Excellent location. Walk to restaurants, parks, trails. Spent the week mountain biking and was amazing. Hit a ton of trails directly from the room. Place was clean and everything you need for 2-4 people

This was a fabulous place to stay in Park City! The condo was updated and spotless, and the location is perfect. Downtown Park City was at our doorstep, and the trail behind the condo was perfect for running and walking. Kurt was a responsive host and made sure everything was taken care of. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

We had a great time! The condo was perfect. Easy walk Main Street to dinner every night. Town lift was super convenient. Hope to stay here again on our next trip to PC.

Great unit amenities and location

Kids loved outdoor pool and hot tub. Unit is well appointed and lovely new bathrooms. Close to town. Loved nearby harvest cafe for breakfast. Great stay.

Park City Getaway

Great property, best location and great support from host. My wife and I were there for two weeks and had relatives for a few days and friends for a week. Plenty of room, highly functional kitchen and well set up.

Terrific condo, location and host(s)

We stayed 6 nights during spring skiing. The location cannot be beat (one block to PC lift and all that Main Street has to offer). The condo was terrific, and the host (and his son) stayed in contact with us to make sure we had what we needed. We loved the place and will most certainly return!

Perfect Park City Location

This condo is great. Clean and cozy. Ideal location for both skiers and non skiers - walk to lift, shops and restaurants. Owner and his son were highly communicative and responsive. Hope to stay again in the future!

Great Stay in Park City

Well appointed condo located in the heart of Park City. All rooms were were very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was great for preparing meals. Very convenient to town lift, shops, and restaurants. We rented a car but never needed it. Outdoor and indoor hot tubs were available to use and not crowded.

When perfect is perfect!

This condo is the perfect location in Park City. Unit was nice and clean, perfectly stocked kitchen (even though we ate out most nights) Kirk was great to work with and will definitely be back!

Great place, attentive host

Our family of five (3 young adult kids) just spent 4 days here skiing. Great communication from our host and his son, who is local. We had a couple questions, which were immediately answered by text, and needed one item, which was promptly dropped off. The unit is very clean and jn great shape. Very comfortable for our family. Short walk to the Town Lift and all the Main Street restaurants. Highly recommend.

Park City Gem!!!

Everything about this condo was flawless! Kurt and Kollin were wonderful hosts and thought of absolutely everything to make our stay perfect! We have been to Park City multiple times in the past and this was by far the best place to stay. The location is FABULOUS! Everything is walkable including access to the Town Lift which means you're skiing in minutes after you leave the condo. We loved this property so much that we booked it for next year on the day we checked out :)

Great location and host

Old building that has been thoroughly modernized. Great location - close to town lift and shops and dining. Very comfortable and clean. Bathrooms fully updated and quite nice. Kitchen appliances modern, cabinets and counters a little dated but that didn’t bother us. You may get some highway noise in king bedroom. Overall a great apartment in a great location with a pool and hot tub (actually an indoor and outdoor hot tub)

Phenomenal Place

Can't say enough about the condo. The place was spotless, well stocked with towels, paper products, kitchen supplies, etc, and the beds were very comfortable. And as the description says, location was absolutely perfect..less than 5 min walk to the town lift and main street, easy walk to the Park City transit center, and a 5 min drive to the groceries and other restaurant areas. The underground parking option was great, especially with the 2+ feet of snow we got during the week. Kurt and Kollin were very proactive with communicating check in/out info, and reached out during our stay just to make sure everything was up to par. Great place, reasonable price, perfect location, and responsive hosts. Thanks for letting us stay!

Excellent Property and Excellent Property Manager!

This condo was as beautifully redone/updated and cozy as it gets! It was EXTREMELY clean and WELL appointed with all necessities. The location is EXCELLENT! It is at the base/bottom of Main Street meaning it touches the end. We would walk out the door and cross the street to be at the bottom of it all. We walked to breakfast every morning and dinner every night. The second bedroom has a beautiful view of the strung lights and Christmas tree between two buildings. The property manager and his communication was EXCELLENT! He made sure we were well versed in accessing the condo and all that was open and closed given it was off-season. He was very timely in answering all questions and gave us great tips of things to see and do and places to eat. I would give this property an A+++ It doesn't get better than this! We had an amazing first experience in Park City:)

Best Vacation EVER

We are back for our 2nd time this year at this lovey little spot. They take great care of and pride in their place. Opened kitchen is really a plus - we have stayed in other places in the building and the renovated open kitchen makes a big difference. Our boys like a healthy smoothie to start their day and I was surprised to find even a new blender on top of everything else they provide! The walk to town lift is the easiest you can imagine, hot tubs at night a must. Kurt & Kollin want to make sure your stay is A+++ and communicate often with you. Beds are comfy, and our boys like to use the pullout in the living room so everyone gets their own room lol. Showers and baths are very very nice. Worth the price for the people who own it and the location.

Great location, thoughtful owners, building in need of remodeling or updating.

Very pleased with the location which was right at the end of main street and a convenient stone's throw from the Town Lift. Second bedroom has a little bit of a view toward mainstreet but other windows looked onto a non-descript hill and roadway. That was a little deceiving from the online pictures. Second bathroom was nice, and more newly remodeled than master bath. Appreciated the extra shampoo and toiletries. Those small bottles don't last long! Master bedroom was very nice. Enormous bed with lovely plush white down comforter and lots of pillows! Living area is fine. Furniture a bit dated but had all the essential amenities. Wonderful wood-burning fireplace and large flat screen tv. Both bedrooms also had tv's. Fire alarm went off one morning - we think another renter didn't open their flue. Took some time to get a building rep onsite after the fire department showed up. There's no main office so the fire fighters were asking a cleaning person for access to the room in question of which she didn't have the key. Also the room numbers don't correspond to the floor so fire dept was wandering around trying to find number 2xx which was actually on the 4th floor. Condo owners were very kind. We arrived early and they let us stow our luggage while they finished cleaning. They also let us stay later on our departure day as there wasn't a new renter coming right away and we had time before leaving for the airport.
