It's literally a 15-minute-walk away from the Rene Egli Windsurfing and Kiteboarding Centre! Very close to restaurants and amenities in Costa Calma, Jandia and Morro Jable. All our properties are privately owned flats which are new, nice and cosy. All newly refurbished and kept it simple and tidy. They are ideal for couples, groups of friends and who wants to experience the island at 100%!

Location is one of the most important things for us. Costa Calma is a relatively small centre between the two majors towns of Fuerteventura, which are Corralejo (North) and Morro Jable (South). We have six properties in the Residence Playa Paraiso, uniquely located on the top a small hill facing the Atlantic Ocean. The location is perfect if you want to relax or do some kiteboarding or windsurfing!
