us everything we needed to know about the utilities and access. The apartment was perfect with a great balcony and had everything we needed, it is also in a fabulous location just a few hundred yards from the beach and in the opposite direction a few hundred yards away is the beautiful Paloma Park. The wi-fi was the best we have experienced overseas which was important to us. The on site communal pool was also fabulous, we are beach people but went to the pool on 3 occasions during the 2 weeks and were the only people there. Elvira told us if there were any problems not to hesitate to contact her which was reassuring to know. Staying here was a wonderful experience and we intend to stay here again on our next visit to Benalmadena. Thanks for everything Elvira.

One bed appt

Great location and hosts were very helpful. Interior is a bit dated but spotless. The pull out bed is really only a mattress to pop on top of the couch so don’t count on a 3rd adult staying easily. The nearby hotel entertainment is very loud but not at all the fault of owners but worth being aware of Complex is super quiet with great pool space. Local restaurants and bars on the doorstep

Séjour trés agréable

Appartement propre, petit mais tout est prévu pour un confort optimum, Elvira et son mari sont adorables et àl l’écoute. Seul bémol: la difficulté pour se garer, le parking devant la propriété est toujours plein du moins en Août. Sinon je recommande!

Très bon accueil d’Elvira,on peut toujours la joindre par message en cas de besoin et elle répond rapidement.L’appartement était propre et fonctionnel,le plus de l’appartement une climatisation que nous pouvions activités quand nous voulions et qui c’est avéré très agréable! Une de mes meilleures expériences VRBO

Notre passage de 2 semaines chez Elvira et Carlos a été parfait. Nous avons été accueillis par Elvira et Carlos et cela nous a permis de leur parler de vive voix pour débuter notre séjour, ce qui aide pour savoir où stationner, comment fonctionne l'appart, le voisinage, les épiceries proches, etc. L'appart est conforme aux photos du site. Nous avons adoré la petite urbanisation dans lequel il se trouve. Avec petit ascenseur qui aide pour les bagages, nous avons apprécié l'environnement très calme malgré que l'appart soit situé tout près des services (pharmacie, épicerie, restos à profusion). Tout près de la mer aussi, en quelques pas nous étions sur la promenade maritime. Vraiment propre et très très bien équipé, rien ne manquait pour y vivre. Tout était prévu. Vraiment, la qualité de cette appart nous a permis de passer un séjour merveilleux à la Costa del Sol, Benalmadena. Merci Elvira et Carlos de toutes vos attentions (eau et fruits à l'arrivée ) et continuez à bien prendre soin des vacanciers qui passent chez vous. Vous êtes les meilleurs!! Sehr freundliche und fürsorgliche Gastgeber. Alles sauber und mit einer Guten Ausstattung versehen, Wir haben uns sehr gefreut bei der Ankunft eine Flasche Wasser und ein gutgefüllten Obstschale vorzufinden. In der Wihnung waren Unterlagen mit Freizeitgestaltungsvorschlägen vorhanden. Auch der Transfer vom und zum Flughafen wurde von unseren Gastgebern organisiert. Wir hatten ein Gute Zeit.

Great Relaxing Vacation in a Great Community

Lovely, well kept apartment in a great relaxing community. Very clean and cousy. Our balcony had a perfect view of the ocean overseeing Los Molinillos. Walked to most tourist attractions in the area due to its proximity. Overabundance of good restaurants nearby, including at the Paseo Maritimo, along the beach, which we walked constantly. Last, but not least, I would like to thank the owners: Elvira and her husband for the efforts they made in making our vacation as transparent and memorable as possible. Two great hosts beyond expectations. I highly recommend, and definitely consider staying here again very soon.

Little gem!

The apartment was exactly what we needed as a base for playing the many golf courses in the area. Carlos and Elvira gave us a warm and friendly welcome. The apartment was very well equipped. Our hosts had thought of everything you could possibly need such as water in the fridge, fruit in the bowl, socket adapters, hairdryer and washing tablets! All of this was much appreciated. There are restaurants within easy walking distance and the area was quiet. Parking was right outside. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Zwei wundervolle Wochen in Belanmádena

Dank Elvira und Juan Carlos hatten wir zwei sehr schöne Wochen in Belanmádena. Beide sind sehr freundlich und darauf bedacht, dass man sich als Gast sehr wohl fühlt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr schönen Anlage mit Sicht aufs Meer. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet jeglichen Komfort, den man benötigt. In der Wohnung findet man alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die Anlage selbst befindet sich in der Nähe einer schönen Seepromenade. Bis zum Meer, Restaurants und Geschäften sind es nur wenige Minuten. Wir können die Wohnung sehr weiterempfehlen und danken Elvira und Juan Carlos für ihre Gastfreundschaft.
