Fasco was great as usual he was very helpful in getting information to us this was a great adventure for us being the first time in Italy. It was very nice that we could stay there the second time for a couple days before we caught our flight back to the states

Perfect last day before taking the plane

Fausto is one of the best host we had. Generous with breakfast food, we felt like he took the time to make sure we had everything we needed. Great restaurants at a walking distance and only 12 mins to the airport. You even have a little shop in the house for your last minute shopping or dinks. You live in Fausto's house I think, so you feel like a local.

Amazing stay

The house was adorable and our host, Fausto was great! Provided us with so many extras and was very welcoming. He was very communicative and was genuinely concerned about our happiness and comfort. Highly recommend! Approx 10 min ride to the Rome airport with a lot of restaurants nearby as well as very close to the beach.

One night in Fumicino

Fausto is a great host. Don’t get fooled by the outside. House is quaint with good sized rooms. The downtown strip in the canal is great. If you want a little quieter place than Rome and close to the airport this is the spot.

Great for a stopover

The property had the space we needed and was comfortable as a 1 night stopover. Fausto was very helpful when we arrived. Leaving us some breakfast items was a nice touch too.

Loved the house

The house is only a 10 minute walk from the beach or a wide twangs of restaurant options. Fausto was a wonderful host and was very helpful with a couple of taxi pickups we needed for our trip. We would stay here again!

Excellent apartment near the airport and convenient to explore Rome

The unit was filled with many inexpensive drinks and foods to purchase and many other items were free. The unit was clean and well appointed. The bedding was the best I experienced in Europe. There were many good restaurants nearby, especially near the canal. Communication with host Fausto was excellent

The accommodation worked for group as it was close to the airport! It was clean and Faust provided some food & beverages for our breakfast, as well had additional items for sale! Faust was great at communicating and accommodating for our check in & check out

Perfect for our quick stay

We needed a place to sleep (were there for less than 8 hours) while traveling to and from the airport with the 6 of us. Everything was as described. Host was wonderful(a pleasure to talk to in the morning, helped us get a taxi back to the airport, was incredibly responsive to and available for questions). I might recommend arriving during the day to better understand the house and neighborhood. I am sure it was safe, but I would not have felt comfortable on my own traveling from airport via taxi to this location after dark.

Amazing Host and Property

Large three bedroom villa in a seaside town with exceptional space and an amazing host Fausto. Rooms were large in size, the house had plenty of amenities, and there was a garden area and a womderful solarium where you could see the water. Fausto was so helpful and knowledgeable, and truly made the experience unforgettable.

The location was excellent as we had a morning flight and walked down to wharf area and had a beautiful dinner. Fausto our host was most helpful with showing us where everything was and booked our early morning taxi. Thank you Fausto.

Fausto was amazing. Let us check in early, provided breakfast, and called us a cab for the next morning. If you need a place to stay near the airport you can’t get better than this. Plenty of room and the rooftop has views of the sea. Perfecto!! Grazie mille Fausto!

Great layover

We needed one night close to the airport before leaving Rome. The unit was fully stalked with enough for a quick breakfast. Located minutes to a minimart and many restaurants. It had an old Italian charm to it. The owner was so nice. He even had a mini bar system going on which was super convenient. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Accommodations!

This property is such a gem! It is spacious, clean, and has a gourmet kitchen. The owners are so nice and accommodating, and met us when we arrived to show us the place. The area is really nice also with lots of restaurants and we were there when the street market was going on which was awesome! I plan to go back someday and this will be a location and villa that I would want to spend more time in. Thanks to Fausto and his family for such a wonderful experience!

Huge space that's great for a family!

This property was well appointed, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The continental breakfast provided was over the top! Fausto was waiting at the property when we arrived and explained everything in great depth. We had no issues. The ocean was a short walk away and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Thank you, Fausto!
