Detta är en 2012 konstruerad 4 bädd 2 bad plus utomhusdusch stranden hemma med en stor 1600 kvadratfot däck. Sover bekvämt 12 Vardagsrummet och köket är öppna och ljusa med fri utsikt över stranden och havet från väggarna av fönster mot vattnet. Köket är inställt med disk, koppar, krukor, bestick, köksredskap, kaffekanna, brödrost och crockpot. Ny spis och kylskåp från september 2018. Vardagsrummet har 2 skinnsoffor med 4 fåtöljer, en tredje soffa, gungstol, 60 "smart plattskärms-TV med DirecTV. Sovrummet har en king size-säng, väggmonterad TV med DirecTV och DVD-spelare och stort bifogat badrum. Säng 2 och 3 har båda queen size-sängar, säng 4 har två tvillingar över hela massivt trä specialbyggda våningssängar och en TV med DirecTV. Det stora däcket har ett picknickbord, 6 bänkstolar med bänkhöjd med bord, 8 utomhusstolar, hängmatta och en grind för att hålla små och husdjur säkra från trappan. Nedervåningen har en utomhusdusch för att städa upp efter att ha kommit in från stranden och en fotvask vid trappans botten. Kolgrillgropen ny från september 2018. Gott om plats för parkering finns under huset och på intilliggande parti. Full RV-anslutning finns också. Helger kräver minst två nätter.

All my family really enjoyed staying at the Beachhouse. Right in front of the beach, just walking onto the sand no driving needed. It was really great. House was big enough for all of us, 10 altogether. The stay was excellent and I would do it again. The only thing would be to get all accesses needed before had. I couldn’t use the lift cage because we had no key to it or combination. Texted the owner but never got back to us to tell us how to access it. Other than that, it was really great.

Family Vacation

Perfect location with beach access and close to the stores/restaurants. Great house layout for a big group and really enjoyed the huge porch and large open space underneath.

Nice weekend getaway

The property and house were nice. Deck was great but there are nails protruding from the chairs and picnic table. A set of blinds was missing and there is an elevator that would have been great for my mom to use instead of climbing the stairs. Oh, it would have been good to label which switches go to which lights..especiallyin the room withbthe lit ceiling. We werent able to enjoy it at all. Replace the batteries in all of the remotes and something was wrong with the cable/wifi.Those are all small things. The deck is awesome! Great for relaxing at night and enjoying the breeze. I also really liked the space and setup of the house. The outdoor shower was super cool! Lots of great parking space!

A wonderful place to gather family and friends for the 4th of July

This property is in a perfect location. I mean it is a few feet from the beach. The porch is huge with front row views of gulf . The house is well maintained with nice stainless steel appliances and the host thoughy of all the little things that people often forget (hair ties, makeup wipes, floss, etc.). We had 10 people staying in the house and wveryone had plenty of room. Rhe master bed/bath were especially nice with a lot of room. I appreciated the fans provided in every room although the av wirjed wonderfully. Basically this is a great place to stay that won't leave you wishing you'd selected another place instead. The location can't be beat and the house is very thoughtfully set up for your comfort.

Lovely stay. Nice home and deck. Great views. Easy and close beach access. Very responsive host. Host gave a nice list of things ahead of time to make sure to bring in order for your stay to be a good one.

Beach trip with the family

House was in an excellent location. The house needs some repairs and furniture needs to be updated. It didn’t affect our stay. We still enjoyed the house and enjoyed our vacation. The house was clean and was well stocked. Would’ve liked to had more cabinet and closet space for our belongings but we made it work.

Tranquility

Loved our stay at this breathtaking property. Weather was perfect for us and we enjoyed sitting on deck watching the waves of the Gulf. Nice breeze on a hot day but temperature did not feel unbearable in shade. Spent Saturday on beach which was a very short walk. A friend let us use his golf cart which made it easy for us to take or chairs, Tents and coolers. The house was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Owner very responsive

Had a great time - 6 people and no issues with hot water. Plenty of room for everyone. One of the smoke detectors started chirping overnight due to low battery. Emailed the owner since it was out of reach and needed a ladder - he had someone there 9:00 a.m. that morning to fix the issue. Beach was fairly busy on Saturday and Sunday (we stayed the first part of August). During the weekdays, much lower beach traffic.

Wonderful Family Vacay

We had an absolute blast at this place!!! We will book here again!! The beach house was right on the water, the host was super nice, and this was perfect for our family vacay! Can’t wait for next summer to come back here again!!

What an experience (Beryl)

From Minnesota and the 18hr drive (straight thru) Check in/easy. Upon walking in everything was clean and neat. Kids bedrooms were good except for we had to search for the tv remotes when we did find them they had no batteries in them. Linens and toiletries adequately stocked and kitchen had everything you needed except a manual can opener. Only bad thing about the house was my husband is 6’4” and the top of the fridge was terrible. outside the deck was huge and the wooden chairs were comfortable for relaxing when not at beach. The second day we were there we walked down to the beach and it was packed but surprisingly the ppl on the beach were very friendly about us setting up next to them. The water was actually a little to warm but what’d ya do. We reserved the house over 9 months before our trip and we knew we couldn’t get a refund one month before our trip and found out that hurricane Beryl was on its way. So on our way down we watched and found hurricane beryl was supposed to turn into a tropical depression and hit. Well after our our first full day on the beach the next day was confirmed a hurricane was coming and that day was cloudy and water was too choppy. We kept getting alerts on our phones and we’re didn’t know the procedures for the peninsula host Mark instead of communicating thru Vrbo he gave us his personal number to keep us updated. We rode it out. An experience for sure. We lost power and Mark refunded us our last 3 days. Mark is a great host.

Our original beach house was destroyed by Hurricane Ike when our daughter was just 2 years old. We spent Memorial weekend 2008 there, and as we were leaving she waved to it and said, 'Bye bye water house.' Thirteen days later the house was gone with most of the peninsula. Rebuilding was a labor of love and in spring of 2012 we spent our first weekend in the 'Water House' on the beach we love.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We love Crystal Beach, the atmosphere is relaxed, and there is usually not a ton of traffic. We have full access to the beach, campfires, fishing and shell searching. We love to park on the beach to easily transport coolers and such, while still having easy access to our house. I am always able to keep an eye on the rest of the family at the house, while playing on the beach. Our kiddos love to go to the water slides just down the street, they will spend hours running up and sliding down! Our children and family LOVE the Water House!
