Pittoreska stuga från början av 1900-talet med Lovely veranda, vardagsrum, & Den med eldstad. Matsalstolar 10. 4 sovrum (1 queen, 1 double, 2 tvillingar, & 1 uppsättning våningssängar) - [bunks har en viktgräns på 165 pounds var och övre våningssäng är för åldrar 6+]. Det finns en ny full storlek bäddsoffa nere. Två badrum. En med dusch bara och en med badkar / dusch. Barnstol och pack n spel. Bakdäck med picknickbord och gasgrill. Stort hörnparti med våningssäng. Ett fullt utrustat / lager kök med rostfria vitvaror. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår. Kabel och Wifi. Ett kvarter till livbevakad strand med ny lekplats. Nära till stad, parker, marina (en stänkplatta för barn), kaféer och konstgallerier. Njut av underhållning på East Park paviljong under sommaren. Ett kvarter till Charlevoix vackra bibliotek med en lekplats och sommartidskonserter. Ta in de fantastiska solnedgångarna från verandan! Promenera för att se de berömda "svamp" husen Charlevoux. Många är rätt på vår gata.
På vintern är vi en kort bilresa till Mt. McSauba & en 35 minuters bilresa till Boyne Mountain & Petosky Ski Area.
Hundar upp till två tillåtna (70 lb gräns) med $ 100. 00 per hundavgift. (Ej återbetalningsbar). Vi är direkt över från parken med bra vandringsleder. Tyvärr inga katter.

Another wonderful week!

This house has become our favorite place to stay in Charlevoix. The location can’t be better- steps to the beach and a quick walk into town. The front porch is our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Great communication from the hosts and all around a lovely stay. We already booked our return trip for next summer!

Relaxing stay next to the big Lake

We made a quick reservation after some of our other travel plans feel through and our hosts were able to accommodate us. The beds allowed for a solid night's sleep and the house was comfortable. Great relaxing stay.

Excellent Place to Stay

The house was located within walking distance of both the beach and downtown area. We are a family of five and there was plenty of space to spread out in both sleeping and seating areas House was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here to family and friends!

A very cozy comfortable house.

We had all of the comforts of home, a well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, they had everything we needed! Very enjoyable to sit around the table with our family, plus easy location to town and ski resorts.

Perfect location!

Beautiful beach access right across the street. Easy walking distance to town, park and marina. Lots of room in the house and a great front porch and deck. We go back here to stay every year.

Girls Trip

We rented this cottage for an annual girls trip and it was perfect! Directly across the street from the beach and a short walk to town, restaurants and shopping. Very clean and tidy. Extremely well stocked - with everything from kitchen and bathroom essentials to beach chairs and towels. We especially loved the sun room front porch to relax with a cocktail and play games. The host was very quick to answer questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Great getaway on the lake

House was exactly as described in listing. Clean with plenty of room and perfect access to beach. Kitchen was well stocked and sunroom and deck were wonderful.

Fun w family in Charlevoix

This was our second year in a row at this cottage and we really enjoy how easily our grown kids (and grandkids) fit in the house when we are up together. Love the front porch and rear deck, and everyone enjoys having Lake Michigan just a short walk away. Host are great with communication and super easy check-in and check-out.

Cozy cottage in Charlevoix

a charming older house in perfect condition. A perfect location in town and right across from the water. The house was very clean and was very well maintained. It has brand new appliances and all the comforts of home. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Charlevoix location

We had a great week staying in Charlevoix. The location was perfect and the listing was as described. We had more than enough room for our family and friends and really enjoyed being able to walk to the beach, through the neighbourhoods and downtown for shopping and restaurants. The MSU furniture on the deck was also a fun surprise for this alum ;)

Great week in Charlevoix with the kids and grandkids

Great location and perfect sized cottage for spending time with our kids and grandkids “up north”. We all enjoyed the beach across the street, but I think we equally enjoyed the time on the front porch and back deck. Definitely would come back in the future.

Perfect lakeside getaway!

We hosted extended family from the West Coast to share with them the best that Northern Michigan has to offer. This cottage was the perfect getaway spot. With views of the Lake Michigan sunset and the ability to walk to downtown Charlevoix and the harbor, it had all the cozy comforts of home - especially the screen porch and back deck. The hosts were easy to reach and made booking and check in a breeze. We will be back!

Spent years vacationing in northern Michigan as a child. We vacationed in this home in 2014 with our lab, Marley. When it went up for sale we partnered with a long time friend who lives in the area and snapped it up. This is a charming home on Park Ave surrounded by Earl Young 'mushroom' homes. We plan to keep this home for many years to enjoy.

Located in the City of Charlevoix this charming early 1900’s cottage is located on the corner of Sherman and Park Avenue. Enjoy the views of Lake Michigan. Stroll 1 block to the library(a wonderful place offering concerts ), or the beach with playground. Take the dog for a walk through the pet friendly park directly across the street .In the evening enjoy movies and concerts in East Park on Round Lake just a a few minutes walk away.

We spend a great deal of time on the enclosed front porch. Perfect place to read a book, catch up with old friends while sharing a morning coffee or evening glass of wine! The large deck at the back of the house has a a grill and picnic table. You'll love all the hardwood trim and floors. The location can’t be beat!
