Semi-fristående villa mot söder med fantastisk privat havsutsikt, på två nivåer, på 120m2. På bottenvåningen finns ett stort vardagsrum med matsal, samt ett separat och utrustat kök som vetter mot en stor terrass på cirka 50m2 solig havsutsikt och omgiven av olivträd. Ett badrum och 1 separat toalett slutför denna nivå. En trätrappa leder till de 3 luftkonditionerade sovrummen och ett andra badrum med wc. De 3 sovrummen har en dubbelsäng (160 x 200 i ett sovrum och 140 med 190 i det andra 2). En extern trappa ger tillgång till den 10 m långa med 5 m breda poolen, runt vilken är en stor 100m2 strand, alltid med en exceptionell utsikt över havet. Två privata parkeringsplatser finns på fastigheten. Många träd gränsar till poolen och huset. Du kommer att ha bord, stolar och solstolar utomhus för de två terrasserna. Privat pool för exklusivt bruk 10m * 5m, terrasser och grill.

Pierre was a great host, while the home is a bit dated and could use some modernizing, Pierre makes up for it with his communications and assistance at all times during the stay. Staying here is recommended.

Beautiful location. Conveniently located between Nice and Monaco. Private pool is a luxury.

This Villa was a pleasure to stay in! The size of the house was perfect for a large family, and the private pool made returning to the house after a long day lovely. The location of the house was perfect due to the fact that it was secluded from the city yet in close proximity to many desired sights and activities. The view from the house was absolutely breathtaking as well! The very kind, helpful and accommodating host made our time in Eze even nicer! My family and I highly recommend this house!

A week in the Côte d’Azur

Stayed at Pierre’s house for a week with 3 friends during the rugby World Cup. The house is lovely and spacious. Really handy having bathrooms upstairs and down. The views from all the levels down to the sea are just beautiful and the pool was a delight. Plus all those steps were great for my fitness app and im sure helped counteract the cheese and wine! As a host Pierrre could not have been more accommodating, giving advice on buses and the best beaches and even running us to the station when we were in a rush to get to the rugby stadium. Would come back again without a shadow of a doubt - we all had a great time.

Wonderful holiday!

We had a wonderful holiday in Pierre's house! We have seen many swimming pools in previous holidays, but this was really the nicest, largest and cleanest swimming pool we have ever encountered. It might be useful for next guests to know that an apartment is situated 'under' the swimming pool and that if this is rented out, those guests have to pass the swimming pool when entering and leaving the property. From the terrace downstairs and the bedrooms upstairs there is a beautiful view over the Mediterranean Sea. Furthermore, the location of the house is fantastic! Within 10 minutes we were in the heart of Monaco, Nice can be reached within 30 minutes. All together we had a wonderful holiday. Thank you very much Pierre for allowing us to stay here for 2 weeks!

Très bel emplacement ! La maison est grande mais a besoin d'un rafraîchissement. L'extérieur semble s'affaisser côté sud. La terrasse se coupe en deux en son milieu et les murs sont lézardés.

Vi er netop hjemvendt efter en dejlig ferie i Pierres hus. Pierre er en utrolig venlig og imødekommende mand og strækker sig langt for at hjælpe. Han tilbød blandt andet at tage os med til et godt spot hvor vi kunne se fyrværkeriet på Frankrigs nationaldag.Det bedste ved huset var helt sikkert poolen som var både stor og ren og indbydende. Der tilbragte vi mange timer sammen med vores to børn.På negativ-siden er husets stand lidt trist, og der var en del mangler: to vaske på badeværelset, men ingen vand i den ene, et badekar der ikke kunne benyttes, da der manglede en bundprop, manglende vand i udendørsbruseren ved poolen, køleskabet stod i stuen og ikke i køkkenet, ingen wifi på husets øverste etage eller ved poolområdet, stole ved poolen, men ingen solsenge. Vi vænnede os dog til det, og kunne godt leve med det. Huset ligger lidt isoleret og i meget kuperet terræn, så det er vigtigt at have bil til rådighed.

Insta vs Realität

Der Aufenthalt war eine wahre Enttäuschung. Die Bilder im Inserat haben rein gar nichts mit der Realität zu tun. Das Haus ist in den 80 er das letzte Mal renoviert worden und es ist vollgestellt mit allerlei übrig geblieben Dingen. Das Poolhaus ist voller kaputter Elektrogeräte und Möbeln und hat außen Die Toilette im EG läuft aus. An verschiedenen Stellen gibt es Schimmel, die Terrasse stürzt fast ab. Viele Möbel sind defekt. Die Gegend ist wundervoll, das Haus eine Katastrophe! Nie wieder.

Der Besitzer ist außerordentlich nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist über eine Serpentinenstraße zu erreichen und verfügt über zugehörigen Parkplatz. Terrasse und Poolbereich mit tollem Ausblick zum Meer. Die Wohnung ist groß und zweckmäßig suf 2 Ebenen.ausgestattet.großzügig über 2 Etagen

Ein toller Urlaub

Der Besitzer ist super nett, stets hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hauses ist toll, aber etwas abgeschieden. Jedoch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, um z.B. nach Monaco oder Nizza zu gelangen. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Auch der Strand, klein aber fein, ist nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Quel beau séjour.

Nous nous souviendrons longtemps de notre agréable séjour à la résidence de M. Bottin. Bel accueil de notre hôte et toujours à l'écoute de nos besoins. Idéalement située entre Monaco et Nice, facilement accessible par la A8 ou les petites routes pittoresques, la maison se situe dans un secteur calme la nuit et offre une belle vue sur la mer accessible à pied en 20 minutes par un petit sentier qui demande quand même un petit effort au retour. Recommandé pour les petites familles ou groupe d'amis qui ne veulent pas liquider leur budget vacances uniquement pour le logement, les services indiqués dans la description sont présents et fonctionnels. Merci M.Bottin, nous avons apprécié les belles discussions avec vous.

Èze – das schönste Panorama an der Côte d’Azur

Die zwischen Nizza und Monaco gelegene Gemeinde Èze bietet alles, was man braucht. Einmal das Küstenstädtchen mit Strand, Wassersport, Cafés, Restaurants und Bahnhof und zum anderen hoch oben auf den Klippen Èze Village mit seinen engen, verträumten Gassen, der mittelalterlichen Burgruine, den Torbögen, antiken Brunnen und den liebevoll restaurierten Steinhäusern. Gerne wieder!

Traumhaft und absolut empfehlenswert

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Der Pool ist großartig (Größe, Sauberkeit, Temperatur), der Blick aufs Meer von den Terrassen oder dem Balkon ebenfalls. Pierre ist ein sympathischer und entspannter Gastgeber, der sich sehr gut gekümmert hat. Das Haus ist - wie auf den Bildern sichtbar - nicht mehr modern. Die letzten Bilder gehören nicht zum Haus, sondern zu einem separaten Bau unter dem Pool. Man benutzt die Treppe gemeinsam, was uns irritiert hat, aber natürlich okay ist. Der Pool ist also zur Alleinnutzung, aber die Nachbarn gehen ggfs daran vorbei. Die Lage im Gebiet Eze war für uns super. Wir haben viele Ausflüge (auch mit dem Bus) gemacht, die vielen Wassersport Möglichkeiten genutzt, usw Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur mit dem Auto erreichbar, das erfordert etwas Planung. Fazit: wir hatten einen großartigen Urlaub in einer der schönsten Gegenden der Welt :)

Villa with superb location and view

We had a very pleasant stay at this villa, 4 adults + 2 teenagers. Perfectly situated house, beautiful view and friendly host! The villa has 3 bedrooms but as our teenagers didn’t want to share one, Pierre kindly arranged one extra bed in the living room (sofa bed) so everybody were happy! And as we arrived very late and the grocery was closed, Pierre brought us some food so that we could have dinner! We had a rental car so it was easy to get around. A wonderful vacation, thank you!

Wonderful 2 weeks at a lovely villa

Lovely villa situated between the lower and middle corniche, Monaco side of Eze. Pierre was there to welcome us when we arrived and was most helpful. Some of the light bulbs needed replacing and the sink in the kitchen didn’t hold water and a couple of other little things but these things seemed to add to the character of the villa rather than be an annoyance, it was all part of the charm of the property. If we had mentioned it to Pierre I know he would have sorted it out for us straight away. Some of the pictures and the description show an independent small villa which was not part of the main villa and was not therefore part of our booking which can be a little confusing. The main villa has 3 separate good sized bedrooms situated on the first floor along with one of the bathrooms. The other bathroom is situated downstairs adjacent to the kitchen / lounge. The outside space has plenty of seating for dining and relaxing. The pool which is up a few stairs from the outside seating area is wonderful. It is a really good size and heated and we spent many hours in it. There are plenty of sun beds around the pool with plenty of towels for use there. There are also plenty of towels inside the villa. Pierre brought us fresh bed linen half way through our 2 week stay. Pierre is a great source of knowledge about the area and is always willing to help out with suggestions. Overall we had a fantastic time staying in this villa and will certainly be going back there again in the future. Thank you Pierre for our wonderful holiday

Fantastic!

We loved staying at Pierre’s property. The house had many different outside seating opportunities. The pool was deep & a great size. We loved the situation - away from the crowds - but within 5-10 minutes of amenities. The view was stunning at all times of the day. Pierre was a great communicator & answered our questions quickly & offered a super service during our stay.
