Upplev det bästa av Breckenridge i en nyrenoverad 'guldminer viktoriansk'. Den pittoreska utsidan och modern inredning inredning gör detta hem unikt. Detta hem renoverades 2015. Det har helt nytt fundament, elektrisk, VVS, isolering, de flesta fönster (utom fem historiska), och panna med strålningsvärme på golvet. Alla ytor, möbler, sängar, disk och sängkläder är nya. Nytt och rent kök och bad. Hemmet är varmt och bekvämt.

Location Location Location. I hjärtat av staden på Ridge Street och gångbar till restauranger och shopping. Inom några kvarter finns en gourmetmat och fantastiska restauranger, kaféer och pubar. Breckenridge Arts District med gallerier och klasser finns också på Ridge Street.

Bara 600 meter till Peak Nine-hissen, eller ta gratisbussen som går ungefär var 20 minut direkt till hissarna. Inget behov av en bil.

Det stora vardagsrummet, matsalen och köket är en bra samlingsplats för ditt fest. Detta vackra utrymme har trägolv, en eldstad, LED-TV, eleganta möbler och ett gourmetkök. Det välvda taket och träbjälkarna är vackert upplysta med LED-belysning. Gourmetköket har läderplattor i granit och premiumapparater.

En lägre nivå familjerum ger en andra samlingsplats. Familjerummet har en stor LED-TV och våt bar. Ett komplett badrum är av familjerummet.

Sovrummen är utrustade med premiummadrasser och sängkläder. 9 sovplatser totalt:

Beautiful Historic House

Great location. The house has all of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. With the grocery store and liquor store across the street we had everything for a great stay.

historic gem in Breck

This well appointed home was spotless, beautiful, and very well appointed. It's location is extremely convenient to restaurants, shops, and ski access. The owner was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay!

Perfect family vacation

Beautiful home in a perfect location. A lot of thought went into the restoration of the historical home to make it functional and comfortable. The owners go out of their way to make sure everything you need for your stay is available in the home. 1 block to Main Street, grocery market across the street, too many activities to do in one week - we will be back next year!

Summer Getaway in Breck!

Mike is super easy to get ahold of and VERY responsive, and it’s apparent that him and his wife put a ton of thought and effort to make the home as accommodating as possible. Although historic, the restoration job on the home makes it feel like a new build and the location can simply not be beat. Looking forward to next summer to renting again! Thanks Mike for making our stay a joyous one!

Great house!

My family stayed over spring break and the house was actually better than the pictures. House was very well stocked with anything you might need and great kitchen and anything you would need to make a nice meal. Great location just 1 block off main st. And right across from nice little market and liquor store very handy! Highly recommend.

Great house and location!

House was perfect for our stay. Lots of space for our family of five (including 3 teenagers). We loved the location: close to restaurants, shopping and skiing. House was quiet and well equipped—and owner was great. Everything was clean. No complaints! We would stay here again.

Our FAVORITE stay so far

My wife, son and our two friends always go to Breck for a Christmas getaway. This year we stumbled on this historic house and we were blown away by not only the location but the thoughtfulness. They had a gate for the stairs to keep our little guy safe and pretty much anything else we needed for our trip. This will be our preferred place moving forward!

Historic Breck Oasis

Beautifully restored and wonderfully appointed modern home in downtown Breckenridge. Shops and restaurants can be reached via a 5-minute walk, yet the house offers a private and secluded feel. Truly no need for a vehicle. The host/owner is incredibly accommodating and gracious. I recommend staying at the Historic Breck home without reservation.

Awesome!

This house is awesome. Perfect location and the owners did a great job on the renovation. Very clean and new on the inside but didn't lose the historical charm on the outside. Mike the owner was also great to deal with, very nice and helpful. Highly recommend staying here and I hope to again as well.

Fantastic Place

Top 2 properties we have ever stayed at and we stay at a couple per year for the last 20 years. Super clean, beautiful house and pretty much the best location in Breckenridge. Great layout that makes the house feel much, much bigger than it is. Right across the street from a market and one street away from Main Street. Views of the mountains from the front porch and only a 1 minute or less walk to downtown. Really can’t beat anything about this house. And Mike the host is just as great as the house itself. I almost hate to post this review so nobody else finds it.

Property was as listed. Beautiful house with all amenities and space for 3 couples. Really enjoyed sitting on the front porch having coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. Grocery and liquor store directly across the street and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Hiking trails within walking distance as well.

Fantastically cared for home

I’ve stayed in, own, and manage a number of rental properties and this place is one of the best cared for, well stocked rentals I’ve experienced. They took care of the little details when upgrading the home and it makes a difference. High quality finishes vs the cheap stuff you often find. Location is fantastic. Also had a chance to meet the owner who was very nice and while we didn’t need anything he certainly made himself available. Highly recommend this great property.

June Stay in Breckenridge

We had a wonderful time in Breckenridge!! The home was perfect! We had two adults, a 19 year old, and a 15 year old. It was plenty of room for us to spread out and a nice space to gather. Location could not have been better! Walking distance to restaurants and plenty of shopping. Home is cozy, well decorated, and the kitchen is well stocked. Our host Mike was very accommodating and went out of his way for us. Not to mention he is very friendly and we really enjoyed visiting with him! Thank you Mike! We would definitely stay here again!

Quaint...a few limitations

The house is quaint, ideally located, simply decorated and comfortable in general. However, the house faces a supermarket and post office and their busy parking lot which means that you ear quite a lot of traffic passing by. Also realize that most of the sleeping amenities are below ground which can feel a little claustrophobic for some and there are no views…not to mention that the necessary use of stairs can seem a bit exhausting sometimes at this altitude after a long day skiing... Things that could be improved: • The sofas in the living room and the mattresses are worn out and could use an update • The lighting fixtures from the ceiling provide a somewhat drab vibe: better floor lamps around the sofa/ fireplace would provide warmer and more useful light for reading and ambiance. • The water in the showers comes more as a strong drip than a regular flow…not sure if that ‘s due to those stupid EPA regulators that had to be installed in every new shower in America in past years- but the fact is that it’s not great when you dream of a good warm big flow on your tired body at the end of the day and you have to stay longer so probably end up consuming the same amount of water anyway… Except for these limitations, great character and a fine house for the Breckenridge experience.

Amazing stay and wonderful host!

We had a wonderful weekend at this house! It is so cozy and comfortable and charming. A true getaway right in the heart of Breckenridge. Everything downtown is walkable and you are right across the street from a grocery. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more. The layout of the home is thoughtful in terms of being able to spread out and enjoy the space together and in your own rooms. It's a beautiful home and heated floors were a wonderful surprise! The host is very hospitable. We would stay here again and encourage anyone we know to stay here as well.

The location cannot be beat; one block to Main Street, one block to the Arts District, a gourmet grocery store on the same block. Our guests love the convenience and walkability.
