Beachfront Getaway är ett vackert hus vid stranden som ligger på Galveston west end på Jamaica Beach. Om du gillar att titta på pelikanutkast utanför vinden är det här huset perfekt för dig. Hökarna gör sina rundor på morgonjakten och senare verkar pelikanerna sväva runt det här huset!

Detta hem har en inhägnad trädgård för dina husdjur, och ligger bara en kort promenad runt sanddynerna och du är på stranden. Om du gillar att fiska, ligger detta hem precis intill Galveston Island State Park, där det är lagligt att fiska utan fiskekort.

Getaway Beachfront har ett stort främre däck med utsikt över stranden och Mexikanska golfen. Den inkluderar en nedre våning privat dusch byggd för två, vilket gör det enkelt att rengöra efter en dag tillbringad avkoppling på stranden.

De främre rummen och köket har välvda tak och en öppen planlösning. Det finns många stora fönster som vetter mot stranden som visar våra spektakulära vyer, samtidigt som det är enkelt att sitta och koppla av i ditt hem när du tittar på dina barn eller vänner leka på stranden.

Awesome place

We loved it!! Perfect for 4 adults and 2 children. Simple check in and out, Harold let us know what to do and no problems. Location is great. Beach front and view were awesome. It was the first time that our great niece and nephew from Utah had been to the beach and they loved it! Would definitely stay again!!

Perfect Beachfront Getaway

The property is on the beach with very easy walking access. The house is clean and well stocked. Very friendly for families with pets and comfortable living area. The balcony and outside decks are excellent for relaxing and enjoying the gulf sea breeze and for watching the seagulls and pelicans flight patterns. We will return!

The house was clean,and we'll appointed. No washer dryer, that was a bit tough. View made up for all

Harold was very accommodating. The house was clean, and had all we needed, plus the view. A baby was with us,so a washer, dryer would have been nice. The fenced back yard was great for the dogs. We all had a great time and will be back!!

Perfect Location

The house is cute and met our needs well. The location is wonderful - especially being next to the state park. There were definitely more birds around and being able to drive down on the beach to access a beach where you can’t drive is the best of both worlds. The house is simple and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of seating. We liked being closer to everything Galveston has to offer and not having to drive as far down. Communication and check in were super easy and we had no problems at all. Would definitely rent again.

Birthday weekend

We enjoyed our long weekend. Super convenient location to the beach. House was well stocked with supplies and linens. Outside area was nice to sit outside with pups in fenced yard. House could have been a little cleaner, front door needs to be replaced/repaired. The floor at front door is rotten. Could use a little TLC.

Great Spot

Wonderful experience. Clean house, on the beach with easy access. Very responsive owner. Local amenities with a small town feel, but only 10 minutes from Galveston if larger supply runs are needed. Pet friendly, even with my giant dog. Great stay, will repeat!

Great Location!

Had a wonderful stay - very convenient location and everything you need for a short stay. Really nice to have enough seating for everyone. So many VRBOs sleep 6, but only have seating for 4. This home had plenty of room for our family 5 including our dog! Hope to be back soon.

Great Location

We had a very nice Spring Break trip. Great location, right by the water and next to the State Park. We enjoyed walking at the State Park. House was clean. Pictures were a good representation of the house. Great deck and view of the water. We were happy to be able to bring our dogs. The set up being so close to the water and the fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs. Thanks!

Jamaica Beach getaway

House was very clean and pictures generally represent the property. We were a little disappointed the video game wasn't working and there was no hammock downstairs. Great view - we spent a lot of time on the deck. Kitchen had what we needed. Beds were comfortable. We had never been to Jamaica Beach, so we were surprised that the beach allows cars - and there were many - but the pictures in the listing do reflect that.

Family vacation

We had a good stay at the property. It was the only one we could find that would allow my daughters dog as she is over 50 pounds. It was a family vacation and it was difficult finding a property to fit all our needs. The house was beach front and had a nice grass fenced yard . The dog and all of us enjoyed hanging out underneath the house in the afternoon while taking a break from the sun. The house was an open floor plan and was able to accommodate us all without feeling too crowded. The house was clean in the areas that are most important but could use a deep clean. There was a lot of dust on the ceiling fans and baseboards. The grout in the hall bath (between the tub and shower walls. probably needs to be replaced. It was discolored unsure what it was. There was plenty of linens and towels and they were clean and fresh.kitchen was clean and adequately stocked. The refrigerator does not dispense ice so you might want to bring a bag with you. We used the boogie boards and sand toys which was a nice touch . The downstairs outside shower had only one shower head working but it did the job. Also the hose was great to rinse off feet and toys. The location to the beach access was great. Only a short walk which is nice for young children. It is also right next to the state park. This area allows driving on the beach so we walked over past the pilings to the state park where no vehicles are allowed. I would not normally book in an area that allows vehicles on the beach but as it was the only house that would allow the dog I made the sacrifice. The state park being next door did not make it an issue. The owner has very easy check in and out which I really appreciate. If you have large dogs and do not mind cars on the beach then this is a good house to stay at. It is front row and has quick access to the beach.

Beautiful beach view.

House looks out over the beach. Great kitchen, comfortable rooms. Lots of beach equipment downstairs. We loved bringing our dog, fenced-in yard perfect. We had a wonderful time in this house.

Jamaica Beach is well known as the best family friendly beach on the island. We are a city within a city and that means faster fire, rescue and police service.

Our house is off a private road, near the state park. Plus we are right on the beach, literally. You can't beat this house, the location and the incredible views from outside and inside the house!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This house is actual beachfront. With large front windows, you can watch your kids play on the beach from the inside of the house. The house is always super clean and we update the bedding regularly.

Our house is pet friendly and has a large fenced in yard that even big dogs can enjoy. You will be glad to know, we have a strict 'no pet on bed' policy.
