Buenas vacaciones

El adosado estĂĄ bien, un poco lejos de la playa para ir caminando pero si te acercas en coche encuentras sitio cerca sin problemas. Lo mejor es la piscina y el jardĂ­n, muy bien cuidados y muy frescos. La propietaria muy amable y comprensiva.

Merveilleux séjour!

TrÚs belle location à quelques minutes des plages en voiture. La copropriété est magnifique, la piscine exceptionnelle et la maison trÚs agréable et fonctionnelle. Nous la conseillons à tous!

Home from home in Spain

The villa is located in a quiet residential area with a beautifully manicured shared garden area with swimming pool, which we had to ourselves during the middle of the week. Betty met us on arrival late in the evening and was very welcoming. The villa had everything we needed which included our home tv channels bbc1, bbc2, itv, channel 4 n channel 5. The only downside is that the bathrooms are on the small side but this wouldn’t put us off booking again. There is a large supermarket a couple of streets away, probably equivalent to a Tesco/Asda. It took us about 20 mins to walk down to the sea front where there are loads of bars n restaurants, we recommend the local Indian: Taste if India, Cambrils and Roadhouse in Salou. We walked into Salou a few times which takes probably a further 30-40 minutes depending on how fast you walk but if this is not for you, you can buy a T10 ticket in the local Plana Office which costs around 14€ for 10 journeys. We went up to Portaventura Theme Park one of the evenings, you can buy a ticket for 23€ for 7pm entry, Enjoyed all the rides n the parade n fireworks display at closing was excellent!! Overall we had a lovely stay in Salou and at this property.

Holiday in the sun

Great villa. Needs a bit of TLC. Need to provide a wee bit more info about the area. I.e. local bus timetables and routes, theme park info, local restaurants etc. Realise that there is no Wi-Fi, it would have been nice to have. I know there is a pay-as-you-go setup, but not really suitable if you have 2 data hungry teenagers. Villa itself was excellent. Loads of room and very comfortable. Street numbers are a bit confusing as there are two number 37 in the same street. All in all we would rate it a 4*.

A nice clean well situated property ideal for a family holiday.

A good holiday house and location. The walk down to the coast takes about 20 minutes and is mostly downhill. There are bus options nearby that go to Cambrils bus station or Taragonna bus station. The Plans bus website is impossible to navigate. You can purchase a pass and pre load it with tickets at thee Plana bases along the coast road. They run frequently and are good value But you need to get off at Hotel Best Cambrils then walk back to the house. There is a nice cafe bar where you can pick up steak and chips for about 9 Euro. The barbecue is good and both local shops sell meat and charcoal. I. Would use this property again. Good washing machine. Couldn't get the oven to work so grilled what was required. The mattress in the 2nd room was a bit lumpy. We didn't have a key for the community gates which was a slight niggle. Lovely pool and we'll kept.

Ferienhaus im Winter

Mich hat diese Haus nicht ĂŒberzeugt. Mir hat am Abend das deutsche Fernsehprogramm gefehlt es gab nur spanisch und englisch. Die Polstermöbel waren sehr schmutzig und durchgesessen, die SchrankflĂ€chen wurden schon ewig nicht mehr gereinigt, innen war es nicht viel besser. Die großen Tassen hatten alle TeerĂ€nder, Besteck teilweise verrostet. Das Haus selber ist sehr hellhörig stĂ€ndig klappern bei Wind die Fenster und knallen TĂŒren welche außerhalb zuschlagen werden. Die Lage ist aber ganz ok ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Leider kann ich das Haus nicht weiterempfehlen.

Lovely casita in a quiet residential area

We were very much looking forward to relaxing after 3 hectic days sightseeing in Barcelona and we weren't disappointed. The house had everything we needed for our stay including comfy beds and great showers. The only thing missing from the house was a balcony from the bedroom, which some of the other houses had, but purely from the aspect of sitting enjoying the view of the pool. We had a small problem during our holiday but Betty was very helpful in sorting it out. The back garden is small and enclosed. It has enough room for a table and barbecue but every day we took the sun loungers out to our wee spot by the pool so we didn't feel we lacked space.The pool was fantastic and was exactly as the pictures showed. As this is a mainly Spanish complex everyone disappeared about 2pm and we had the pool to ourselves for a couple of hours. The complex, which had a mixture of Spanish, French and German holiday makers, with a mix of families and teenage groups, who were all very respectful of the communal areas and we didn't hear any noise from them at night. We were the only English speakers at the pool, however I am sure this is not always the case and was great to improve my Spanish listening skills. Just around the corner is a large supermarket, Mercadona, where we got all supplies we needed. There are also a few shops at the other side of the complex which include a bakery, vets, hairdressers and two restaurants. We ate in both restaurants and were happy with the food and service. The main resort is about a pleasant 20-30 minute stroll down to the beach area. There is a great choice of restaurants and I would recommend the Taste of India and Juniors for great meals. There are also crazy golf, an amusement arcade and several bike hire places that we looked at but didn't hire anything. Bike hire is very popular because of the great cycle routes all round Vilafortuny and Cambrils and along the promenade from Cambrils to Salou. Public transport is excellent but unfortunately it is not available on Google Maps and the website Empresa Plana is a nightmare to navigate. There are several bus stops which take you to all main towns. The frequency depends where you are going but the bus stop on the dual carriage way, 5 minutes walk, is the most frequent. Buy a multi person T10 ticket from an Empresa Plana shop for the cheapest travel to use on all transport in the Tarragona area. Overall this was an excellent holiday and I would recommend this accommodation and area.

Hi place was nice ,,,tho could be doing with a new sofa,,its all yellow..placw was pretty clen tho i lost of dust on headboards and in corners ect...one other point ,you said it had wifi,,but in you advert nothing about pay as you go wifi,,,you need to change this...Other than that we enjoyed it and the kids loved the pool and it was great a big supermarket right round the corner,,,Ben and his wife were great

Wanted a place in Spain in a quiet area but with easy access to airport, theme park and large resort. Vilafortuny, Cambrils is just perfect.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Local airport, fantastic theme park, beautiful mountains within 30 minutes, Ebro river fishing within 40 minutes, beach about 1km walk, local excellent supermarket, local bar, cafe and deli.
