Perfect location for visiting Venice.

This house was in the beautiful medieval town of Noale. Markets, restaurants and castle walls are all in walking distance . We were greeted by Umberto, son of Cesare, who carefully explained everything we needed to know about the house and surrounding areas, including where to catch the train for Venice . The house was classic Italian and reminded me of my Italian Nana’s house in Philadelphia- spotless and functional, with comfortable beds and plenty of room to relax .

Great time in NE Italy

Great location for access to the various sights of NE Italy. Very easy to get the train to Venice. Accomdoation very comfortable and well equiped and helpful hosts. Noale is a lovely and friendly town with all the amenities you need as well as a bit of history.

Absolute Treasure

We were welcomed for our first trip to Italy with such a nice host. Wally made sure we had all the information and we enjoyed ourselves IMMENSELY! The pizza place that is so close is to die for. The place is cozy, clean with a great wifi connection. Everything we could ask for. A quick train ride gets you to Venice as promised and we didn’t have time this trip but to explore Treviso is now on my new travel list! Hope to visit again soon :)

First family trip abroad

This was the first time in Europe for my sister, great-nephew and I and we chose to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Venice. Noale was just perfect. Our house was comfortable and spacious, the town was charming and our hosts could not have been any more helpful! We had a wonderful time and were able to immerse ourselves in traditional Italian life, to a certain degree. It was wonderful and we will definitely be back.

Convenient To Town

Very clean and host was very friendly/helpful. It was a little difficult to find but the host was there when we arrived to show us where it was. Only gave 4 stars for neighborhood as it was under construction/renovations around the area. Once that is done, would definitely give it 5 stars! There was tea, coffee, dish/laundry and bath soaps as well as olive oil, balsamic, etc. to use which is always nice! If we ever return to Italy, we would definitely stay here.

My sisters and I recently had the privilege of staying at Novalesi House to celebrate my 60th birthday, and it was a truly memorable occasion. The accommodation was quite roomy, spotless, and equipped with everything we required.The host went above and above to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied from the moment we arrived. Owners of Novalesi House are extremely friendly and professional. Excellent location, Noale, a charming small village that is warm and hospitable. Venice is easily accessible by rail from Noale, so you can enjoy both. Will definitely suggest to friends and anticipate returning. Excellent 10/10

Easter break 2023

What a brilliant place to stay! We had contact throughout our journey and even though we were running a couple of hours late, Cesare's son, Umberto, met us at the accommodation. He explained everything we could think of, including the best restaurants and places to shop. We visited Venice on both days of our stay and caught the train in, only 30 minutes away. The station is 5 minutes away from the accommodation. We wish we were staying longer. The house has everything and was wonderful. We met Cesare at check out. 5 stars all round!! Thank you. Toller Urlaub

Noale ist ein süßes Örtchen, das Haus liegt sehr zentral, trotzdem ruhig. Nach Venedig sind es 33 Minuten mit dem Zug, alles machbar. Wir sind auch - als Tagesausflug- nach Florenz und Padua mit dem Zug gefahren. Italien ist ein sehr schönes Land, im Sommer nur sehr heiß (38,5 Grad und mehr) Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Venedig und Noale

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit im April in Venedig für 4 Tage verbracht. Die Unterkunft war zauberhaft und wir haben uns zu fünft darin sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Bahn-Station Noale Scorze ist in 5 -7 min. zu Fuß super schnell erreichbar und für 3,90€ kann man problemlos nach Venedig Centrum fahren, Dauer ca. 25-30 min. In Noale selbst gibt es einen wirklich großen Spar- Markt, auch zu Fuß in 5 min. erreichbar. Leckere Restaurants sind auch ganz nah; Umberto, der Sohn des Vermieters hat uns herzlich empfangen und seine Lieblingsrestaurants empfohlen. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Accueil parfait et chaleureux , dans notre langue d’origine! Beaucoup d’explications pour fonctionn

Appart bien situé et bien organisé, avec tout l’équipement nécessaire. Je m’hésiterais pas à recommander à des amis et j’y retournerais volontiers . Noale est une charmante petite ville et c’est facile à partir de l’appartement très confortable, de se rendre à Venise… Merci à nos hôtes très attentifs.

Ein tolles Italienisches Haus in einem sehr authetischen Städtchen

Das Haus liegt ideal um alles mögliche zu erkunden. 3 Minuten Fußweg zum Bahnhof um nach Venedig zu kommen und in 1 Minute ist man im schönen alten Ortskern mit Cafés, Bars und Restaurants. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und geben super Tips zum Essen gehen etc. Alles in allem war es ein sehr gelungener schöner Urlaub!

Great property, great location and great host

We are extremely happy with our decision to stay in Noale. It was close enough to Venice by train to enjoy but a quaint refuge from the business of the city. The house is easy to find from the train station and there are many immensities close by. We were greeted by Cesar’s son who spoke English and was able to give us some great local recommendations. Would recommend this property to anyone.

Ferienhaus in Noale

Das angebotene Ferienhaus hat mehr den Charakter einer Maisonette. Kein Balkon und keine Terasse. Zwar befindet sich das Objekt im Stadtzentrum. Dennoch ist es keine schöne Lage für Ferien. Das Objekt befindet sich in einem Stark renovierungsbedürftigem Ensemble in dem Objekt die einzig renovierte Einheit ist. Der Innenbereichen ist sauber übergeben worden. Allerdings ist das Objekt schon abgewohnt und müßte aufgefrischt werden. Geschirr war etwas knapp bemessen und wünschenswerte Dinge (Toaster, Mixer, etc. fehlten). Die beiden Klumasnlagen waren für eine Kühlung der beiden unteren Schlafzimmer nicht ausreichend. Hier wäre zumindest ein Ventilator gut gewesen. Die Gastgeber waren öußerst freundlich und bemühten sich, im Rahmen der Möglichkeiten zu helfen.

Toppenläge, fräscht och mycket prisvärt...

Det var jättebra! Alla i familjen var supernöjda. En mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående värd. Extraplus för läget till stationen, vilket gjorde Venedig mycket tillgänglig för oss att upptäcka som turister. Fast maten och glassen är mycket bättre i Noale. Vi har ätit det bästa av det italienska köket i denna lilla pärla till stad.

Kurztripp nach Noale gelungen

Wir haben einen Kurztripp nach Noale gemacht, um mit dem Zug nach Venedig zu fahren. Als Vorort eignet sich Noale sehr gut dafür. Die Wohnung liegt günstig im Zentrum, trotzdem ruhig. Die Begrüßung durch den Vermieter war herzlich und wir bekamen eine ausführliche Beschreibung der Wohnung samt Karte mit Tipps für Noale. Die Kleinstadt ist authentisch und im Centrum alles per Fuß zu erreichen. Wir waren schön essen, danke für die schöne Zeit.

Great Tour Base

Noale is a friendly and well located to visit a range of places, including Venice. Travel to Venice by train is very simple, and the one day travel card purchased at the station covers the train and vaporettos and is a no brainer. The property is effectively in the town centre, but quiet with free parking. The facilities are good, beds comfortable. Very enjoyable stay. Surprised to discover that the main living area is on the first floor, but no problem. If you are self catering there are some very impressive supermarkets - iperlongo? in particular

Fantastico!

Our family of three stayed in Cesare’s lovely apartment. His son Umberto met us and was so hospitable. He showed us the apartment and gave us directions where the grocery store, best pizza and tasty restaurants were. We met Cesare in the neighbourhood and he made sure we had everything we needed. Noale is a perfectly situated town for travelling to Venice via train or Padova and Treviso by bus even. The 101 bus running between Padova and Treviso was a great way to visit those towns. The Lido di Jesolo (beach) was also not far for a day at the beach. But Noale itself is a lovely town to visit and wander. We enjoyed evening strolls with gelato around the square and park. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Thank you Cesare and Umberto! We hope to be back one day.

The house is very well located and with easy parking area right in front of it. The property itself is very comfortable and cozy. Cesare and his son Umberto are lovely people and they helped us with everything we needed. They were also very kind and fixed some issues we had with the house very quick. The only thing we think it could be better is that there could be some more ceiling light/lamps in the bedrooms (only bedside lamp available). But we would definitely come back!

Schlaflos in Noale

Leider wurden unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Wir hatten bereits im Mai sommerliche Temperaturen. Nur das Schlafzimmer auf dem Dachboden hat eine direkte Klimaanlage. Die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer werden nicht durch die Klimaanlage im Wohn/Esszimmer erreicht. Daher wollten wir mit offenen Fenstern schlafen. Neben dem Haus steht eine Anlage mit einem Kompressor der im Minutentakt laut Druck ablässt, so war an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Hinzu kam das man bei geöffneten Fenster die Autofahrer besonders morgens bei der Parkplatzsuche auf dem nicht befestigten Schotter- Platz vor dem Haus rangieren hörte. Einen Parkplatz zu finden ist hier Glückssache. Das Einbettschlafzimmer ist dazu noch sehr klein und stickig. Der Wohnbereich ist von einer Terrasse des Nachbarhauses einsehbar, weshalb wir die Jalousien geschlossen ließen. Die Bilder entsprechen, bis auf ein anderes Sofa, der Einrichtung. Leider ist die steile Steintreppe im Eingang nicht abgebildet. Diese kann für kleine Kinder und etwas inmobile Personen ein Sturzrisiko sein. Die Badezimmer liegen neben dem großem Schlafzimmer vorn. Vom Dachboden muss man eben auch gerade nachts die Holztreppe runter und durch den gesamten Wohnbereich laufen, wobei die Holzdielen knarzen. Das Wasser in der Dusche lief schlecht ab. Der Internetempfang war miserabel. Das Geschirr war für 4 Personen knapp und teilweise kaputt. Positiv: Der Zug nach Venedig wirklich ist gut zu erreichen. Der Eurosparmarkt auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar (sonst ist der Parkplatz weg :)
