A wonderful location!

This was the perfect stay. The home was all that was promised. So much to do at the Park. Shopping is in the Park or nearby.

Lovely stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beachtimbers, it was extremely clean and the location is fantastic with Bognor and Littlehampton a short drive away. Church farm, where the caravan is located is lovely and although we were out and about during the day we enjoyed our evenings watching the entertainment. Would love to return and would recommend!

5* Accommodation

One of the very best caravans we have stayed in, all home comforts are provided. Caravan was spotless throughout, and the owners provide lots of extras, tea, coffee etc as well as a very well equipped kitchen . Bed was very comfy and lovely powerful shower, which is uncommon. Camp was also very nice. Will definetly be returning one day 10/10

Great holiday

We had a fabulous time here. Caravan was spotless on arrival and beautifully decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed. Lovely garden and outdoor eating area. Park was great. Only negative was having to pay extra for the fun passes, 104 pounds for a family of four, so be aware of this as a hidden cost. Weather was wonderful so we enjoyed the outdoor pool and swimming in the nearby sea. Would definitely come again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on this lovely site

We have stayed in static homes previously and new roughly what to expect, but this caravan was in lovely condition, and it was nice to have some 'home comforts' dotted around. We were staying in the area to be close to friends and relatives, rather than for a holiday, and my partners daughters visited during some of the days and were very impressed. We used to stay in hotels, but since the Covid pandemic, we were looking for something a little ‘safer’, and it was great to be able to use the accommodation during the day and arrive late in the evening without it being difficult.

Great place for kids/grandkids

This place was ideal for taking our grandchildren away for a short break. The caravan is very comfortable and there is loads to do on the site: swimming pool, playground, zip wire, segways, archery, amusement arcade, playground etc The on site shop is reasonable as is the Mash and Barrel eatery. Thoroughly recommended.

Lovely caravan - WiFi non-existent

It was a lovely caravan with lots of kitchen equipment/toys/books/games however it was hugely disappointing to arrive to find that the WiFi didn’t work at all as advertised. Upon contacting the owner they said “we found the same thing the last time we were there but Haven Holidays couldn’t help us at all”. All well and good however it was clearly advertised as having WiFi and having needed to work across out stay it was a massive inconvenience that the owner was rather dismissive of.

Beautiful caravan on a fab site

Caravan was perfect for our family (13 year old boy and 9 year old girl) - very comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated. We stay at this campsite every year - the kids love the pool and playground) and this was one of the nicest caravans we’ve stayed in. Thank you so much for lending it to us for the weekend.

Fantastic caravan, very homely with everything you could possibly need! X

I loved staying at Beach Timbers, in our group was 2 adults and 3 children and enough space for everyone. The caravan had all the comforts of being at home, with DVD player, all kitchen bits, dressing table! We loved the balcony was great sat outside in the sun with a beer. Lovely table outside too for having breakfast at in the sun. Bed comfy and duvets and pillows good quality. Thanks again for letting us stay, we will definitely be back!

Great stay.

Great place to stay, mobile home was fully equipped, smart tv and wifi, very clean interior is like new, though we only stayed for two nights and where visiting family so we didn't use the site facilities but looks like there is lot's to do. Also the mobile home is situated in a quieter part of the site which is nice as i guess high season could get busy. would recommend and will hopefully stay again thanks Simon.

Lovely, clean, spacious.

Nice property. Lovely location, clean. Small issue with bedding because the owners thought we were a couple, not a father and son- quickly resolved with one phone call. Would book again.

Walking Distance to the Beach!

Large, new, 3-bedroom caravan in a large, well-appointed caravan park with great access to the beach and the town (and plenty of parking). As expected, the caravan's bedrooms are small with very little storage spaces, and the caravan park has lots of vacationers, so it is not as quiet as the houses we rented. Make sure you print out the map because the caravan park is large and the numbers repeat so it can be hard to find. There's loads to do on-site, but we liked the rocky beach and the pub meals in town. I gave it 4 stars because it had neither a teapot nor any sort of coffee-maker (even though tea and coffee were provided). It also had no hairdryer - but I left mine there since it wouldn't work in the US anyway, so hopefully it has one now.

Great for families!

A lovely holiday home, we very much appreciated the space and 2 loos! Wonderful for families as the site offered lots of activities for the young ones. Although the site is aimed at the family market I was surprised how peaceful it was.

Fantastic

Amazing site, brilliantly clean spacious caravan, owners put their heart into making it a perfect little holiday accommodation. Stuff left there to entertain the kids (board games, books etc). Will def be booking again. I totally recommend this owner. Thank u. X

Fantastic location

Very clean and great location. short walking distance from the main restaurant and pool area with a central location for easy access to golf or the nature walk. Mattresses and bedding were super comfy. TV was excellent and complimentary wine went down a treat on the first night!
