Lovely place

We spent a nice 5 days in Roquefort, enjoying the pool during the day and visiting the surrounding towns and coastal cities in the evening. The accommodation is as described.

Nice property and lovely pool . The area is very quiet and peaceful. Owners are close by if you need anything. They are also really nice people.

The best part of the package was the swimming pool. The Villa itself is in the owners back garden which was not stated at time of booking.Plaice was dirty cupboard cupboards were filthy and the oven we couldn’t use it because it was so dirty.There was no way to sit of an evening as they only had a kitchen table and kitchen chairs there was kitchen there was nowhere to relax.There was no satellite TV to watch or Netflix or any English speaking channel. The Wi-Fi was very poor. As we walked into the drive, the place was filled with rubbish. It looked like Steptoe’s junkyardThe host Gerard was very friendly.

Welcoming hosts, clean property. Not good wifi; need to improve that. Had some difficulty locating the property; part of the address is not listed on the main listing; it wasn’t until after I called the owner upon when he included the complete address did I understand. Being American I didn’t know what Impasse des Cùdres meant and didn’t know it was part of the address until the owner messaged me that component. Otherwise it was fine.

Do not be fooled by these pictures

The overall picture is wretched, the house is in the master's barn. You will live like in the cage. Everywhere is full of flies. The water purity in the pool is very poor, it is difficult to see the bottom clearly. If you want to have something on the grill, at first you must clean of dog's hair tufts, burned fats..... And finally, I have stayed here with daughter for three days and on the last day of departure we unintentionally threw up for a few minutes, the owner have demanded to leave breakfast table and we must to disappear as soon as possible.... Frightening.... This price does not match the quality offered in any way .

L’endroit est trĂšs agrĂ©able, la piscine magnifique, et notre intimitĂ© a Ă©tĂ© respectĂ©e malgrĂ© la proximitĂ© des hĂŽtes, tous deux sont chaleureux et nous ont accueillis avec grande bienveillance. Les enfants et moi avons vĂ©cu un sĂ©jour trĂšs plaisant. Les petits se baignaient jusqu’à 22 h sans dĂ©ranger le voisinage, ce qui a rendu l’expĂ©rience encore plus agrĂ©able. Les commentaires prĂ©cĂ©dents, trĂšs enthousiastes, reflĂštent parfaitement mon ressenti. Quant aux plus rĂ©servĂ©s, certains points critiques restent vraiment anecdotiques face Ă  l’ensemble de l’expĂ©rience. Nous avons profitĂ© pleinement de nos vacances :) Un grand merci pour tout !

Sweet villa in Roquefort les Pins

Great stay and fantastic comms with Gerard following our forced late arrival after Nice Airport was closed. Lovely, informative welcome from Catherine and delighted to meet their friendly dog. Huge pool, a bit cool (hardly surprising given the time of year) but I was determined to swim). Overall a fantastic stay and good value for money, Mark. Chers GĂ©rard / Catherine, mon Ă©pouse Roz et moi-mĂȘme avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs heureux de vous rencontrer. Merci un excellent sĂ©jour, avec les petites attentions amicales (comme les croissants !) les bienvenues. Nous reviendrons certainement parmi vous, probablement en juin 2026 ! Superbe et Calme

Notre séjour était génial. Les hÎtes sont trÚs sympathiques et disponibles tout en étant trÚs discrets, nous avions une totale intimité. La maison se trouve dans un endroit trÚs calme sur les hauteurs, pas loin des plages touristiques. La piscine était parfaite et la climatisation procurait une agréable fraicheur dans la maison.

La situation de la propriété permet de passer des vacances au calme. Accueil excellant

La situation de la propriété permet un accÚs rapide vers Cannes, Nice, Antibes et Grasse. Une proximité aussi pour les adeptes des randonnées sur le littorale ou en montagne. Les propriétaires sont disponibles pour rendre services en cas de problÚmes. Ayant une panne de mon véhicule leur aide a été précieuse.
