Upplev det bästa av Breckenridge i en nyrenoverad 'guldminer viktoriansk'. Den pittoreska utsidan och modern inredning inredning gör detta hem unikt. Detta hem renoverades 2015. Det har helt nytt fundament, elektrisk, VVS, isolering, de flesta fönster (utom fem historiska), och panna med strålningsvärme på golvet. Alla ytor, möbler, sängar, disk och sängkläder är nya. Nytt och rent kök och bad. Hemmet är varmt och bekvämt.

Location Location Location. I hjärtat av staden på Ridge Street och gångbar till restauranger och shopping. Inom några kvarter finns en gourmetmat och fantastiska restauranger, kaféer och pubar. Breckenridge Arts District med gallerier och klasser finns också på Ridge Street.

Bara 600 meter till Peak Nine-hissen, eller ta gratisbussen som går ungefär var 20 minut direkt till hissarna. Inget behov av en bil.

Det stora vardagsrummet, matsalen och köket är en bra samlingsplats för ditt fest. Detta vackra utrymme har trägolv, en eldstad, LED-TV, eleganta möbler och ett gourmetkök. Det välvda taket och träbjälkarna är vackert upplysta med LED-belysning. Gourmetköket har läderplattor i granit och premiumapparater.

En lägre nivå familjerum ger en andra samlingsplats. Familjerummet har en stor LED-TV och våt bar. Ett komplett badrum är av familjerummet.

Sovrummen är utrustade med premiummadrasser och sängkläder. 9 sovplatser totalt:

I was the perfect location, walking distance to everything in town. The house was nicely renovated, beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

Beautiful Historic House

Great location. The house has all of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. With the grocery store and liquor store across the street we had everything for a great stay.

Amazing stay and wonderful host!

We had a wonderful weekend at this house! It is so cozy and comfortable and charming. A true getaway right in the heart of Breckenridge. Everything downtown is walkable and you are right across the street from a grocery. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more. The layout of the home is thoughtful in terms of being able to spread out and enjoy the space together and in your own rooms. It's a beautiful home and heated floors were a wonderful surprise! The host is very hospitable. We would stay here again and encourage anyone we know to stay here as well.

This well appointed home was spotless, beautiful, and very well appointed. It's location is extremely convenient to restaurants, shops, and ski access. The owner was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay!

Fabulous Location

This beautifully restored home was exactly what we were looking for in our Breckenridge stay. It is in pristine condition and the location couldn't be any better. Very easy walking distance to all the great restaurants, shops, etc. - 1 block off of Main Street without all the traffic of Main Street. Nice grocery/liquor store/deli right across the street. It was well stocked with kitchen supplies and even had portable crib and high chair for my 1 year old grandchild. Highly recommend!

Summer Getaway in Breck!

Mike is super easy to get ahold of and VERY responsive, and it’s apparent that him and his wife put a ton of thought and effort to make the home as accommodating as possible. Although historic, the restoration job on the home makes it feel like a new build and the location can simply not be beat. Looking forward to next summer to renting again! Thanks Mike for making our stay a joyous one!

Perfect family vacation

Beautiful home in a perfect location. A lot of thought went into the restoration of the historical home to make it functional and comfortable. The owners go out of their way to make sure everything you need for your stay is available in the home. 1 block to Main Street, grocery market across the street, too many activities to do in one week - we will be back next year!

Fantastic Place

Top 2 properties we have ever stayed at and we stay at a couple per year for the last 20 years. Super clean, beautiful house and pretty much the best location in Breckenridge. Great layout that makes the house feel much, much bigger than it is. Right across the street from a market and one street away from Main Street. Views of the mountains from the front porch and only a 1 minute or less walk to downtown. Really can’t beat anything about this house. And Mike the host is just as great as the house itself. I almost hate to post this review so nobody else finds it.

Great house!

My family stayed over spring break and the house was actually better than the pictures. House was very well stocked with anything you might need and great kitchen and anything you would need to make a nice meal. Great location just 1 block off main st. And right across from nice little market and liquor store very handy! Highly recommend.

Our FAVORITE stay so far

My wife, son and our two friends always go to Breck for a Christmas getaway. This year we stumbled on this historic house and we were blown away by not only the location but the thoughtfulness. They had a gate for the stairs to keep our little guy safe and pretty much anything else we needed for our trip. This will be our preferred place moving forward!

Property was as listed. Beautiful house with all amenities and space for 3 couples. Really enjoyed sitting on the front porch having coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. Grocery and liquor store directly across the street and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Hiking trails within walking distance as well.

Historic Breck Oasis

Beautifully restored and wonderfully appointed modern home in downtown Breckenridge. Shops and restaurants can be reached via a 5-minute walk, yet the house offers a private and secluded feel. Truly no need for a vehicle. The host/owner is incredibly accommodating and gracious. I recommend staying at the Historic Breck home without reservation.

Fantastically cared for home

I’ve stayed in, own, and manage a number of rental properties and this place is one of the best cared for, well stocked rentals I’ve experienced. They took care of the little details when upgrading the home and it makes a difference. High quality finishes vs the cheap stuff you often find. Location is fantastic. Also had a chance to meet the owner who was very nice and while we didn’t need anything he certainly made himself available. Highly recommend this great property.

June Stay in Breckenridge

We had a wonderful time in Breckenridge!! The home was perfect! We had two adults, a 19 year old, and a 15 year old. It was plenty of room for us to spread out and a nice space to gather. Location could not have been better! Walking distance to restaurants and plenty of shopping. Home is cozy, well decorated, and the kitchen is well stocked. Our host Mike was very accommodating and went out of his way for us. Not to mention he is very friendly and we really enjoyed visiting with him! Thank you Mike! We would definitely stay here again!

What can I say everywhere you look is endless beauty, not only was the home beautiful the host so helpful if needed. I highly recommend this place for a stay in breck everything you need is within walking distance.

Great house and location!

House was perfect for our stay. Lots of space for our family of five (including 3 teenagers). We loved the location: close to restaurants, shopping and skiing. House was quiet and well equipped—and owner was great. Everything was clean. No complaints! We would stay here again.

We believe Breckenridge is the perfect mountain town. There is so much more to do in Breckenridge; skiing, dining, shopping, arts and entertainment. We live in Evergreen, Colorado. I am an Architectural Engineer specializing in historic preservation and my wife is an educator.

The historic home is a true Breckenridge gold-miner Victorian. We carefully restored the home working with the Architect, the builder, and the Town of Breckenridge. Beautiful details abound throughout the home. The mountain modern decor and all new interior are a favorite with guests.

Experience Breckenridge's history in a luxuriously restored home. The house has an all new interior including kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living room and family room. The electrical, in-floor radiant heating, and plumbing are all new. The furniture, appliances, and linens are all new.

The location cannot be beat; one block to Main Street, one block to the Arts District, a gourmet grocery store on the same block. Our guests love the convenience and walkability.
