Amazing Views and Great Location!!

Wonderful Villa...We had everything we needed for 8 nights. Owner and Property Manager Alex, were terrific! Would highly recommend and come back again. Loved that we could walk to some incredible French restaurants and beach bars.

Perfection in Paradise

We had a magical holiday at Princess Anouk. The property was beautiful, tidy, and ideally located. Just steps away from everything you’d want. When returning to St.Martin I wouldn’t stay anywhere else because this rental property is perfection.

Wonderful stay

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Princess Anouk! The property looks exactly as pictured and the location cannot be beat. Easy access to restaurants, beach bars and shopping. We definitely hope to return!

Location, location, location!!

This unit is the best on Orient Beach! The view from the balcony cannot be bought! Priceless!! The check in was very easy. The owners were accommodating and easy to reach. The unit was well stocked with all we could possibly want. It waa clean and just beautiful!

Great getaway spot

Visited with my 2 daughters, 11 and 16 years old. Wonderful beachfront location, near multiple beach day accommodations, neighbors to Coco Beach where we had a great open-air lunch (note: Coco Beach had a raging dance party one evening, which was loud, but it is one night per week only and ended at 10pm sharp). Nice, shared pool to change pace from the beach. House was generously sized, well decorated and appointed. Hope to return.

Great Condo, Great Location

Amazing property in paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed this amazing property. The accommodations and check-in could not have been easier, Gilles and Daphne are excellent hosts. The location was perfect & grocery store and breakfast pastry breakfast spot was just a short walk away. Clean beaches, pristine water, very nice pool. Spacious balcony. It just had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Simply wonderful!

We stayed here for a week and we had a wonderful stay. The property manager was friendly and easy to communicate with. The rental is located on one of the island's most beautiful beaches. Everything from restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets are nearby. It's well-equipped, very clean, beds and bedding were comfy. It looks exactly like the pictures. The view of the beach was phenomenal, I would definitely stay again!

Fantastic ocean view

Very clean and modern caribbean house including all amenities, three large bedrooms and bathrooms. Quiet and private. We enjoyed the terrasse and the pool. Good choice.

We had an absolute amazing time at Princess Anouk. What a beautiful condo with a spectacular view of the Ocean! Daphnee and Gilles was incredible hosts that made us feel very welcomed. Their communication with us and recommendations definitely added to the experience. The location was amazing for the entire family. Thank you for a great holiday!

Spectacular

Greg got us all settled in and answered any questions that we had about the island. This was our 9th trip to the Caribbean and 8th island, I am all ready planning our trip back. The accommodations could not have been more perfect. We have found our home away from home at Princess Anouk and look forward to going back in February 2017.

Family Vacation

This VRBO listing is exactly as the pictures listed, and in the perfect location! Beachfront property with restaurants all in walking distance. Communication with owner about minor details was always responsive. The only suggestion/recommendation I would give is maybe supplying some wall hooks in the one bathroom for towels and possibly some by front door to hang beach bags/purses, etc. Other than that it was perfect!!!

Beautiful View of Orient Bay

This apartment is front line with nothing between it and the beach. My wife and I stayed at this property for one week and were joined by one adult and a 4 year old family members for the last 2 days of the stay. The property was spacious with a large front deck and large living room and kitchen. The view of Orient Bay from the kitchen was spectacular. The kitchen was well equipted, we ate all our meals in the apartment. The bedrooms were also large and confortable.

Great beach location

We stayed in the apartment for about 2 weeks. Good location and the beach is easily accessible from the unit. Anouk was very clean and everything worked properly. Very spacious and very comfortable. It has a wonderful view of the beach and bay. The location makes it easy to get to Orient Village with its numerous restaurants/bars and grocery store. The apartment has a washer/dryer for added convenience. We were not able to use the pool due to the damage from IRMA. The repairs were completed the day we left and it looks really nice. We will stay here again.

A wonderful stay at Orient Bay

This was our second trip in two years to the Caribbean Princess condo. The Princess Anouk has an amazing location on the second floor of the building overlooking the sea with a wonderful balcony. You are close to several great restaurants and other amenities such as a grocery store in Orient Bay village. You are a short drive from other great restaurants in Grand Case and the Super U supermarket where you can get everything you need. There are water sports right on the Orient Bay beach and in nearby Anse Marcel. There are a number of great beach clubs just steps from the condo. The unit is well furnished and very comfortable. There is a pool conveniently located downstairs which is especially nice for families with younger children. Finally, I can't say enough good things about our hosts Gilles and his son Alex who checked us in and gave us a comprehensive orientation to the apartment. Alex also answered our question about watersports. We hope to be back next year

I have stayed at this property a few times and thought I knew what to expect. What I didn't expect was a broken AC unit, unsecured security gates, walkway lights out, approached for additional housekeeping when housekeeping is included (1 per week). Also, water outage with no advance notice to be able to plan for and the "Oh well response".

Great place, great location, would love to return!

Second floor condo, fully air-conditioned, spacious and clean, nice two bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a loft with two single beds but open. Nice pool area. The best was the balcony overlooking the ocean with dining table and sitting area, spent lots of time on balcony, fabulous! Spacious living room and comfortable, fully equipped kitchen but needs a little refreshing. Loved the area, close to great restaurants in the little village and close to Grand Case with lots of great restaurants. Wonderful beach with lots of restaurants and chairs. Close to grocery stores. Would rent this condo again. The only negative part is not enough towels. We had to spend 4 days with same towels. One beach towel, one bath towel and one hand towel per person. They have washing machine but no dryer. Cleaning lady came Wednesday and Saturday, washed towels and hung on patio to dry. Also you have beach chairs only for two days with Managers card, if you eat and drink the beach chairs are free or you must pay per chair, which can get expensive if you are six. All in all we had a great two weeks! The owners are very friendly as well as the manager.

Beautiful condo

We were greeted by Greg in front of the condo. He was very gracious. The condo was beautiful and has everything you need for your stay. It was quiet when we were there. The condo unit is on the end and the pool is right outside your door which made it easy to carry drinks down. The beach is beautiful... though there was a lot of seaweed washing up. When we arrived on Sept 1, 2017 we were aware that hurricane Irma was out to sea. We had 4 great days before things changed. Greg told us he would keep us informed on her location but expected her to go north of St. Maarten . We also tracked her on our laptop. Early Monday morning we realized she was heading straight for Orient Bay and we desperately tried to get a flight off the island with no luck. Greg brought us supplies (batteries, flashlights, candles and a weather radio) to ride out the storm in the condo. Shortly after bringing us supplies Greg decided to evacuate us from Orient Bay to the west side of the island. We are so grateful that Greg did evacuate us since Orient Bay took a direct hit from a category 5 hurricane. The condo did have minor damage compared to other condo's and beach bars in Orient Bay so it should be ready for renting soon. Though a lot of businesses and beach bars were completely wiped away. I hope that St. Maarten can rebuild quickly and get back to being the beautiful island it once was. Gilles and Greg were great to deal with before during and after our trip. I want to thank Greg for getting us to a safe place before Irma hit Wednesday morning.

We are a family of 5. We live near Paris in France and work in the events business. We definitely love Saint-Martin French side and especially the Orient Bay area.
We spend our summer time in Saint-Martin either in our Princess Anouk beachfront appartement or in our Villa Côté Sud which overlooks Orient Bay and its surrounding islands. We are happy to spend time in both accomodations in order to continously improve our 2 properties and make our returning guests even happier by the year.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We have first bought another property located in Park View residence nearby with an amazing 180° view and a great privacy.
And we are happy to have bought this other property to be closest to the beach and to avoid taking our car to drive our teenager back and forth to Orient Bay beach in the daytime or in the night time.

No need of a car during your Saint-Martin vacation.
The Orient Bay beach and its main beach restaurants are only 100 feet away from the Carribean Princess condos.
The ocean view is stunning and there are no buildings between the Suite and the Beach.
The natural ocean breeze makes your stay in the apartment even more relaxing, even from May to November when it is very warm. At the same time, the breeze naturally repels surrounding mosquitoes. Very few beachfront accomodations in Orient Bay beach area have this key benefit.
