This is a wonderful 2/1 vacation rental only 5 min drive or 2.5 miles from the beach. You will find a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom and also a full washer and dryer. We are located in a very quiet and safe community. The property is only 3 houses down from a dead end street which means virtually zero traffic. You will enjoy the comfortable beds and couch and will be able to relax while enjoying your stay. Vero has many fine restaurants and a great downtown. I look forward to being your host and answering any questions you might have.

South Vero Beach

While the owner was very easy to reach & accommodating, the home lacked minimal ample supplies for 2 adults/2weeks. No grab bar or even a bath mat in shower. Shower head is loose!!! Hand Soap dispenser was less than 50% full in main bathroom & dispenser in the other bathroom was even less full 3 wash machine pods only for 2 weeks?? 1/2 box kleenex No clock anywhere, not even a small alarm clock in the bedroom. 3 bathroom hand towels? 2 washcloths? Where are the big beach towels, and those chairs outside are clearly not beach chairs, the picture on your vrbo sight depicts real beach chairs. Where were the instructions for the firepit? Other homes we have rented in the past leave a nice welcome binder with info regarding restaurants, grocery stores, hospitals etc. that was not available. The mattress is horrible on the bed. Totally sinks to the middle. We had to go out & buy a mattress topper to help with that sinking!! Try laying on it & you will understand! 1 dresser with 3 drawers for 2 bedrooms The step down from the kitchen to 1/2 bath should have a yellow (or whatever color)line of distinction. If you’re not expecting that drop, & we weren’t, you can easily trip & fall. Thank you for taking the time to read
